As a client of the Laser Center of Marin for several years, I continue to be impressed with both my results as well as experience at the office. The team is both professional and punctual to your appointment time which isn’t common these days. I’ve been seeing Meghan for services for some time, and always very happy with the results based on her professional recommendations. Highly recommend the team’s service all around!

I’ve been going to Marin Laser for years now and have had multiple treatments. Every employee that works the front desk are always extremely polite. I work mostly with Jen who I can confidently say that she gives excellent advice.

I’ve been going to Jennifer at Laser Center for many years because she is awesome! She is highly skilled, she uses good judgement and has years of experience. Laser Center can also put together a treatment plan for overall successful results. Jennifer has me looking pretty good for over 60!

Should be ten stars. My sister-in-law was visiting and I suggested she might want to look into fillers. We got an appointment the day before she left and she looks AMAZING. Ten years younger. No bruising at all. Highly recommend Laser Center. And I am hopefully getting another person to come in this or next week.

The best of the best for a fact. Beautiful surroundings, thoughtful and friendly staff. I would never go anywhere else.Massive shout out to the reason I recommend to everyone I know: JenniferShe is simply put, an artist. She knows what she is doing and the results are top shelf.Jennifer is why I literally carry her business card with me in my purse and recommend her to anyone who will listen. I am moving out of state and will be flying back to keep seeing her. Yes, she IS that good.

Be awareI had a procedure for PRF. J***** was very careless, did not palpate nor use a vein finder and struck an artery. My face developed a huge bruise which took weeks to resolve. The response I received was a nonchalant…..oh that sometimes happens. I’m an intensive care nurse. I know that was was avoidable.Imagine if you had an important event to attend. Having been a long time customer;I would have hoped for a better outcome not only from Jennifer but from Karen.Totally unacceptable.Be aware

Well, let me say that I have been doing cosmetic stuff for a number of years. I went to their office and they had a DOORBELL to gain entry. My question is, why? what are they scared of? I rang doorbell and was noticed by an employee and nobody answered door so I left. I have NEVER been treated like this by any business, more or less a service business. This place I would never recommend because if they can not handle a doorbell, I am not trusting them for anything else. Thumbs down

I have had treatments at The Laser Center of Marin several times over the last year and I have had an excellent experience every time. The front desk staff is always kind, professional and friendly from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. They are always on time and that is very important to me. The office is always clean and the waiting room is inviting and relaxing. All of my treatments have been done by Elisia Solomon, NP and I have always been 100% satisfied with my results. She always makes me feel very comfortable, she is very good at what she does and I trust her completely. I always feel better when I leave the office. I continue to book my appointments with Elisia and I definitely recommend her and this office.

I had a horrible experience here and didn’t even finish my series of Fraxel after the first treatment. I had serious issues with skin reactions after the treatment. Those concerns were REPEATEDLY minimized and disregarded. I was made to feel as though I was overreacting.I never saw an MD there, despite their misleading advertising. The NP that okayed the procedure did not do anything close to a proper skin exam. Later, after demanding a copy of my file, I realized she gave me the wrong Fitzpatrick rating during that two minute meeting she had with me in a dark room where she only looked up from her paperwork twice.I needed help, and I was seen by Dr Kilmer at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center in Sacramento on an urgent basis shortly after realizing that my concerns were being completely dismissed. Dr Kilmer immediately saw the issue with my skin upon entering the room. She diagnosed me with atopic dermatitis, which was all over my face. She got pretty heated talking about how dangerous places like this are, and even told me that I should report them to the medical board of California. I will never step foot in that place again and implore anyone looking for procedures to look elsewhere!

I haven’t been here since pre-Covid. As usual staff was professional and welcoming! I felt beyond safe when entering the office and during the entire appointment. The front desk staff was helpful and fast with getting me in and out. My nurse Meghan Dasher was very professional, gentle and honest! I can’t wait to go back!

The staff is friendly and very efficient.They greet you with a smile, offer water or tea in a beautiful waiting room.My appointments have been with Ruth. We discuss my last visit, any changes in procedureI wish to make. She is a warm comfortable lady, we make some small talk I’m done, happyand schedual my next appointment with her. I highly recomend Ruth and theLaser Center.

I was referred to Dr. Greene by my sister, and have seen his work, firsthand. I love the fact how he does everything in moderation, so you don’t end up looking like you’ve had all these injections done to your face, but you look fantastic, and people can’t pinpoint it. That’s the key! His assistant Erika is a doll. So sweet and super accommodating!

I can’t say enough great things. I had no idea what to expect. This was my first time doing anything to my face. I am 47 years old. I was a smoker for almost 25 years. Wrinkly tiny lips in my face was like I was 10 times my age. I went in not knowing what to expect. Elisia Solomon by far exceeded my expectations. She walked me through every step of the way. Explained what each thing was for. And what I would expect after treatment. She had the hands of a feather. And her calm gentle demeanor was very relaxing. If I could give 10 stars instead of five I would. I’m excited for the day I may need treatment again in the future. Thank you so much for how amazing my face looks. I would recommend Elisia to all.

The staff was just as kind and professional as I had remembered. This time, my appointment was with Elisia. She was very thorough in her explanation of the process, which I found incredibly helpful. I love this place!!! From the minute you walk in the door until youre saying good-bye you could not ask for a better experience. They are warm and welcoming. Talk to you like youre old friends and make you feel totally comfortable. But the best part is the magic. I walked in looking old and haggered and within 20 minutes Jennifer made me feel like a new woman. I had botox and filler and was so excited at how natural it looked. She was fantastic. She talked to me, told me what she thought we should do, asked for my imput and we decided on a plan. I look more like me again. I dont look fake or unnatural and it makes feel more confident. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jennifer.

About 5 months ago, I was visiting So. Cal and I met with 3 Drs. for consultations about facial surgery. I specifically sought out Drs that were members of the American Society of Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. The Drs. I met with were all highly regarded and I WASNT looking for a bargain. Far from I met with a great Dr. in Beverly Hills (among the others) and surprisingly (and pleasantly) neither he or the other two Drs I met with suggested surgery. They all recommended basically the same thing: a few Ultherapy sessions, followed by some dermal fillers instead. The 3rd Dr. was able to have his nurse perform the Ultherapy on my mid-face and I was happy with the results. Fast forward to present day and Im back in Marin. I went to the Laser Center to discuss a second Ultherapy session and told them specifics about my history and that I had already had one Ultherapy session. They expressed some hesitation and said they were going to talk to Dr. Greene about my request (Dr. Greene, whom Ive never met, is also a member of the Society I mentioned above). That was unusual--Id been there before and had procedures done that they didnt bring to the Dr for review but clearly the STAFF had some concerns. I was informed that the absent Dr. had decided they wouldnt perform Ultherapy on me or any part of my face (even above my brows which had no relationship to their concerns). So I had 3 surgeons that actually saw me who all gave me the same advice and one Dr. with his name on a clinic who never personally saw me contradict that advice and express concerns about performing a procedure that Ive already had done once with positive results. On the one hand, Ive visited them previously and theyve never delayed in performing a procedure on me (no Dr. consult required). Now I have the experience where the staff supposedly brought their concerns to the Dr. and he made a decision contrary to what 3 of his professional peers have told me. I trust the three that have actually seen me. As I said, this isnt uncommon (a seemingly absentee Dr. behind a clinic) but its the first time Ive felt the affects of it and I find it disconcerting. In this particular case, I wouldnt have gone to the Laser Center if I hadnt already received those prior recommendations, because I know Im NOT going to see a Dr in person. The staff is making medical decisions and apparently they supposedly talk to the Dr only if they have a concern (scary). Not surprisingly, the Dr. agrees with them. My initial reaction when they called me was fine; Ill have it done elsewhere but it grew disconcerting. If I hadnt already seen several other Drs., I might be inclined to think Ultherapy wasnt appropriate for me and possibly get thrown off course by his denial. Fortunately that isnt the case in my situation but its a risk that runs both ways--whether youre denied or approved for a procedure. I realize now that any Jane Doe could walk in and quite possibly be approved for a procedure by the staff that ISNT appropriate. In my case, I WASNT approved for a procedure that I know IS appropriate based on my consultations. I suggest if youre considering having a procedure done (or not) that you actually see at least two, if not more Drs., before you visit a center where the Dr. isnt readily available. I dont have anything negative to say about the procedures I have had done there but again, in this case Im very glad I went to see the three Drs. prior so the opinion of the absentee one doesnt change my beliefs or plans one bit. I just looked at Yelp and was saddened to read about one womans experience with a procedure suggested by the staff. Caveat emptor!

Elisia Salamon, FNP was incredibly professional and put me at ease. She has the ability to make your “refresh” look amazingly natural. I have utilized the services of a board certified plastic surgeon for a decade and Elisia was gentler and provided me a more youthful look. You won’t be disappointed!
