Sue Kohl proved to be a savvy and knowledgeable agent for the sale of my Palisades house. I felt confident from the start that I was in the hands of an experienced professional. Sue was the right choice. As a young couple looking to buy our first home, much less in the extremely competitive Pacific Palisades market, we really didn’t know where to start. Ive waited a while to write a review of Sue because I have so many positive things to say about her I didnt want to write a book! Sue sold our family home in the Palisades last month. From my first call to her I knew she would provide the highest professional service I could find. She is very experienced, intelligent, straightforward and was responsive to every need or question we had, including providing us with contacts for everything from plumbers to estate sale suggestions and much much more. You will not find a realtor more honest, professional, dedicated and dependable than Sue. She always responded right away to my calls and texts. I mean always! From marketing to selling she personally was involved with every single step. She walked us through the preparation and sale of our house with her grounded, calm demeanor and was 100% committed to making sure that all our needs and concerns as sellers were taken care of.

Sue was such a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommended her for her knowledge and expertise of the real estate market. She helped us sell our Condo in the Palisades Highlands. We had multiple offers in the first week of listing and sold for more than our asking price. She was helpful in setting up the staging and managing all of the final inspections to close the sale. We especially appreciated Sue’s calm demeanor and her communication skills. Bottom line: Sue knows what she’s doing!
