Mr. Khan, Kelvin and his team were AWESOME and the best immigration attorneys and most kind people that I have ever worked with, and I have met with many attorneys. I have have been with Mr. Khan and his team for eight years and i have had a very good experience from getting my green card to now getting my citizenship. Stay away from this law firm,It’s been 3 years waiting for my wife papers even though I’m a us citizen, done everything by the book. Paid the full amount requested on day 1. They switched us to a different attorney after a while, which we only spoke to once. Every time we call we hear the same phrase. “ we are sorry for your frustration “ but we speak to different individual who have no data on our case. Do your self a favor and find a true professional.

Great attorney I had trouble with my husband when he was detained by ice. But khan help me get my husband out of the facility where they had him it wasn’t easy we had trouble at first with them they weren’t responding to my attorney but then he put pressure on them spoke to the supervisor of ice he told them that he was representing my husband and that he haven’t received any response regarding his case so that helped my husband got out before thanksgiving I was so happy 😀 I really recommend me khan Now we’re trying to fight to get his papers and stay in this country

Recently had an issue with my sisters Visa Classification with the National Visa Center recognizing her as an adult when the application was filed when she was a minor.Atty. I called The Khan Law Firm yesterday and spoke to Stefanos. My wife and I recently received citizenship, but a few days prior my wifes mother in the UK passed away unexpectedly. Since the USCIS takes your permanent residency card at the citizenship interview she needed a passport urgently and due to Covid its almost impossible to get an appointment. I have had a chance to work with Mr Stefanos Georgousopoulos from the Khan Law Firm, and unlike my any other experiences with some other law firms in the past for some other topics, Mr. Georgousopoulos has kept a very clear focus on helping me from the day one,. He even provided very accurate and honest consultancy for free initially, moreover he even advised me to handle my case on my own because it was not really a case normally I would need a lawyer, however I chose to work with Mr.Georgousopoulos mainly because of lack of my time, which happened to be a very good decision at the end due to some unanticipated issues later came up during the process. In short, he did everything on timely manner, accurate and professional and my case got resolved successfully without me spending any significant time on it, and he took care of everything for me. At first it seemed like our experience and expectations were being met . Nas may look like he just got out of law school but dont let his young look scare you off. Very professional without being being pretentious. I never felt like I was being BSd. However, he will drive you nuts with the amount of detail he requires to complete the case. Which come to find out is a damn good thing. The Dept of Homeland Security did not understand why I needed to bring over a coworker from Germany, with no college degree but heaping amounts of experience, on an L1-B to help grow the business. Nas and staff were able to put together a rock solid package and cover letter worthy of an award for poetry. Cant thank them enough. I will be returning should I need an immigration attorney again.
