Cyrus and his team at Keystone were truly exceptional, and choosing them to represent the sale of our property was the best decision we couldve made.My family and I made the tough decision to sell my late aunt and uncles house, which was rather emotional for us since it had been in our family since 1959 and we had so many cherished memories there. I was looking for someone who would understand what this transition meant for us and our emphasis to find the right buyer for it.I was recommended to Keystone by a friend and from the moment we spoke to Cyrus, we know he was the right realtor for us. Not only was his portfolio really impressive, but his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty was apparent from the start. Throughout the process, Cyrus and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and pace and provided expert guidance from the remodeling to the actual real estate process.Keystone got right to work remodeling the house and putting it up on the market at the deadline we created. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but when service is THAT good, it’s important to share the positive feedback. My Fiance and I were planning to be unrepresented while purchasing our 1st time home but boy, I’m glad we chose not to. We were referred to Cyrus through a friend and it was probably the best decision we made to use him as our realtor. There were so many times we thought we were going to lose the deal and somehow, Cyrus was always able to get us back on track. When the house appraised for 75k less than we offered, Cyrus was able to convince the selling agent to meet us at the appraisal price. He was able to negotiate several credits towards closing costs and saved us a ton of money. He kept me in the loop on every single decision he made and on every step of the process, calming my anxiety as we navigated through buying our first home and all the stress and confusion that brings. Honest to god- we could not have closed on this house without Cyrus and his team, I am so grateful for the white glove service they gave us and for getting this over the finish line.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Molly Roberts represent us on the purchase of our first home. Our family loved working with Brian!We met Brian during the pandemic.It was our first time buying a home so we had many question and uncertainty. Deciding on a “Right” house was overwhelming for us. Brian was so helpful by answering all our questions and giving us honest feedbacks.It took a us a while to find a perfect home and sometimes we were indecisive but Brian was very patience with us and always make himself available when there was a home we find interest in.Brian is really nice and genuine. He also enjoys seeing the homes on the market. I wish I could give Cyrus and his team bonus stars. From our first meeting where he convinced me he was the right person to sell my house he has justified my confidence in him at every point. Their marketing is spectacular. The first and only weekend my house was open to potential buyers they booked 70 parties in 15-minute intervals – we got 20 offers by Monday and were in escrow by Thursday, selling the house for $50,000 more than I had hoped for.The selling and marketing process was so easy and dealing with Cyrus was not just efficient it was a delight. He is a warm and genuine person. He also always had my back and proved to be a master negotiator on my part. I mostly dealt with him but I was also very satisfied with his whole team (the Keystone Team) as well as both the title and escrow companies we used. My son Jason and I first met Brian through a referral from a loan officer who pre-approved Jasons mortgage. After reading through the pre-approval letter and being clear on the details of what Jason wanted in a home, Brian was able to send over a list of properties for Jason to review. He was interested in touring many of the homes and Brian spend the whole weekend taking us around viewing properties. Jason found one in Irvine he really loved and Brian put in an offer. Unfortunately, there were multiple offers for that property and Jasons offer was not the highest one. However, Jason did have a pre-approval letter, and Brian was able to get his offer accepted after other higher offers fell through due to loans not being approved. Brian was able to help Jason closed escrow on his house August 2020.In December of 2021, Jason got a job offer in Northern California and decided to sell his house and move closer to his new job. He called on Brian to help him sell his house. Brian and his partner Cyrus sold Jasons house in record time for $102,000 over asking price.
