I had a good experience with the Judge Group recently. I just received a call and was not so sure at the beginning when they asked me my SSN. This is because sometimes last year someone from the same company asked for it but he never got back to me. This time it was a lady by the name Kari. I must say she’s super excellent in her job. She prepared me for the interview and kept on following up with me. I got the job but unfortunately I dint fill out the forms early enough so I missed it. I will definitely work with them again and again.

So I am currently a contractor with The Judge Group, and this is my second assignment with them. My first experience was just under 10 years ago, and when I was in the market for work again, I looked them up because they did great business then and still do. From initial outreach to assignment start the process is quick, making sure they do their part to not delay you getting to work. Everyone is attentive and available when you have any questions, or need assistance related to your assignment or payroll, or anything in between. I thoroughly enjoy working with them, and would highly recommend them.

I recently started a position with the Judge Group. The onboarding process was easy and had no issues. I especially appreciate the efforts of my recruiter (Anthony Gamino) and his management (Jen Roberts.) Both took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the entire hiring process. Theyve both also have been very responsive since starting my contract position with them at Cisco (a company Ive always wanted to work at.)

Nelly Perez was my recruiter and if I was ever in need of a recruiter again Nelly is on my Speed Dial. Nelly focuses on you. She listens to everything that you share with her creating an employment folder that is designed specifically for you. Nelly found me interviews strictly in the industry that I was pursuing. Then she coached me developing stronger interviewing skills. And preemptively spoke highly of my skillset(s) to the potential employer. I recently started a new contract through the Judge Group for a company / project that I really wanted to work on. The Recruiting manager Lauren Berry was very professional and to the point from the get go. She got me an interview in a couple days and I was awarded the contract. Lauren helped make sure I had all the info I needed to look good and be comfortable in the interview. I have been contracting for years and Lauren really stands out as a true professional with my best interests in mind. It truly was a drama free, great experiance. I have been with the client for a month now and am still very grateful for how this has gone.
