She was so thorough in providing info and even told me up front they may not be able to beat my current insurance company’s rates but she would see what she could do. After hearing such positive reviews of the insurance Store, I decided to call to get a quote. I recently added a new driver to my policy, as well as purchased a new vehicle, and I felt as though my current rates were high. After speaking extensively on the phone with Kate, she told me she would do her best to shop around, as they are a broker, however my current insurance carrier tends to be one of the least expensive. However, that did not deter her in the least from trying to be of assistance to me. She asked for all the necessary information in which to begin her assessment of finding less expensive insurance for me. She got back with me, and told me that as previously stated she wasn’t able to get me lower than where I currently am. She did however give me lots of helpful information as well as tools to go back to my insurance company to help reduce things a little bit further. Her knowledge was extensive, and she was very professional and easy to communicate with. I will definitely refer her and this company to all of my friends, because I believe that she tried to go way above and beyond for me, even when she knew ultimately she may not earn my business. it’s so refreshing, and nice to know that someone will go the extra mile for you, without any expectations .

I was contacted by Agent Joe and he was very patient in the endless questions I had for commercial trucking insurance and educated me in great lengths which I was very appreciative. I personally couldn’t ask for a more customer oriented team they have here at TIS. It took us a couple of days to get insurance but it was only because of my lack of knowledge that was correct and made it possible for Joe to get everything set up and he got back to me within the hour with a quote. Now I’m working with Omar which is there operation manager an he too is very quick at making my insurance experience painless they even have a permit department that can submit all permits needed if you didn’t have time. URGENT NOTICE!!!! I own my trucking business and needed an insurance quote/renewal. I received an email from The Insurance Store and was blessed with an agent by the name of Lisamarie Wright. I submitted all required paperwork to get started and within, I kid you not, 3 hours I was greeted with a quote that beat all my previous quotes. I was shocked, amazed, and full of relief all at once. I had heard good thing about TIS, and this year I decided to give them a chance on quoting me. I was really impressed with Liz who was the one who worked on my account. Liz was very professional and really helpful throughout the process. She was very quick on replying to my emails and didn’t mind me calling her when I needed to talk to her. I do recommend TIS to anyone who is looking to renew their insurance policy.
