All I can say is.. WOW.This is a hidden gem in the Bay Area. My entire stay was lovely. The location felt like a retreat oasis with the creek running right next to the rooms. The bed and rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of room for luggage and belongings.The hotel staff is lovely and it felt like such a lovely getaway for my boyfriend and I.Will definitely be recommending this place and returning soon!

Beautiful hotel!Pros:- Hotel staff is wonderful- Safe Location. Felt safe during our entire stay. A key card is also required to use the elevators which provides an extra security feature.- Nature! There is a park right outside the door of the hotel. Have a picnic, go for a walk, or spend some time outdoors. Super convenient and private location- You can hear the running stream water from your balcony- Modern design of hotel- Within reasonable driving distance to Stanford (15 min) & San Jose Airport (15 min)Cons:- No onsite laundry and the nearest laundry mat is not close to the hotel.- No microwave- Very very small selection of live cable channels.- Our mini fridge didnt work at all. The staff brought us a new one, but even that was a spare and didnt work great due to the age (and model). The mini fridges in the rooms are many years old ... extremely outdated.- There is a daily parking fee. Most hotels in the area have free parking.- The provided in-room coffee machine is not very useful when there is no microwave available to re-heat your coffee. We ended up having to throw them out frequently because its hard to drink the coffee cold. A microwave is also needed to make quick meals while traveling. Really suggest providing them for guests.

This place was wonderful. We scheduled a last minute getaway and it was everything we hoped for. Front desk/Concierge was always quickly available if we needed anything (its as simple as texting in!) The entire property is so quaint and we loved unwinding here abs feeling like you can get away from all the craziness of the bay area hustle.

Weve stayed here before with the previous owner Mr. Lee. We recently stayed here at the end of August when we went to Mountain Winery for a concert. Even though we only live ~20 minutes from the Winery, we decided to stay here because of our previous experiences here. The location is very close to Saratoga Village and the Winery.We really like the Inn because its very nice, small and kind of private and has plenty of self parking. Theres a creek that runs along the side of the Inn with lots of trees that the balconies overlook. Theres also a park next door on the other side of the creek. The staff were all really nice. We stayed in a corner Jr. suite which was nice except for we were on the lowest floor and right below our balcony was the housekeepers door and we could hear them talking outside. The maintenance area was also next to us and wed hear the power tools. Because of this, we werent able to relax on our balcony which was disappointing. We will stay here again but at the other end of the Inn.

The staffs were very friendly and the room condition was good and cozy with a patio. The soothing sound of the creek flowing behind the Inn was absolutely enchanting. However, the WALLS of the room were extremely thin that we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms guests. It was so frustrating to keep waking up multiple times due to the conversation from the neighboring rooms. I think the property should take some actions about this wall issue going forward. If you were hoping for a peaceful night sleep, sorry I would not recommend this property.

Wow, what a great boutique Hilton. Booked a King room but as a Diamond member was upgraded to a Jr. Suite. Absolutely wonderful. Incredibly comfortable bed with premium bedding. Nice balcony overlooking a creek. Left the slider open and listed to the running water all night. Bathroom was to die for. As big as some hotel rooms I have stayed in. Huge free standing tub my wife took a bath in. Nice patio area where we had a couple of cocktails before we walked into Saratoga for dinner.Rates were quite reasonable as well albeit we were staying on a off weekend.Highly recommend.

Everything about this place screams come back! It S a fabulous setting to relax and enjoy some excellent dining in downtown Saratoga. The rooms are lovely - we stayed in a room with. King bed and balcony leaving the door open to listen to the birds and lovely stream running alongside the hotel. Highly recommended.

Overpriced and then they charge you extra for everything. I mean the room was very nice but they charged me $10 just to park my car in THEIR parking lot! Don’t you have a parking lot for the purpose of allowing your guests to park? Why would you charge them for it? And then for a $345 night stay, you’d think they might offer breakfast. But no, you have to spend like $20 for a breakfast buffet. It was also very loud in the hallways in the early morning hours. Cute Inn, but money hungry.

We loved our stat at the Inn, the Jr suite was spacious, clean, and inviting. Amenities exceeded our expectations. Balconies watch a nice park and a creek flows below, with the right amount of calming water sounds. We had a drink at the patio downstairs and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is well maintained and updated. A great place to stay in Saratoga.

We stay at this property occasionally. First time was excellent. Since then theres at least one issue, sometimes multiple issues, each stay. Our most recent one was finding out our Expedia reservation wasnt in their system according to the front desk and it took some time on the phone from our restaurant to get it sorted even though we had an email from the property confirming our stay. Then, our room wasnt the room we reserved. Then, the heater stopped working and required a maintenance crew to resolve. We chose to have a small space heater rather than being in a room being repaired because they didnt have any other rooms with a tub. Generally friendly staff, but not very well trained and knowledgeable. Well probably stay there again, but they really should step up their game.

I had a hard time communicating with the front desk man, when I arrived at midnight. I am a diamond member and purchased the breakfast included rate. But he treated me as if i don’t know math, and kept telling me that I have breakfast because the diamond member’s $15 food credit goes to the breakfast, even after I showed him the receipt. He kept asking unrelated questions and messed me up at midnight. After a long discussion, he gave me $15 credit because “you are staying with us for just two days” but no room upgrade.The bed is Ok. The noise/light isolation is bad and I could see lights in hallway when I am in bed. The breakfast is simple. Coffee has gone when I was there. The water stream in room is small. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a few days in July 2023. The location I found to be perfect. At the foothills of the state park which leads in to some great winding roads to Big Basin. The inn itself is very small. Only about 50 rooms. A five story building with only one row of rooms on one side bordering the creek. The place is well kept and managed. The service was great and the rooms clean and managed nicely. There is a fair amount of parking in the front and the old town Saratoga has some great dining options and walk-able. A nice quaint sleepy town and definitely a place to unwind. Close to Los Gatos and Cupertino so within reason to get to a bigger town/city. About 50 to 1 hour to SFO airport and traffic can be a mess depending on the time of day. Definitely recommended and would revisit for a getaway again.

I did not have the best experience there. Had to wait almost 45 minutes after check in time. The bed was uncomfortable. Coffee maker didn’t work and the extra money charged for cold breakfast was, wow! The staff seemed disinterested. Maybe it was just bad timing, lol! I typically have good hotel experiences.

Alex and Antonio at the front desk were extremely helpful they checked me in early so I could get ready for a wedding same day as my check-in. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the city and what to do outside of the hotel.

This hotel definitely took my breath away. I stayed here recently, and was really impressed. When you’re first walking up, the way the light hang across the front “patio” is absolutely adorable. When I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed by the front desk attendant that was very nice. When I got to my room, I was surprised at how big the room was, and I’m a Hilton honor member, so the TV greeted me with, “Welcome, Marissa.” Looking out the window, I could see the outside lounge area and immediately was WOW’d because they have it decorated with string lights and fire pits. Of course I had to enjoy that little setup, and one of the staff members lit the fire pit just for us. I sat outside for a little drink (but note that you can’t be out there with alcohol past 8pm). Went back up to my room and the shower is a pretty good size!! I dislike stand in showers where I feel like I’m standing in a vertical rectangular box. There’s a lot of detailing that went into this hotel, and I greatly appreciate it. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYONE in the hallway the next morning. But I still would come back!!

Had to prepay for 2 nights minimum and would not honor a military discount. Rooms well appointed, but had to wait in hallway while housekeeping finished preparing our room at 5 pm. Had to pay for breakfast, which was basically a sparse continental breakfast. Was not informed of that until after we prepared a plate. Youre paying for the location, not the amenities or service. All in all, nice hotel but experience does not match the price point.

Being from the bay area, and a frequent business traveler who prefers Hilton, Ive stayed in more than my share of hotels. I can say by far this is my favorite Hilton in the greater bay area, and the best service I can recall having in a hotel in the last few years. Very last we made a last minute switch and came to stay the week here.Alex and Alfredo specifically set a extraordinarily high bar when it comes to professionalism and service excellence, and Monica the GM is amazing. On top of that there is a Creekside view from the balcony in your room.The only thing that could be improved is the breakfest, the attendant was great but it was a bit lacking for options/value.Thanks for everything, WE WILL BE BACK

Beautiful, modern hotel backing up to a creek and park. Rooms are spacious with balconies facing a creek. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, all relatively new. Nice bar/ restaurant in lobby (not serving food due to COVID). Great location a block off of the main drag in Saratoga, walking distance to all the restaurants. Only issue is the incredibly thin walls between rooms - you can hear just about everything going on in your neighbors rooms. The hotel has a noise policy plastered throughout - they have an eviction/$300 fine if you violate the policy, but even normal conversations can be heard. Best to bring a white noise machine, or just turn the fan up, to drown out the neighboring rooms.Update based on second stay - still think the rooms and hotel overall are great, but some of the staff could use some education on the hotel. We stayed in a great room which had an extremely bright light on the balcony, which lit up the room. I asked the desk if this could be turned off, but they said no. I went down to see if we could change rooms, and the night staff was laughing at the request I had made. I had one of them walk outside to look up at our balcony, and she understood the problem. We decided not to switch rooms and the light did go off at midnight. It might have helped if the staff had some working knowledge of the hotel.

It was hard to rate this because my stay was perfect...but my friends wasnt. Her room had NO heat! They offered a tiny little space heater as the solution. The hotel is really cute, very quaint. Close to downtown, close to the park, sits next to a little creek that is so cute.The bartender, Jose, was AMAZING!!! He is truly an Artist, he builds beautiful cocktails and uses syrups and flavors he makes himself!! Just the nicest guy and extremely talented. Raul, one of the maintenance men, was awesome as well! He tried so hard to help us get my friend comfortable with the heat (at 11pm when he was off and could have just gone home), while the lady at the front desk was anything but helpful. Didnt offer another room or anything. It was bad. I am very thankful for Jose and Raul.

This was a little getaway for my wife and I. We loved every minute in this charming hidden oasis and surely cant wait to return to enjoy another wonderful sanctuary stay. The hotel is clean, inside and out, pet friendly, located in a prime location near a lot of delightful restaurants, wineries, shops, historic parks and a relaxing creek. The staff is very attentive and caring, Ghaza checked us in, she made us feel at home with her amazing personality, her professionalism and attention to detail has made us a guest for life! The rooms are picturesque and chic, the whole vibe is pretty amazing as you sit in the balcony to the sound of the soothing Saratoga creek! Unfortunately we had to leave early and cut our stay short but we shall return and look forward to continuing where we left off. Thank you all for your genuine hospitality!!

Lovely property, overlooking a park and creek, well appointed rooms, but the staff did not keep masks covering nose and mouth and frequently had them off.The big problem we had was with construction / maintenance noise on the roof, directly above our room, Saturday morning from 10 am until we had had enough and went to seek a quieter spot away from the hotel. It was shaking our room and fairly constant banging - like giants playing hopscotch on the roof above us. I called the front desk to see what was going on and how long it would last and they were kind to offer a bottle of wine. We had planned a quiet day in the hotel, away from noise and construction, but finally gave up and left for the day. I am still following up with management as they had offered some other compensation.

The front desk staff are amazingly friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the setting is beautiful. My room had a sliding glass door with a lovely little balcony, completely charming. The Good: Nice location. Nice property. Friendly staff.The Bad:Ridiculously thin walls and floors made for a terrible nights sleep. The guests above and next to us were so loud we couldnt sleep.Guests in other units would sit on the balconies until 2am talking and laughing,I made 4 calls to the front desk to complain, each time with the attendant saying he would address the issue with the loud guests, and he never did.There is a warning about how excessive noise making could incur a $300 fine...its obviously just lip service, they obviously didnt enforce it.With the high rates they charge to stay here, youd think at the very least youd get a quiet nights sleep... wrong.The property, the cleanliness, the ammenties, etc...none of it means anything if the other guests staying there are loud and inconsiderate and staff doesnt enforce quiet hours.I wouldnt recommend staying here unless youre a heavy sleeper and noise doesnt bother you. So many people return to the Inn in the evening drunk and loud....peace and quiet are hard to come by....book at your own risk.Im sure Ill get a generic response from the management at the Inn that theyll try to do better...Im sure its just lip service as well....so dont bother. I recommend looking elsewhere to spend your money.

The hotel room itself is great and clean. The bed is very comfortable. We did hear our neighbour snoring quite loud but fortunately we are heavy sleepers. However the staff is quite indifferent during our 3 days stay there. Upon check-in the staff didn’t give much information about the hotel, she even laughed at us because we didn’t know immediately how to operate the lift. Upon check out was the same. Very cold reaction, not asking how our stay was.

The Old California style at its best.We stayed at the Inn for 3 days with our dog. Not long enough! The place is gorgeous; the online photo of the front door doesnt do it justice! The rooms overlook Los Gatos Creek Trail, and across the trail is a park enclosed by coastal redwoods and sequoia trees. Even the smell outside is wonderful. Our room had a porch outside for enjoying the view and the ambience. It was quiet, and the room was great (clean and new and different from standard hotel rooms). The people who worked the front desk were unobtrusive but friendly. The neighborhood is full of great places to walk to and eat. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

The location of this hotel is great and the hotel itself (including the rooms) are very nice, BUT the walls and floor are paper thin. If you are going to stay here ask for the top floor. We were in a room with a balcony and it was fine. On our last night at this hotel, the neighbors were very noisy from 10:45 pm to 3:15 am (seriously they were). Despite our call to the front desk THREE times, nothing was done. In fact, they started to get irate with us. Now they have a sign that states “any excessive noise can lead to eviction and a $300 fee”. Why have this sign if it isn’t going to be adhered to what it says. Overall, nice location, but don’t expect a great or relaxing sleep/rest. I will not recommend or stay here again.

I was in for a LGHS social evening for parents for 2 hrs. No stay. I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner. I certainly would recommend for nice patio ambience on a clear day with your favorite beverage and chat with friends. Didnt try out food so cannot comment and did not stay so cannot comment room. The owner did mention they have done extensive remodeling right before Covid-19, so my guess is the rooms are new and if a short getaway is on the horizon its a certainly a nice spot.

A cute adorable mini-hotel with a lovely outside deck and inside bar seating. The entrance is not where google maps take you. It takes you to the side of the hotel and then you have to walk down a creepy staircase to get to the front of the hotel. I wish they were more organized so I could give them a 5 star.

I normally don’t do this, but my wife and I stayed here for our wedding. We were supposed to come to the Inn after our wedding at Nestldown for our after party, so we asked the majority of our wedding party to stay here (60+ people). After speaking with Gaza in mid-April about doing so, we agreed verbally to have the after party there. Unfortunately, they had a policy change May 1st which wouldn’t allow us to go past 10 PM or use the patio while anyone had alcoholic drinks. We were never notified of this change and Gaza never followed up with us after the couple of phone calls and emails we exchanged.Come the beginning of October (with our wedding on November 12th) we found out we wouldn’t be able to have our after party here. We initially called Gaza to ask if everything was still good to go and what she needed from us as far as contracts signed, payment, etc., and she let us know about the policy change. It felt like we were left high and dry with not a lot of time to make an adjustment or find another venue so close to the wedding date. Once she let us know we wouldn’t be able to host the after party at the Inn, she attempted to shift the blame to us because we never signed anything and just agreed verbally. She offered nothing to help resolve the issue and said all she could do is apologize.To say we were frustrated with Gaza and her customer service is an understatement.OTHER than that, beautiful location and hotel.

I selected the lowest rating possible for a number of reasons... First, I had called a day before my reservation to see if I could get early check in and was told that they could do 1pm instead of the normal 3pm check in time and called back the day of and was told by a different front desk staff that they would email us if our room was ready and they never followed up with me regarding early check in. The front desk staff was a woman that sounded incredibly annoyed on the phone with me and obviously did not want to work that day. The biggest issue we had with our reservation was that we had booked the most expensive suite available and upon arriving to the suite we noticed that the central air conditioning was out of service and we were not informed prior to our arrival. We called the front desk and the gentleman told us that the unit’s A/C was broken so they decided to fix this by providing a plug in heater/fan and the fan option was also busted so we had to meet them downstairs for a big fan. The suite was large so you could only imagine how stuffy it was without central air. We are extremely disappointed and will be providing a review on the hotel’s website as well as google and Yelp or any other place to provide an honest rating for others to know about prior to booking here and what they should expect as far as how this hotel treats their guests. We will notify other guests of our dissatisfying experience at this hotel because the most insulting level of hospitality we received was an absolute embarrassment. The room was so stuffy given how large the suite was and so they thought by providing us with an in industrial fan would be sufficient enough and let me tell you, it wasn’t! The fan was so noisy we could not run it overnight and our other option was to open the windows or patio to cool down the room but my girlfriend has severe allergies so that was not possible. They also would not put us in another room with A/C like we asked, so we had to endure a very unpleasant night’s rest. Let me remind you that we spent a pretty penny for the biggest suite and did not live up to our expectations. We thought that spending more on a nicer room we would provide us with a high quality experience but I’ve actually had a lot better experiences at other less costly hotels. The manager of the hotel had the audacity to only provide us with a $15 discount to compensate for this flop of an experience. We are contemplating disrupting this with our American Express because the service here was a big disgrace and this needs to be corrected immediately. We will be sure to not recommend this place to any of our friends, family, or potential vacationers looking for a nice place to stay. I would avoid this place at all cost. If I had the opportunity to not book our stay here, I would most definitely choose a different hotel!!! It looks upscale and the suite was said to be newly renovated but how could you let your guests stay in a room with a broken A/C unit and not even consider letting them know ahead of their reservations. They did not adequately compensate enough for the poor experience we received. We are in a pandemic where lots of business have been affected by lack of business and they definitely drove away our business. We will never ever book here ever again. Would gladly have a discussion with the general manager of this hotel if needed.

In addition to the pending authorization for incidentals which I expect to be released, I noticed a pending charge for $300. I immediately called the hotel because I had not smoked in the room and was under the impression that only such an infraction would trigger that charge.I was advised that the charge was due to the room requiring a greater degree of cleaning than normal. Please note no housekeeping was provided during my stay, and there was a limit to the level of cleaning I could do without adequate supplies. I asked for clarification and was advised that there were chocolate stains on the sheets. I was not advised of how large the stains were or whether they could be removed.During my call, multiple requests to speak to a manager were not honored (was not on site at the time). I also made multiple requests for an invoice and was told one would be sent. An hour after the call I had not received an invoice. I called again to request an invoice and have yet to be provided one.I have reached out to Hilton.com Guest Relations in hopes of being assisted with resolving this matter. In my opinion the charge is excessive and the lack of clear communication from the hotel is extremely disappointing. I have stayed at several Hilton properties over the course of the past two months from Nevada to California. Each stay has been exceptional even when issues (few) have arisen. This is by far the worse customer service I have received regarding resolution of a problem thus far. Again, aside from this I did enjoy my stay and hope this issue can be resolved satisfactorily.

Came with a good size body mirror to check yourself out as u are getting ready. A countertop above from the sink where u can wash your hands and can overlook to see the room.Bathroom was very nice and clean, well painted walls with a granite sink. Has a walk in shower see though glass, comes with a hand shower as well. Space inside the shower was big enough to fit 2 people inside as describing how big it was which I do not see too often to be honest. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled amazing like a fresh pear scent.The hotel has a hang out area in their patio although we did not go there or a chance to take pics but it did look really nice and lit up. Has also a bar inside when u walk in to check into the hotel *on the other side* they have a happy hr to get cocktails/beer from 4pm to 8pm.Overall of the hotel Ill give it a 5 star. Stayed here in the king room for one night. It was nice but pretty overpriced to me. You pay all that money and dont get a microwave or a bathtub. Only shower. The fridge they did have was smaller than the normal size in a hotel room. Thats normally a basic. They told me if you order room service youd have to go downstairs to the front desk to get your food. Which defeats the purpose of having ROOM service. Also the room was very small for it to be a king size room. The heater didnt work and it was freezing. Luckily the lady from the front desk brought a small space heater and robes. There also is construction going on next to the hotel in the morning. I wouldnt stay here again.

BEWARE!!! They are remodeling the Inn and they should close it down. We had no AC at all and it was hot. There was scaffolding outside our window. They started using the saws and drills at 6:15 in the morning......and at 10::00am ALL the electricity in the whole hotel was off. When I got back from breakfast downtown, I had to use my iPhone flashlight to see to walk up two flights of stairs that were dark and the hallway to my room was pitch black!!! Ridiculous!! I hope many read this! Do not book a room at this Inn until the remodeling is complete. They also blocked the only entrance to the hotel with a huge truck when I returned from breakfast!! They are undergoing a remodel and rightfully so. The room was a muted decor, with a leather recliner that had some patch work from tears. There was a small balcony with one chair and scaffolding around the entire building. The parking lot had storage containers, and the construction crew vehicles dominated the parking lot. Theres not any real amenities at this location. I recommend staying elsewhere. Also, Ive stayed at places that say they are under construction, this place is really UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Check-in is on the 4th floor inside a suite. Theres no lobby.

I want so bad to give this place 5 stars, unfortunately its in construction, like really really in full renovations. We had a very special 24 hour turn around trip gifted for me and a girlfriend to go to a show at the mountain winery and relax. My 1st trip since having a baby, and her bachelorette. Instead of staying at a cheap spot by the airport, I booked here to stay in the peace over a babbling brooke like the description promised. Our stay cost 318 for 1 night. When we arrived, our Uber couldnt even find the place it was so covered in construction material. Theres no lobby, they made a sort of everything room on the 4th floor. We never saw any of the hotel except a n elevator that looked like a service elevator covered in blankets and trash, torn up floors, a hallway with computer printed signs pointing you to the everything room to check in. The hotel was now booking for half that price but said they couldnt honor it due to the 3rd party booking. We asked to cancel and they said its too late, the penalty would be the 1 days cost anyway. We had no car, didnt know the area, and didnt know if we would get that money back and felt a bit trapped since it was a 1 day trip now half over. We tried to make the best of it, but in the morning they started drilling and pounding on our walls at 8am. The hotel was hot and mucky and it was about 100 degrees outside.the lights were flickering in our room, the conditioner empty in the shower,, it just wasnt the boutique experience we spent 3 months getting ready for. That all being said, in the future, Im sure this place will be great. I just felt a bit side lined. The hotel said they had no record of us from the 3rd party which is why they didnt notify us of the construction, but they somehow know to charge our card for the 318 before we even checked in. They said its to preauthorize because they never know what kind of characters are coming through there, which is fine, but that also to me shows they knew who we were and that we had a reservation, as well as they were in control of charging us.i do feel bad for the staff being put in this position, as I now look at these reviews and see they probably get a hard time from most people during this renovation. And its rightly so, since this isnt the place I thought it would be.Once finished, they will no doubt have a beautiful hidden gem, but I dont think they should be booking rooms this deep in construction, and definitely not at boutique prices. And should maybe have a better plan in action to help out people caught off guard? I dont write this to discourage you from staying in the future, but please check with there current construction status prior to making your reservation so you know exactly what to expect.weve asked that the 3rd party booking site make the situation known to guests and they have been kind about trying to make this right after viewing our photos and story. I hope they do make people aware. And some day I would love to see this place in its finished form.

The management at the INN are keeping their property up to an even higher standard than their own corporate standards. This is our 5th Hilton brands stay since February 2020, the INN was the Only one that really had the Clean Seal on the room that Hilton id supposed to promise... and the Gym was also sealed and by appointtment only and 1 guest at a time at the gym. If youre nervous about covid and travel, The INN is your perfect initiation back to normality.

The worst experience Ive had staying in Santa Clara. Booked online, called to confirm arrival time hours in advance, called for 30 mins while driving to confirm the room was ready; nobody answered after 5 call attempts, arrived at check-in, the entire place was under renovations and wayfinding to the front desk was misleading. No room was ready, staff was very unhelpful, and wasted 90-minutes for nothing. Chargeback in progress, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Me and my family had a little getaway to Davenport Beach and Santa Cruz, we were not planning of staying the night here since we just live in napa county. So me and my family are just like okay whatever we are tired, then when I checked my statement he already authorized my card for almost $350 When the total should just be only $200+ inlcuding the per person bs theyre charging. My rate is only $122 + tax so the total should be only $136.00. But there are hidden fees that they never advertised online or mention on the app. I felt like just cause we are asians we never got treated well at this hotel. Btw its not worth it here Because hotel dont have any breakfast or pool.. not family friendly... im never coming back ever!

I had a problem during my stay and the manager Luis did not wanted to listen to my complains, so rude ! He hand up the phone while I was talking ! Lots of problem with personnel the room did not had a proper cleaning, the breakfast waiter stayed on the kitchen talking with the cooker instead of replacing the buffet that was lacking even coffee ! I was doubled changed for the breakfast ! I had tried to explain all that to Luis but he was rude, did not want to listen, probably he does not like his job and does not care, and this is way the hotel had such bad reviews everywhere, do not recommend
