In a time where it had already been so stressful for me and my kids, getting into an accident, let alone getting into a hit and run, sealed the deal. And I remember so vividly, just standing in the dark freeway wondering why this happened when I was driving perfectly fine and in my lane when a speeding sedan decided to just play bumper cars.I wasn’t sure what to do, and I remember worrying about my daughter in the parking lot when we were turned down by urgent care and told to go to the ER. I got hit by an SUV that lost control from getting hit by a motorcycle on the freeway in July of this year.
