Great place to go! I ordered a boba milk tea, a coffee milk tea, and popcorn chicken. The drinks are good and not too sweet. Boba chewy, smooth and soft on the outside. The popcorn chicken is bomb. Hot and crispy. Dont think they have spicy options. I definitely will go again.

I had the mango slush and it was good. Cool spot thats open late for that late night boba craving. Alot of parking which is also convenient. I cant comment of the food because I didnt get any. My daughter had the Vietnamese coffee and it was ok. Not too sweet and it had a nice strong coffee taste.

Been craving for boba milk teas, slashes or smoothies.The service is great. Staff no matter who it is very polite and courteous. They caterer to late evening and after the movie goers. They open at 1 p.m. and close later too. On the weekends, they close really super late.They do have food specials but you will need to look when you go in. They have food and drink specials when you order.I would recommend this place.

LOVED it! We met up with my childhood friends and this was the perfect place. We were craving boba and this place was open until 12 am on a Tuesday. I miss Cali and their late night spots. We need more places like this in AZ!

This place has been one of my favorite spots in the area. So, I was there yesterday and I was very happy with the great customer service we had, I wish I would’ve had asked the name of the worker who helped us with the drinks. He was very nice and kind.

This spot is in a plaza. Parking won’t be an issue. Quite a bit of people eating and are in line. They only had 1 menu, since their website couldn’t work. Got the passion fruit and peach tea with strawberry jelly. Passion fruit was good! Peach tea had way more tea than the peach flavor. Don’t recommend strawberry in this drink. Lots of seats and is very clean.

Its a good spot for late night boba. I got their in house milk tea and even with 50% sugar it was really sweet for me. I was not able to get boba because when I was ordering they just put up a sign ran out of boba in front of 2 customera ahead of me. How do you run out of boba? Lol! The prices are high for decent drinks. There were plenty of free parking and the staff were friendly. Did not try any of the food. There are a few tables inside to sit and enjoy your drinks. I prefer my milk tea to have a stronger tea flavor over sugar flavor.

A bit costly, but tastes pretty good. They usually dont answer phones. Doordash is often down here. The same drink is made differently so thats frustrating because you never know what you will get. They did mess up my order a few times and not tell me. That gave me severe medical problems.

First time going here with my family, I order milk tea boba and its delicious.Staff service 5/5: the staff was nice to ask about signing up for the Square program. I like how they have a vibrating alert device to alert their customers that their drinks are ready to pick up.My first time seeing a boba place that have this feature.Drinks 5/5: I ordered two Milk Tea with boba and the boba are chewy and warm. The drink isnt heavy in sweetness which is good. Not low on sweet nor high on sweet. So this would be great for anyone who are careful about their sugar level. The drinks are delicious.Place 5/5: This spot is a good place to bring friends and family to hangout and have some drinks. Chill comfortable spot. Also this place has WiFi. Some customers work on their graphics design projects on their laptop, others do their homework, some play board games/card games.

They have pretty interesting drink . The milk tea chocolate looks interesting thats why I get it . I never could understood how one tea is better than the other place but this one is worth the price Im paying . Would definitely go to this place again at least to get this drink if Im around.

This used to be my go to boba place and their matcha used to taste like a high grade matcha thats why I don’t mind paying the extra price compared o other boba place. I’ve been ordering the same drink but recently the quality seemed or obviously declined. Not sure if they changed recipes, or if its the person that makes the drink, but the recent boba that I got was really awful like theres 0% sugar in there so maybe I thought they just forgot. Then I ask for it to be changed and its still bad that I threw it away 🙃. On the other hand the service was actually nice and always have been.

I’ve been to the other Ice Bar location various times but I’ve been to this branch once and it’s just as delicious! Service is great and drinks are delicious as well. I recommend the brown sugar milk tea and winter melon milk tea with boba. They have organic options and their drinks never make me feel sick (not too heavy at all). Very much recommend this place and their drinks! The place itself is also a really cute and clean establishment and very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful customer service! I pulled up with a sleeping baby and called to ask if they wouldn’t mind letting me order and pay on the phone and then bring the drink to me, and the guy came out to my car to take my order and run my credit card. Drink was delicious and easy to customize, too! Happy mama here!!

My husband and I went to this Tea house and fell in love! Their Caramel Coconut Milk tea and Brown Sugar Milk Tea is AMAZING! They have so many drinks to choose from and their food is yummy! We will definitely be coming back!!

Three stars for nice store staff. Drink is okay. Very strong tea flavor. If you like tea, go it. Cheese cream wasnt rich enough. Not recommended it. My friends ordered favor tea lychee rose, and rose milk tea. There were all taste good but just a bit sweet.

One of my favorite boba joints around. Their tea is nice and has a smooth finish, with natural-tasting flavors. The wall art inside is cute too. The store smells a little weird though, like horseradish or wasabi. Just a note, prices are a bit more expensive if you order online from Yelp or Grubhub.

The Ice Bar has the greatest drinks Ive ever, compared to a lot of places Ive gotten drinks. The drinks are exactly as they are presented on the pictures while the flavors are top notch and made with care. This place is good enough to bring your grandma or someone feeling down to drink theyll love it! The Sunset Matcha Dalgona is by far the greatest Matcha Ive ever had in my life.

I came to Ice Bar for the first time because they close at “12:00am” and once I show up the shop was closed. Before showing up I tried calling them since 11:50pm to see if they were open but never answered the phone. I decided to show up since I live 3 minutes away and arrived at 11:55pm. The doors are locked but it seems like the employees are still there because there are several cars outside parked right outside the entrance and the lights on. This is very unfair for customers to be fooled with inaccurate closing times especially for new customers like myself. Very disappointed and recommend you guys to fix the closing time if the closing time is 11:00pm or 11:30pm.

I have been wanting to try The Ice Bar for quite awhile, and I finally was able to get the chance to try. While I think the bars definitely make a great photo-op, I dont think I would return often just because the prices are a little high and the location is quite far.The storefront is very bright and welcoming. Lots of tables and chairs. The workers were friendly and explained to us the menu since we had never been to The Ice Bar before. You pick a pop, then choose if you want to eat it plain, in the way that The Ice Bar customizes it, or customize it yourself. Theres different prices for each option.I tried the Korean Pear Blueberry and Strawberry Lemonade House Style. Both of them were made in front of my eyes (ooh) and after taking a ton of pictures, I was able to try them both. They were interesting. I think the popsicle base reminded me of the ones I used to get from the street vendors or ice cream trucks when I was younger. But having all the fancy sauces and garnishes definitely give the popsicle base an extra kick. The Strawberry Lemonade was okay. I liked the Pop Rocks and the tanginess of the strawberry lemonade popsicle. I thought the Korean Pear Blueberry was much tastier. It was more refreshing and cool, a good treat on a hot day.I think the total price was around $6-$7, a decent price for a first time ever gourmet popsicle experience. The popsicles were creamy and had good flavor, but I dont think Id make the trip out to West Covina just to get an ice pop.Just a side-note: check out the bathroom! The wall art is pretty cool :)

First, thank for staying open during the times indicated by your store hours even though there wasnt any business. SO many times Ive driven to restaurants that are supposed to be open late but close early due to lack of customers .. So infuriating!The owner served us and he was so patient in explaining our choices and what people usually like. I got the Korean pear with blueberry. They hand-squeeze the gel and use tweezers to put on each type of mint- WOW! They make it look like an art form. It tasted like iced Korean pear, and the blueberry gave it more of a kick. They even had blueberries frozen inside! My favorite was the calpico gel though.. MmmMMm. It really tasted like calpico!My boyfriend got the nutella and banana. It was REALLY good as well, and the sweetest bar they have (although its not overwhelmingly sweet). So each bite consisted of this creamy banana, drizzle of nutella gel, and the crunch of the banana chips on top. REALLY good. And the banana tasted like a real banana, not some processed fruit. We sampled the horchata ice cream too and it was so good as well. However, my dessert stomach isnt as big as my regular-food stomach, so I had to choose between ice cream or a bar.BUT my boyfriends dessert stomach is pretty big, so after getting his nutella and banana bar, he got one more. It was the mango and strawberry(?) one I believe. It made my relive my lucas-eating childhood, where we would spend recesses trying to squeeze and eat all the lucas hairs out of those lucas containers. I really like how tangy this bar was, yet refreshing with the mango and strawberry base.The décor is really cool and hip. I liked the color scheme and how the bar stools are situated at different heights pertaining to the wall décor. It gives off the same futuristic vibe as the ice cream lab. I KNOW this place is going to blow up soon, sooo come NOW before the line becomes regularly out the door!
