This is the worst Home Depot ever! The weekend staff especially is extremely uninformed of their products and how to use tools or be helpful in anyway. In the weekend it’s mostly very young people with no experience and no customer service skills. After several experiences I now drive to the new store in Pasadena or the one on Ave 27, which is sad since this store is so close. It’s a much, much better experience though.

Horrible staff. Was at checkout the other day and a elderly couple asked for help carrying items to the vehicle. Female employees at the register were talking smack about the couple saying she acts like her husband cant carry them himself. You guys better restaff or teach them how to do better

If I can leave zero star i would, I went to buy some supplies at this home depot and went to check out, I had ask an employee regarding the planks/wood that I was buying, he didn’t even know whether the wood was 2x2 or what the size was not only that he didn’t know what he was doing at all. One of his supervisor walk past by and ask if he needed help but he just reply that he “got it”. He took 20 minute+ just to help me check out, he didn’t know the price and when I had ask for someone else to help me He didn’t even know whether or not he can have someone else to help me. Not only did he wasted my time and he was unprofessional at his own job. How do you work at home depot have a scanner and not know the price of what you’re selling???? need to be re-train.

2024-04-29 UpdateCame here last Thursday to try to get some eggplant and ivy geranium plants and they didnt have either. Again, was able to find them at Ace Hardware in South Pasadena. Not sure what is going on with Home Depot but the plant selection has been pretty sad.Came here last Sunday to get some tomato plants, impatiens, and potting mix. Good selection of tomato and other vegetable plants. However, I was really disappointed by the selection of flowers.No impatiens, marigolds, and one or two petunias plants. The cashier said they are still waiting for more annual flowers to arrive. At least the potting mix was a good price. I was able to get the annuals I wanted from the Ace in South Pasadena. A lot more flowers there.

It’s a never fail with this location, everyone is always working but on doing nothing, the wait time to get some kind of help is always ridiculous, employees don’t care to even approach customers to help even if they just see you wondering. They will say they will send someone to help but the help never arrives. And just for more info I went in for a 37” vanity combo that obviously needed to be brought down with equipment, so yea I needed the assistance. In the end two kind employee femalesThat happened to be walking by the aisle I was waiting ended up getting the vanity down for me. Their names were Sindy and Melissa.

Dont come to this location often but today I encountered an extremely rude lady staff; if shes a floor manager, she needs to come down to earth a little. Or maybe she just enjoys yelling at Asians. The store should probably do something about it. Everyone else is nice.My story: came here to recycle a bunch of light bulbs. The bin was 90% full. I could just stick them in the hole and walk away, but didnt feel comfortable leaving a bunch of light bulbs hanging outside of the bin. I approached the nearby staff and they took them over and thanked me. I thanked them back. --really, i always appreciate the Home depots efforts in recycling. But this lady totally ruined the experience.After I found a match for the fluorescent light tube and checked out, I went to the same spot to recycle the light tube. The staff helped me before were gone and this lady responded with an attitude, telling me I cant leave the light bulbs and the tube there. I told her I didnt, the other employee did, but she didnt listen and just kept raising her tone (higher and higher) and cut me off when Im still speaking. Totally not listening! No respect !!! And then she told me Home Depot doesnt take light tubes. Which is fine. But she doesnt need to be angry at me.Just when I finished bringing all those bulbs back to the recycling bin again (what a waste of time!) The employee who helped me earlier came back and helped finished the rest. I regret a little bit for being nice in the first place, then come to think about it, this is just one bad example. But she definitely ruined my home depot experience!!! So Im leaving a message here, hoping the PR or store manager could see this story. This lady definitely needs a lesson on basic custom services (and maybe a culture lesson. )

This Home Depot is top-notch. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions. The checkout process was quick and efficient, making for a pleasant shopping experience.

I love this location. David Lot( the young man with beautiful long hair) always so helpful, and I didn’t even have to ask. He makes things a lot easier for me to shop here, especially am an old female who can’t lift heavy stuff, so thank you for your hardworking and caring for your customers.

My wife and I have been shopping at the Home Depot for couple of years and buying items for remodeling our house and updating and making improvements to our house. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable the items at Home Depot.
