In Palm Springs this Home Depot was the store to locate a specific paint color I needed for furniture.Service is good, labels on aisles are big & bold, you cannot miss nor the numbers or items written.Came in with a price already in mind ($15) I came looking for the smallest tintable paint I could find with the help of one of the staff members.Searching for a black paint & a pineapple yellow I found a smiley face yellow instead which was the closest to.They tint the paint and open when finished (takes approximately 5-8 minutes & they open it to make sure it is an exact match of the color you want labeling the can itself at the top with a painted fingerprint. My color was a perfect match, I decided for a glossy finish, however it was priced at $17.48 a can & an unexpected $0.60 paint fee?I can say I enjoyed shopping here for what I needed, just need to anticipate the fees, in the future.Free Wi-Fi provided by Home Depot is a plus, parking is plenty right in front of the store convenient for oversized vehicles, well organized aisles, friendly staff, & unique customer service.

The store was like every other HD. It was crowded today and the internet was messed up, so checkout was slow. I had 20 bins stacked up to buy and they made me pick a stack up to make sure I was not stealing... well the last stack she wanted me up pick up was very heavy. Oh well. I was not stealing... just policy. Checkout was annoying, but the rest was pretty normal for HD. The bathroom was pretty clean, so that was a positive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful plants that are clearly taken care of. Great idea making the cans of paint cheapest Ive ever seen when theyre a mis-tint I appreciate that immensely as I paint constantly. The gentleman that checked us out in lawn and garden went out of his way to ask if he could give my son a Powerade and then proceeded to give me a cold water out of a cooler he had. We were so thankful for that, it was 110 yesterday lol. I had never been to a home Depot before, and i was very satisfied.

Big thanks to Chad & Kitty in the flooring department. Chad was super helpful in my selection of vinyl flooring and helped me select the right transition boards. I am a DIY customer and I purchase $10,000 to $25,000 at HD annually for my property, rentals and wedding venue. Since the covid ordeal customer service has gone down hill at many businesses include Home Depot in general. But on my last trip to the Palm Springs HD on the morning of 6/17/24 Chad and Kitty reminded me of what great customer service looks like. Thank you both.

Mismanaged mess of a store. I’ve been waiting at order pickup for 30 minutes before I started writing this review. There’s no line, it’s just chaos because whoever manages this store in their infinite wisdom decided to put out palates of bottled water in the middle of the aisle where a line should be. Which I’m also guessing is against fire code. Employees are overwhelmed and spread thin. They’re expected to work both returns and pickups but have to log in and out every time they switch slowing down the process even more.I’m not even sure what the point of order pick up is at this point being I could have been in and out of of the store 20 minutes ago. I guess it beats the time I tried to do car pickup and waited for half an hour before giving up and just going in the store.Honestly feel for the people working here. Y’all don’t deserve this headache.

Unfortunately, but fortunately there was this guy named Eric who somewhat helped me. But he was busy. I had to figure everything else on my own or search for it on the app.

We had a great experience working with 2 of your employees. Anna at the service desk and Ricky in appliances. We applied for a credit card and Anna was so knowledgeable and helpful..what a good experience! Ricky helped us with the refrigerator we were buying. We got all the paperwork done and then he even came and helped us put sheetrock in the back of our truck. Talk about customer service...these 2 are your shining stars!Ray Dark and Patricia Shindledecker

Renting for a month and last minute the unit needed a new fridge. Connected via phone with Jim a sales representative who returned a call promptly. Based on his intel, went to the store and ordered a new fridge within 30 minutes. Jim was detail oriented, courteous and a real pro to deal with under the circumstances.Even in a big box store, nice to get friendly, personal service. Thanks Jim!

Home depot isnt my first place to shop as I find the way the store is organized a bit backwards compared to Lowes, however the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I only walked away once when they didnt have what I went for.

Its a love haré thing. Mostly this is a great store but too often things go wrong such as confusion at order pickup, weird requirements when exchanging something, and airfare the totally inept credit division from Citibank. Also the Yucca Valley store is scaled down so there is much less options compared to Pal m Springs or Victorville.
