I came to Home Depot with the intention to purchase a $3,000 plus refrigerator. When I was ready to pay, the Home Depot employee working in the Appliances Department was busy attending another customer. She did tell me that she would call someone else to help me with my purchase, but the help never came. I waited for 20 minutes, and no one showed up. Bad service and will not be coming back. Next stop Lowes.

Store is great in service in places but in getting help special services like getting keys made for example take a while for an employee to help. Ended up waiting 10 minutes with 3 employees coming by saying they will find someone to help. Parking lot can get very full and shares parking with a Costco near it. The self pay register area is great for those who are making quick purchases and have employees ready near them incase you have trouble scanning. Items are easy to find and area is very clean.

I went to this Home Depot for a while, this place has a huge parking lots, inside the store, there are a lot of sorted well products, if you still can not find the item you need, feel free to ask the employee there, they are nice people, they’d help you to find it. My favorite area is the Gardening center, there are a lots of plants, it’s g enough to make a beautiful yard. The people who are working here are really brave, they have been working in the whole pandemic, hopefully the COVID-19 can be gone sooner, then all people can go to anywhere safely!

The vendors here are out of control and I dont think the managers really care.I went at about 7:45 am to buy one item, and it looks like theyre really adamant about not using the (mostly empty) pickup spots or else theyll tow your car.So I honored that and I parked a little further down only to come back and find a vendor selling champurrado and some other stuff parked next to my car. She was driving a black 4 door Honda Civic with a big Gatorade gallon in the open trunk.She asked me if I wanted to buy something and I said, no thank you.I go to load my stuff in the passenger side door, and she decides to start bumping me and pushing me with her car body/car door. I dont know if she got pissed because I didnt buy anything but that was crazy.I told the manager that yhis is unacceptable. And she didnt do anything about it. I dont know how they can justify threatening their paying customers with towing their cars at 7:00 a.m., But they will tolerate vendors pushing and shoving those same customers when theyre not even allowed to be there.I had to wave down a police officer to at least come and tell the lady at least not to be pushing and shoving people because theyre not buying her stuff.

Why was this is a still a great store to find raw equipment and supplies but it needs a bit of tender loving care. Every time Ive gone to find screws nothing is in its place. My most recent visit here in the picture I spent at least 5 minutes trying to find the screw I need it and when I found it it wasnt in the right place and I tried to get a price for it and there was no price on the app. No help around either.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. A very lovely young lady, Ximena came to my aid when I was trying to figure out how to fix up my patio. She made me welcome and comfortable asking questions and addressing my concerns. Home Depot, please recognize her for her amazing work ethics and excellent customer service. Home Depot customers, if you ever need help, please ask for Ximena. She’ll make you wish she was your daughter. Lol!

Amazed by the amount of people helping us here for our project. From a worker helping us with the heavy plywood to Richard who helped us cut the wood, was personable and helpful. To a worker helping us out in the parking lot with fitting the stuff in our cars. We had a great experience!

I truly agree .. why are these reviews so positive. This home depot is horrible. They lack inventory and it is poorly managed. To pick up an online order could have you standing in line for up to 20 minutes as their many employees stand around chatting. Also the cashiers are not trained to process any returns. They never answer their phone. Its nice to have a home depot in the MPK but I wish it was run better. The ASM Anthony leaves the store alone and people say he is on a secret mission. I avoid this home depot at all cost .

I am writing this letter to register an official complaint letter Kids Workshop at the MPK branch on the 1st of June, 2023, regarding the organizers conduct, which I find to be highly unacceptable and indicative of gross negligence. I believe that this is crucial to bring this matter to your attention in order to address the significant impact which is my only childs disappointment with the event being sold out though we made an appointment in a month advance, and the check-in desk didnt even bother to check the appointment list. They simply stated that the seat was no longer available. No one actually helped and there were at least 15 workers (one of the better staffed home depots I have seen). They were talking and flirting with each other and they didn’t know where anything was. It’s a hit and miss place. Some employees and Managers are there to give you great customer service and it can be a pleasant visit. On the other hand there’s employees and a Manager that treat you like you are an intruder and they’ll tolerate you because they have to. 1 star would give 0 if I could. I asked them for help in getting an order in. I asked 4 people and 1 one of them was a so called specialist in the department. None of them lead to me it instead they told me it was in said aisle or oh its not in stock. When clearly I show them there was 3 in stock at said store on the site. On 12/11/22 (Sun ) They closed at 7pm despite their online posted time of 8pm. Incredibly inconsiderate. People planned their trip to go there & wasted gas. I would avoid this inconsiderate home depot & go to other locations. And I recall when they first opened up, they had video monitors recording you with a fake video of a security guard watching u & pointing at u at dispatch. They had it in every aisle I recall, something is very strange about whoever is running that Home Depot. I am a college graduate and worked as a high-level executive. By far one of the biggest and very well organized Home Depot I have visited. They even have a huge apparel section! I had never seen that in any of the other Home Depot’s I’ve visited. Service is good the lines weren’t crazy long either like others. I like the carts they have where kids can sit and they feel like they are driving because it has a steering wheel for them. I have 4 kids so this is super super important to me. This is my favorite Home Depot and I will continue to come here. Highly recommend!

Ive been here several times before sooo Ill continue with the 4 stars despite my previous visit where I was sent on a wild goose chase around the store by 3 separate employees who didnt know where the space heaters were located. Normally, in my experience at other locations, the person you ask will escort you to the product you ask about. Not here though. I was sent to the wrong end of the store once and then to the wrong aisle twice. If it werent for my last 2 visits - Id put zero stars but maybe these are just holiday hirees who may only be there for 60 days and they dont really care. Oh, well...things happen and I cant blame the store itself.

Some of the most friendly staff I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by at this Home Depot. The employee in the paint department Will was incredibly kind and helpful as my partner and I asked questions about painting our new apartment. For two people with anxiety disorders he helped calm our concerns and prepare us for painting. He got everything we needed for us and selected and mixed our paint and it’s perfect. Now we’re more excited than we were before. Thanks Will!

Many home depot are very helpful with great customer service. but this time we have different experience with Monterey Park store. supervisor name Brandon.We placed the order online, it is an out of stock item and need to be shipped to Monterey Park store and we will pick it up, since that we place the order 1 month before the job start. After the item been shipped to the store, no one contact us, and we called them 1 time to confirm they receive it in store and request them to extend the hold time and he, supervisor Brandon agreed. one week after that, our order on line been cancelled. and when we call they said Brandon contact us again and to confirm within 7 days we dont pick it up, they will cancel order. which on our end, we never receive a call from him or this store talking about this order.

Great experience at the Christmas tree lot from this Home Depot. Usually deal with the one in Alhambra, but this location seems much cleaner, friendlier and more helpful. Plus, no creepy/aggressive people hanging out in the parking lot, at least the few days Ive stopped in.

Once I was finally helped, the girl was extremely knowledgeable. However, it took some time just to get someone to help me - and I just wanted to pay for my carpet! On top of that, I had come in once before in the evening, around 7. There was no one with enough knowledge to process my payment, so I made a trip for nothing and had to come back a second time. Never have I had so much trouble giving someone my money, lol! Other than that, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The best home depot Ive been to by far. They have a lot more things in stock than other home depots in this area and the staff is very nice and willing to help even if it may not be the department theyre assigned to. The only downside is that the parking can be a hassle at times but its because of the Costco thats right across from it. Other than that I highly recommend this location for all of your DIY needs.

Overall, my experience with The Home Depot have been good. However, I placed an order for rock at the Monterey Park location and surprised and moreover disappointed at the lack of communication and service that I received when I went to pick up the merchandise. It was so bad that I will never go to this location again. When I arrived, i call the curbside pick up number and was promptly told that no one could help me and that the woman that answered the phone was alone. When I told here that this required a forklift o got oh, Ill check with gardening and call you back. 10 minutes later i got that call and was told that they did not have the 30 bags of rock that I had paid for. What makes it worse is that I receive a notice that said I had been credited for five bags. Adding insult to injury, my sons went online when we were driving away and they showed significant inventory in stock. I get that we are in precarious times and dealing with day to day uncertainty but dishonesty is unacceptable no matter the situation. I hate when I have to write something negative about anything. I will still shop at HD just not this one.

This new Home Depot is just like every other Home Depot; thats perfect because the quality and the shopping is consistent. There was a decent amount of workers that where around who to provide help when needed. For this trip I needed to fix some kitchen shelves and found a large selection of what I could choose from. Took advantage of there cutting services; and its fast it was easy and I did not get charged for the 13 cuts that I needed. I took away a star because the parking is a mess and it will only get worse because its right next to a Costco; the only ways in is to come through from a busy Street that gets the mall traffic or to come through the entrance by Costco which always has traffic. If you can go to the Home Depot on Garfield by the 5 Freeway its a lot less busy and the parking is better; that said Im happy to come back to this one again knowing its a little difficult to get in and out.

All employees at this store are really friendly and respectful at this store. You are always greeted wherever you walk by. When you need to be helped on something someone is always available. You do not need to wait forever to get helped on. If you have questions for them youll receive your answers and If they dont have it they find a way to get it for you. The building has big letters stating entrance on the left but then when you go towards it theres a big sign that says exit only. Our family spend thousands at this place every year. Most of the time they dont have enough in inventory or the associate does not have enough knowledge to know what I looking for or where its at. Not enough cashiers. Starting to look like walmart lines. I Dont understand why they close the pro services and their doors early. Both associates did this with a big smile on their face.This store should be a flagship store. He actually went looking for they item to see if they had it in stock. Not a good selection of plants, if your looking for plants. Wish there was more of a selection of plants. Addition to last review: plants look very sad here and not a very good selection. Their delivery company is terrible.Long Story to follow:We bought a fridge.Great customer service.TemcoLogistics brought fridge. Took measurements. Then said no. And promptly left with fridge. They claimed they needed 1 inch on either side and our fridge didnt have it (It did).They also did not follow ANY of the instructions in the delivery email (open fridge box and check everything)Went back to Home depot and confirmed it was good size.Called TemcoLogistics (after 90 minutes) and they promised to send a crack team to do it next week.During the week, the fridge order was cancelled and no one told anyone.So the crack team arrived and said why are we here.They didnt have our fridge and did not know why they were there ... and promptly left.We went back to Home Depot and were told by TemcoLogistics that we were their priority and they would calls us end of day.They did not (and never did), so we got a refund.During this time the fridge price increased by 1000!!So we went to Best Buy and got a fridge (had to pay 1k more than our original price).Best Buys contractor delivered the fridge. They even noticed the small door size and STILL GOT THE FRIDGE IN with some great maneuvering. Going above and beyond their delivery instructions!I love home depot, but I just wont buy appliances there anymore.A quick review of TemcoLogistics and its clear they dont prioritize the guest experience.Home Depot - The lowest bidder does NOT MEAN great service.

They have horrible service, Rude associate over the phone from local store, Unprofessional Subcontract company they use called Sp Carpet pros. This Home Depot is located a couple of miles north of the 10. It is quite conveniently located considering there isnt another one unless you go out further to, Los Angeles, Duarte, Alhambra, etc. Its parking lot looks very large,, but as far as I can estimate, the store has most of the same inventory as any other Home Depot. I was able to get the hard-to-find metric nuts and bolts here, and even oak hobby boards too, thumbs up!

The alhambra home depo employees send you to the wrong department and take for ever to help you out. It took me 5 minutes for my purchase at the new home depo in Monterey park.
