I have been going to this location for close to 5 years, and they have been amazing at taking care of all the typical hearing aid adjustments, cleaning, maintenance, and the works.I bought my first pair here, and they put in the work to help me understand my insurance and what I qualified for... and will buying my next set here as well.

My initial visit with Dr. Ferrito Au.D in the Morgan Hill office was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Ferrito was very personable and professional in testing, subsequent explanation of my hearing needs and determining the best way to proceed. The office staff was courteous and helpful with checking in, arranging financing and scheduling upcoming visits. Highly recommended !

Joe and his staff are doing wonderful things by helping people hear! They are all so nice as well. I really enjoy taking my grandmother in for her appointments and she likes them too. It is a blessing having her hear, watch TV and interact again. No one should be without hearing if it can be had at such a reasonable price and with such exceptional service.

From Cindy at the front desk to last seeing Cindy the whole time was outstanding. The Dr and intern cared about me and my hearing. The Dr explained my test and my aids. He proposed that if I wanted new ones which ones he felt were best. I happen to be a part time resident and he felt that as did I that I should visit him next spring when I could be observed and helped with new aids. Unlike my home hearing provider he nor any of the staff pushed for a quick sail. This is truly a customer centered service center.

I really like this place. It went fast which I like, I felt they had my best interest in mind and they werent try to sell me the latest and greatest hearing aide. They informed me on each ear piece, the pro the cons. I pick up my new ears next week. I cant wait!

The Hearing Center does a wonderful job of putting their patients first. Their customer service is fantastic. Cindy at the Morgan Hill office is especially friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to appointments here because I know I will be greeted and treated in the very best possible manner. Dr. Ferrito runs a great practice.

Dr Feritto took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He encouraged questions and made me feel as if I was glad I asked. I felt as if he was quite competent, and was comfortable with his assessment. In addition Cindy was wonderful too! She is very welcoming and offered me hot drinks in front of a fire on a cold blustery rainy day. I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could!

The Hearing Center is where I went for a hearing test and to be fitted for my first pair of hearing aids. I was nervous at first about getting hearing aids, but they quickly put me at ease. They explained everything clearly to me so that I would know what to expect, and I could make an informed decision about what I needed. I have been going to The Hearing Center for 4 years and I always look forward to my visits with them. Everyone in their office is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Hearing Center!

The Hearing Center Staff are awesome!!! Theyve been so helpful in fitting my 85 year old mother with the hearing aids she needs and the follow-up service is excellent. We think so highly of the service and staff that my husband will be fitted tomorrow for hearing aids.

I’ve been dealing with hearing loss for the past 10+ years and have been struggling lately with hearing in different situations (conferences, restaurants, etc). I went to The Hearing Center to get a second opinion on my hearing capabilities. I am extremely happy I did. I felt well cared for right from the moment I entered the office reception area. The doctor provided me with some new options for improving my hearing with my current devices. I left feeling hopeful there are ways I can improve my overall ability to hear better. I also was given instructions on how to use my high-tech hearing aids that were not provided previously. I really appreciate the extra time provided to make sure I could get the most out of my devices. I highly recommend The Hearing Center!

The place was neat, clean and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive all the time, explaining in detail the whole procedure until the hearing test was done. They explained very well also the test results making you feel confident that you were in great hands.

From the time I entered the Hearing Center and the friendly greeting and Call me Joe I knew I was in the right place. Having been to two other Hearing centers and still missed alot of voices with a great annoyance to my family and friends. My hearing has so improved. Had my check up today and as always, Dr. Ferrito and Cindy were great! Dr. Ferrito is never satisfied with the way my hearing aids are performing. He conducts adjustments to confirm my hearing is clear and concise. I always leave knowing my hearing aids are at their peak performance.

Not only is it the most beautiful and well-designed audiology facility Ive ever seen, but Dr. Ferrito has a wealth of experience and has more expertise fitting hearing aids than about 97% of audiologists in the business. It doesnt hurt that hes a very nice and thoughtful guy.

Since I received my new ears {are what I refer my new hearing aids} my whole life has been made whole again. For the past 4 - 5 years I fought against going to having my hearing tested. Bit by bit everyone I knew understood just talk louder as Linda does not hear. When I first came into the office, I was still skeptical, but from the moment I walked through the door Cindy welcomed my husband and myself. Dr Ferrito made the process of examination very easy and then showing what the hearing aids would be. That was last November I received both earring aids. They have been wonderful. Walked out of the office telling my husband saying everything I now could heard. Each time since then when I have had appointments Dr has guided me, showlng how to best wear and adjust my aids. The apps both on my iPhone and iPad are easily changed and adjusted as to where I am at at that time. Thank you to the whole staff you have enriched my life and my poor husband who no longer has to shout at me. Thank you so very much!
