The COOLEST place in L.A. to see movie and television memorabilia! First of all, it’s amazing they even let you in the door and casually walk around this gigantic warehouse full to the brim with props from television and movie history. All is for rent, nothing is for sale, but prepare to have the time of your life just walking around and taking it all in! Wow! So much fun!

When I walked in, no one greeted me or anything, and there was no way to know who was in charge, so I just started looking around. Someone sees me doing so and asks if I need something. I asked if I could look around, and they very passively said they would be closing in 20 minutes. I quickly found what I was looking for, and then went to try to find someone who could give me pricing. Finally someone asks me if I need help, and I tell them Id like to know some prices for some stuff. They tell me I need to take photos with my phone--some very helpful info that first guy could have given me, esp. since he was so adamant about closing soon. The worst part was that everything is so overpriced, or at least the stuff I was looking for (gold and diamond jewelry, gold vases/statues)...I went downtown to find all the things I needed and paid less to buy them than to rent it from these guys. Many things are just spray painted, and thus, chipping.

Great place to rent all kinds of hand props, fake guns, jewels, fake drugs, random other things.I have been renting from Hand Prop Room for years and generally find what I need here. Staff is great, not a lot of turn over which is a testament to being a great company that really takes care of people.A fun place to check out if you are in the area, working on a student project or a propmaster for a big Hollywood film.Great hand props, chains, fake guns, old hollywood props, not really any furniture and definitely not a place to get Wardrobe.Lots of great stuff here

Cooler than a polar bears toenails...Listen whatever you need for your production project this place has it.Too much to explain do yourself a favor and just go check it out for yourself...
