2023-02-15 22:42:42This location is getting worse. Today we picked up an online order, got back to see over riped, bruised avocado on our burgers. We paid $2 extra for avocado, youd think it would be green. We ended up scrapping it off because it just looks gross. Makes you wonder what else are they sending out bad?? I also ordered fries EXTRA CRISPY and they were EXTRA SOGGY! Disgusting, cold, limp, oily fries - which went straight to the trash! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! They definitely dont take pride in the quality of the food they send out here.

2024-07-01 05:00:34One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I showed her my buzzer with my order number. This female employee wearing blue gave me a to go order and clearly it wasnt the correct order. I went back to give it back to her and she accused me and my gf of taking or stealing the rest of the food. She then told us that our food was picked up by mistake by a food delivery service. Next, she rudely told us that we didnt have to order food from here. Uh, hello, we already paid for our food!!!All the while I can see our food made awaiting for her to turn around and serve us.. She told us that we would have to wait since she would have to make us our food! Oh, Brother!!!Totally inept, bad attitude, and accused us of stealing food!!!She then brought us our food saying that she didnt realize it was sitting awaiting to be served and not even an apology. How pathetic!This lady should be fired by management asap. I have a small business and this person is costing you business, guaranteed. You lost me as a patron, period.

2023-03-17 13:28:21I prefer to do Habit Curbside pickup. This is a very small habit & it can get busy and crowded very quickly. Very poorly designed restaurant, when it comes to literally only enough space for 2-3 people waiting to order- if there is a dinner rush, the line will wrap around & the self-serve fountain drink station & Spicy condiment bar are hard to access. Other than that, the service is consistently good. Once & awhile I get a Rogue chicken salad (too much dressing & croutons) & sometimes its perfect. I wish there was an option to sub crispy chicken to the grilled Cesar. But, I found a hack! Download the app- order a plain Cesar & a Kids crispy chicken meal- it comes to about the same price & you will get a side & kids drink. Best of both worlds baby!!!

2024-04-01 04:22:35Placed an order on the Mobil app this evening. Drove over, checked in that I arrived. Waited 10 min & received a phone call from Susan telling me they are out of fries. Well, I ordered a kids meal with fries and a shake. She never offered to other options so I said that I guess we can just cancel the order. She said they cant cancel it because I placed it through a 3rd party company. I placed it through the habits mobile app. I asked her name 3x and she whispered it each time. I asked if she was the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked it if she is the genera manager a few times before she admitted that she is not. I told her that I didnt think it was ok that they are keeping my money and not providing me with a product or at least canceling the order. She said I needed to call the customer service number if I want my money back and then proceeded to say I dont know what to tell you before hanging up on me. She was super condescending and disrespectful. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. She spoke to me like she was scolding her child. So I called the number, guess what, they dont do anything with refunds. You have to send an email. So now I have emailed, I have lost time, peace of mind and money and its freaken Easter. I am disgusted that this is how the habit thinks they should treat customers. I now will have to contact my bank to get my money back. Not worth the hassle for a kids meal.

2021-07-14 22:36:55The char burger was delicious with the excellent presentation. The fries was cooked perfectly not oily and very crispy. Their tropical tea was refreshing. Not too crowded and very friendly staff.

2023-08-04 02:55:29The Habit is a delicious place to eat. From the hamburgers to the salads, I enjoy the options. Even $1 ice cream cones. The only thing that I would prefer, would be to have avocado slices instead of a scoop of avocado spread on my salad, which is an extra $1.59.

2024-05-25 19:44:36Just left the habit in Camarillo and as we sat down there was a huge spider on the wall. We reported it to the manager Gladys which she completely ignored our complaint. There wasnt other places to sit and therefore we had to squeeze in with another group that was there. People like Gladys shouldnt be managers!!!

2018-01-14 01:49:43The Habit has always had a consistently good tasting burger with a decent variety of toppings as well as some pretty cool alternatives like the albacore tuna filet. Try it in sourdough, its the best! When we are in the mood for a tasty burger with no B.S. we always make a trip down to the Habit!
