Bought a brand new ping driver 15 days ago and was fitted. That experience was great. Ping g430 max 10k. Expensive!!!!Since purchasing it, I literally played only one round of golf and hit a small bucket at the driving range. Then yesterday, standing on hole one getting ready to tee off, I did a practice swing, and the driver shaft fell apart in my hands. I am not a club thrower or abuser in any way. I called Golf Mart right away and explained the issue. They said they would replace the shaft.I went there today (the day after) and was accused that either I had done something wrong or that I incorrectly store my clubs. For the manager not to believe me was upsetting; clearly this was a manufacturing defect which was not my fault.They replaced the shaft, choosing not to simply replace the club altogether.I live an hour away and chose this shop because I had a previous great experience with mizuno 921 hot metal pro fitting. But I will no longer go there after being accused of wrongdoing and treated badly....never again will I spend my money there. I am a disabled veteran and money is tight. To be treated this way and not respected is unforgettable and ridiculous.

They have good variety of golf gear. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and made good suggestions. They charge 4 dollars to change the grip if you buy it from them. Great value!

We stopped by today to look for a golf club set for my wife. What a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. No pressure at all.We felt very comfortable here and Joe spent time with my wife allowing her to hit some balls with different clubs. We ended up purchasing a set for her and I will be bringing my set in for some new grips. Great place, good selection of clubs, hitting areas and really helpful staff.

SO this is the 3rd Golf Mart we visited and by far the best. I am a novice and my husband is more experienced. Two amazing fitters, Ramon and John, helped us make our club choices, and Adam, the manager is so pleasant it makes the trip here worth it just for his customer service alone. We know this is a chain, but the team at this location really seems to care about their customers. There is no pressure, and they never rush you into a choice. We highly recommend this store. One addendum to this.... As with any store it is still buyer beware. I wont fault them for this because it was my bad to not do the research, but the discount we got on one set of clubs was actually the sale price. But, still overall a good store.

I just bought a pair of golf shoes. The advice and information Ren gave me really helped me select the right model for my game. They were out of stock but he had them transferred from another store. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This may be the best golf shop in California. The manager Adam, and his entire crew, never let you down. They truly care about helping anyone play better golf. From my girls footwear to my custom grips they will do it all. Brian and Isaac are amazing fitters. Ramon knows the golf swing like a fine wine. Joe Lin does an amazing job on my grips, and Kerabo has a brain in the game we can all learn from. A+ crew

Updating my review 2/24This place has really gone downhill. They used to care about customers and at the minimum would greet you when you walk in. Now all I get are stares as I navigate the messy and unorganized store.I stopped by today and found an advertised deal for Presidents’ Day. Upon checking out they informed me the item is actually in fact not on sale when there was as clearly a green sticker indicating it was on sale.I used to prioritize any golf related purchases to this store instead of going to a big box retailer or cheaper online alternatives. However after today’s experience it’s clear why this place is a ghost town now.————Get to know the staff and you’ll be treated well. Shoutout to Carlo and Nick for always providing great service. They have an ok selection of clubs in store but are always willing to order clubs for you. I’ve recommended a good amount of my new-to-golf-because-covid friends to this store to spend their hard earned money.

My go to place for my golf needs but today went there for my clubs grips replacement did not get any help.. waited for a while not even sales ref comes to me.. I approached a salesman near by and ask him about the grips and if they have another color in the same brand..he seems not willing to help me and I ended up checking it myself.. when i got what I wanted I asked him if I need an appointment to get help and appointment to get my grips replaced still not willing to help. The store was not busy at all cuz we are just two customers inside ..I ended up walking out from these store and went to another golf store got my grips replace in no time

Michael the assisant manager is awesome very friendly and knowledgeable! Provided the best customer service! Would recommend everyone to go check them out.
