Was greated by an awesome friendly voice, after walking in, this person I believe her name was Abby? She was so helpful had all the answers she seemed really intelligent, and definitely knew her stuff! I had a good experience at this shop and with the staff was having a rough day prior and they really turned it around for me, so helpful, thank you all -Dave

Im so very impressed with this shop. The Owner was so kind. I went to another shop in Chico to sell my gold and was absolutely disappointed with their offer, I know the FMV of what I had. The owner at the Gold Exchange had told me two weeks ago what she would pay for it but for me to try on line first as it might bring the price up for me. Online was a bust sadly, so I took it back to the Gold. Exchange in Red Bluff, the owner remained as kind and knowledgeable as the first time I met her, and even though the gold prices had dropped a bit she stuck to her original offer. Now thats integrity. If you are looking for a fair and honest exchange, run dont walk to this place. Thank you Gold Exchange

I am writing this as a warning. I have been taking pristine movies to this place for the past few years. Never had a issue with any of the employees. They have been extremely nice, but if you walk in and see the long haired hippie guy. Turn around and walk out. He will rip you off. Hes the only one who will give you less than the worth for your items. Only had to deal with him twice. The first time, I took my merchandise and walked out. The second time, I took the offer, and Im giving this honest review. Deal with this guy at your own risk. Its unfortunate how one employee can have a negative ripple in a business.

I highly recommend this business, not only because of the wide variety of products inside but also because of the staff. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They often have some really good sales too! Overall, fantastic business and I will certainly be returning.

After just going through a painful experience, I went into Gold Exchange to sell my wedding ring. I was greeted by a great staff, and was given a very fair price. Jessie the jeweler was so kind and comforting. Thank you for a great experience!

Jessie is amazing! She helped me herself and she is the owner. I had a ton of junk jewelery and she stopped what she was doing and came over and helped me herself. And she gave a very fair price for things i thought werent worth anything at all. I love this place

I love shopping at the Gold Exchange and staff has always been helpful and courteous. Jessie has an amazing selection of metaphysical jewelry, gifts, and products as well as a great selection of more traditional jewelry in every price range. Cary crafts beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces that always bring compliments, and not only does flawless repairs but also customized pieces. The jewelry side also features many beautiful crystal stones and jewelry for both men and women, as well as crystal singing bowls and drums. The pawn side is always busy and a wide variety of merchandise is neatly displayed, and always in working order and clean. The stuff tries hard to work with everyone who brings pawnable items to them, and they also buy gold and coins at fair market prices....way better than those one-day buying events that pop up in the area. Jessie is one of the most generous, caring people I have ever met, chairing many community fund raisers and contributing to others. She gives back to the community every day through her involvement in service and charitable groups, and always reflects a positive attitude. She gets an A++++ in my book!

I just went there today...Jessie is fantastic...she is kind and makes you feel so welcome. These guys are the last vestige of what was a financial norm back in the day . Before credit cards and big loans. When people had hard cold green cash money. They bought things outright after they scrimped and saved to make ends meet and still managed to buy a home and a family car and near the end of the month when things got tight, they didnt go to the bank. They took an item of value they owned outright and pawned it untill they could pay it back after they got paid. the sting of whatever unexpected expenses they had to cover was about gone when they were able to make that payment to get their item out of hawk and didnt have credit card debt or any of that modern jazz. These guys treat you right, with respect and give you the best price theyre able to give and still cover their bills. I pawned a ring my wasband gave me,the only thing he ever bought me just because he loved me . No holiday or birthday, just because he wanted me to have it. Its the only piece I kept when we divorced after 18 years. I was late by a week coming up with the money to pay the loan but I had contacted them and explained my situation and for a small fee they allowed me the time I needed to get the money rounded up. I havent had to pawn anything since but if Id did Id use them in a heartbeat. I know this is a really long review so Ill sum them up with one word for you ; INTEGRITY. ...They have it, their prices are great and they negotiate. Patronize them frequently.

I have been to this pawn shop many times over the years. Always friendly staff. Jessie is ver nice. They all seem very knowledgeable. Me and my daughter made good money selling old jewelry. :) my kids like the prices on used dvds and video games .

I love the gold exchange, Jessie and staff are amazing! My kiddos love looking at all the crystals and rocks as collecters. Also the gold exchange is very involved in supporting our community, they donate to many including my Son when he was chosen to go to Standford for a leadership program also Relay For Life. The ingagement ring my husband got form their is beautiful! Proud to be a lifetime customer.

Red Bluff Gold exchange is the best place to go if you need help with some extra cash to help get some food or help paying a bill that is past due. Just bring down some collateral like New flat screen TV or tools or what ever has value then they will lend you some funds. Then to get your stuff back just bring the pawn ticket down and payback the amount they loaned you plus a little bit of interest which is a small amount and i think its fair because they lent you the money when you dont have the money you need. The owner Jessie Woods runs a very professional business that helps everyone in this community thank you so much for helping all of us in Red Bluff. I live in Redding, but I work in Red Bluff. I love going to the Gold Exchange during my lunch break. Jessie and her staff offer some amazing deals. Gary, Ernie, and Jason have all helped me at one time or another. Some of my favorite Red Bluff memories are searching through their HUNDREDS of DVDs . . . they charge only a couple bucks per DVD! Ive also bought games, tools, and CDs there. Recently, my wife and I made the decision to move to UT with our 6 kids. I hope I can find a cool store there--but I will sincerely miss the Gold Exchange. --James H.

I have bought multiple items from RBGE. I have never had an issue with staff or product. The vague comments left in this string are ludicrous and slander. A business which has been a staple in the community for over 20 years would not be able to operate if these were true.

Zero stars if i could, the fat black haired guy there got snobby and told me they will not buy 3 dvds and that i need to come back with 10 when in the past they have bought less then that from me and a blonde thin lady refused to buy my gameboy color game the guy at the shop doesnt like that i walk with my dog EVEN THOUGH HE IS MUZZLED AND IT IS COMPLETELY LEGAL this man is obviously a german shepherd hater and he has given me shlt about how he wont buy my stuff just because i bring my dog with me and i bring my dog because he needs exercise and he didnt say it to me but it IS because he doesnt like my dog i can read people like a book and their bicycles are over priced and cost 200 more then what walmart sells you can get a bike at walmart for waaaaaay less this place lost my business for good i will be sure to give them a bad review on every site i go to and report them to the better business bureau let this be a lesson to the people who work there KISS YOUR CUSTOMERS A$$ OR LOSE BUSINESS because if they treat all their customers like that sellers will go elsewhere the customer has the power because the customer keeps the shop in business
