Kevin Rojas did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me and answering any questions I had. He also did a great job of showing us the multiple options we had for trucks that fit our necessities, and made the buying process as smooth as it could be. I recently purchased a Ford F-350 from the Ford store in Morgan Hill, and the experience was outstanding. Randy Mora, the salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect truck. His attention to detail and customer service made the process seamless.Additionally, his manager, Jesus Lopez, ensured everything went smoothly and was very accommodating. I love buying cars from the Ford store in Morgan Hill. I bought a hybrid there about 10 years ago, which Ive been bringing there for service ever since and its still running with almost 200,000 miles on it. TFSMH was among the lowest prices I was quoted for a 2023 Mustang Mach-E among the dealers in the Bay area, but I ultimately went with them because they had the color and trim I was interested in. I appreciate that they had the car charged, cleaned and ready when we arrived. After the final test drive, we took a while to decide on the terms of the lease (down payment/duration/miles) because it was our first time not purchasing a car, but they were patient with us. The finance person was able to process my X-plan discount. They did try to get us to buy a $600 prepaid service plan that we politely declined because EVs need little maintenance beyond tire rotations and windshield wiper fluid refills. Im glad they did all the DMV paperwork and affixed the temp plates and HOV stickers. Our sales person Bobby Covarrubias was friendly and thoroughly answered our many questions as first-timers to EVs - he even wiped down a few dusty spots under the hood himself and gave us a great rec for a lunch restaurant afterwards!

They were not pushy at all with their warranty options and vehicle packages.The only downside was how long I had to wait for the finance person to become available to purchase the vehicle (~60+ minutes)

The service department at this dealership is excellent. They work to ensure the highest levels of customer service. Each time I’ve brought by SUV in for service the process was seamless and efficient. In this last visit, my service advisor Raymond was extra helpful in making sure that I got my car back quickly. I recently visited Ford Services at Morgan Hill for the second time, hoping for a better experience than my initial visit, but was left disappointed again. The customer service here desperately needs improvement. Scheduling a service seems to only guarantee a slot to drop off your car, not the actual service time, which they still need to figure out after you arrive.Throughout the service process, the lack of communication was a major issue. There were no proactive updates about the status of my car’s repair. I found myself having to call them just to get basic information, feeling more like a bother rather than a valued customer. It’s frustrating to not know what’s happening unless you reach out directly.If youre looking for a smooth and communicative car service experience, sadly, this place might not meet your expectations.

The Morgan Hill Ford store is completely over the top exceptional in every customer service detail. The Ford Store continues to shine in terms of the buying experience. Most dealership experiences suck in todays world and it is so refreshing to buy a car at a dealership where they value the customer experience and make the transaction easy. We have purchased 4 cars from the Ford Store and our sales rep Jordan Byler continues to impress us with his attention to detail. He listens to your needs and does a phenomenal job finding us the vehicle that fits our needs perfectly. During the pandemic many dealers took advantage of customers with ADM charges. The Ford Store never charges more than sticker price as they truly value the customer experience and building long term customer relationships. This was our second time buying a vehicle from The Ford Store and this time was an excellent experience as well.Bobby Covarrubias was our sales consultant this time and he delivered exceptional, hassle-free customer service, from showing us vehicles that fit our needs and price range (across 2 days), to test driving and pointing out features we were unaware of, to ensuring we didnt miss out on the truck we eventually selected to purchase (unlike another dealership earlier that day that sold a vehicle out from under us while we were working out the financing), to providing us with info about the vehicle, to getting us a great price on our trade-in, to getting it detailed, to filling up the gas tank.Although Bobby is relatively new to this dealership, Im sure with his work ethic and attention to detail that hell be a popular sales consultant as long as he wants to work there. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and The Ford Store to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

If I could leave zero stars I would my wife to our new suv in for its first oil change. My wife not knowing much about vehicle was talked in to getting extra air filters and an alignment done which cost an extra $334.44. Extremely disappointed in this service team and do not recommend going here.

This service department is a game changer: everyone there is so kind! Raymond Moreno is especially helpful and the follow up with questions is super fast! They ordered parts for my oversized van in less than a week and it took them only a few hours to install - I don’t expect such fast service to be the normal circumstance, but I wasn’t able to leave my van overnight.For context on why I am so impressed with this Ford service center: I ordered the same parts at other Ford service centers in the Bay Area and waited between 4 and 6 months for the parts to arrive - and when the parts arrived they either didn’t want to install on my van or told me they sold them to another customer by mistake.I called this Ford service center and was so anxious and wary - every single person I interacted with reassured me and addressed all my concerns. While I was waiting for service I overheard so many other customer’s transactions - I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of every transaction I witnessed. There were no snide remarks after customers left…it was all genuine helpfulness and productivity. 10/10 such a good Ford service center.

Stay away. We bought a Mustang Mach e and traded in our paid off Volkswagen Tiguan that never had any problems. Fast forward 28 days after we bought it and we already have had to take it in for repair. But to make matters worse, taking it in was an ordeal. No one seems to know what they are doing. Departments don’t seem to communicate between each other. They don’t communicate with other stores when necessary. They Have customers make calls for them that they should be making. They don’t return calls when they say they will. They don’t follow through with what they say will do. Once they take your money they essentially wash their hands of you. Ask for 5 star reviews then you never hear from them again. You can make your own decisions of course but if you are reading this it’s because you are curious about other people’s experiences and if you should spend your money here. Don’t. Good luck.

I ordered a new F-350 King Ranch about a year ago, due to parts availability it took longer than expected. Ryan Valletta, the General Sales Manager is a Prince of a guy, he kept me informed and aware of all my options to potentially speed up the order process, I was fine waiting to get exactly what I wanted. When the truck was built, it was a 2024 instead of the 2023 I ordered, not to worry said Ryan, we will take care of you. Upon arrival to the dealership, Ryan sent me pictures and got everything ready in one day, including the Dealer Installed Options I ordered, and even had the truck delivered to my place of business 165 miles North of Morgan Hill.I have purchased many new vehicles in my days, this was hands down the easiest and most pleasant buying experience Ive ever had. I showed up at 8:00 at night thinking for sure the Dealership would be closed, but they were open to my surprise. A young man name Jordan Byler came out from inside and asked me if I need any help. I told him I was just looking at his truckes because I saw a used King Ranch when I drove by their lot. He told me those were the only two used King Ranches that they had, but had one coming in that a customer had order. But wasnt able to purchase it anymore. I asked him if he could find out about the details of the truck because I might be interested in it. I all ready new the prices for the truck because I had looked them up online and the different options for the truck. He came back with all the prices and I made him an offer and they came back with a counter offer that I agreed too. Next thing I knew I had a new truck. I appreciate everything that Jordan did for me on buying the truck and Morgan Hill doesnt know how lucky they are to have an employee like Jordan.

Dealership does not keep their word and/or they’ll intentionally lie to you. Their sales team called me late at night to tell me a vehicle I inquired about became available. They told me they would hold the vehicle until the next day so I had time to come down to the dealership and buy it. They even said nobody else knew it was there, it wasn’t listed online or anything. But two hours after I spoke to them on the phone they texted me to tell me they were in the process of selling it to someone else. Disgraceful. Glad I didn’t end up doing business with these people.

I had an excellent experience with The Ford Store in Morgan Hill today. My F150 Lightning had a battery issue and was unsafe to drive. I live in Watsonville and my local dealer was uncaring and unhelpful. They said the soonest that they could look at my truck was 10 days out.Fortunately I called The Ford Store in Morgan Hill and they were awesome. They said bringyour truck in immediately and we will try and evaluate it within 24 hours.When I showed up the head Mechanic Mike immediately looked at my truck and diagnosed the problem. Allison Banks was my service advisor and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.All employees at the Ford Store in Morgan Hill were courteous, sympathetic, and very helpful. I know where I’ll be taking my Ford for service from now on, even though I have to drive 45 minutes to get there.

This place is the sketchiest dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought my car back in 2019 and am trying to sell it, but these people failed to pay off the loan from the previous owner who sold it to them so now there’s a “lien” that’s not under my name, nor can we figure out who it belonged to since the lien holder (Chrysler Capitol) refused to reveal any information regarding it, but they did in fact confirm there’s an existing loan on my car that’s not mine. I was told by them and by the dealership I tried to sell my car to that Ford messed up and needs to fix it because they’re not even sure if I’d get my title if I were to pay off my loan I have for this car.It’s a whole mess that I’ve had to deal with and it’s been nothing but hell.Their president Ashley Valletta just handed me over to the Ford store Morgan Hill manager Ryan Valletta. And this guy had the nerve to tell me that they’ll take my car in for around 2-3k, which is such an insult after all this I’ve had to go through. I told them to take care of the other loan attached to my car that’s not mine. And he emailed “there’s nothing to take care of” and stated that the loan was “not up to date” and that’s why it shows. It didn’t resolve anything and now I’m stuck with this car that’s basically worthless even though the same ones are being sold at all dealerships with higher mileage for around 7-10k.

I brought my mom’s Bronco in for service and Allison did a phenomenal job at updating me on what it needed, and also doing everything possible to get it back to me in a super fast timeframe. My salesperson, Jacob, over the course of 4+ months, stayed in contact with me after I contacted the dealership inquiring about taking over a customer-cancelled 2022 Mustang Mach-E preorder. Whenever a customer would cancel and it was one of the trim levels I was looking for, Jacob would call me and let me know it was available.It is well known that this is one of the few, if not the only, dealership that charges MSRP for their new vehicles AND is willing to work with its customers. To prove how rare that is, allow me to list the dealerships I talked with before The Ford Store Morgan Hill that all had markups of $5,000-$15,000 (sometimes more) on all trim levels of their Mach-E: Fremont Ford, Vista Ford Lincoln, Sunrise Ford, Galpin Ford, and Norm Reeves Ford Superstore.Some of these other dealerships claim that they dont do markups, but they mandatorily install over $8,000 of worthless addons and refuse to work with the customer.Enough about those other guys. My salesperson Jacob never stopped staying in contact me for over 4 months, keeping me updated on the customer pre-order he found for me all the way from its build date until its delivery.When I flew out 350 miles to the dealership to take delivery, Ill admit I was fully prepared to be crestfallen and realize that I had been fooled by false promises just like I had been at other dealerships, but nope, not the case. Jacob even ordered me my HOV stickers ahead of time so I could install them at the dealership after the deal was finished. When I requested to see the full itemized invoice, the team at TFSMH provided it without question and provided me with plenty of time to reach out to my credit union to secure financing through them. What?! No dealership pressure to take dealership financing? No markups of any kind and complete transparency? I still cant believe it. Terrible service. I will no longer be a ford owner or customer after this. I scheduled a service appointment because my car was not driving normal. The day before my appointment I got a message from ford saying I couldn’t bring in my car because they have a skeleton crew and wouldn’t be able to look at my vehicle and I’d have to bring it in 3 days later. Once I brought it in it was days before they even looked at it only to find out I was now out of warranty and needed a repair to my transmission. Once I paid for that and got my vehicle back 3 weeks later the issue wasn’t at all resolved. I took it back to ford and am now being told it will cost anywhere from $5k-$8k more to fix. Keep in mind the car is 2021 and I haven’t even owned it for 3 full years!

A great experience with this dealership ordering a Ford maverick Hybrid. They where honest with how long it would take. I ordered Sep 16th and they said it would likely be the next summer before I get it and it arrived on May 27th. They called Ford in March to figure out why I was not getting scheduled and I got a scheduling email the next day. The car was sold a MSRP. No hard sell on the warranty. EDIT 4/9/2024: it has been nearly 6 months since we bought our vehicle. The vehicle we purchased is an Electric Vehicle and eligible for the Clean Air Vehicle certificate and HOV stickers. Our saleman, Randy, told us that the dealership would apply for our CAV Certificate and sticker and they would be mailed to our home by the DMV. Fast forward to January, we received the CAV Certificate from the DMV but no stickers. After many hours dealing with the DMV, they said that the stickers should have been issued with the original CAV Certificate. We assumed that, since the vehicle was new, the certificate we received from the DMV was the original. Turns out, no. The dealership applied for the stickers before we took possession of the car. In order to request new CAV stickers, we had to report the original stickers lost or stolen with the DMV. Well, yesterday we received a mystery envelope from The Ford Store Morgan Hill and inside was the Original CAV Certificate and the stickers. The issuance date on the certificate was about 6 weeks before we bought the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership and their Manager Tim confirmed that the dealership had the stickers in their possession at the time we bought the vehicle and our salesman just failed to give them to us.Now were stuck waiting for replacement stickers since the stickers we should have received from the dealership are in the DMV system as stolen...--------------We ordered a vehicle to be custom built and were just going to take delivery at the Ford store Morgan Hill. I have ordered vehicles this way in the past and typically the process is under an hour to pick up the vehicle. We were at the dealership for almost 5 hours. Another couple was also there, visibly frustrated as they just went in to submit their final payment and hand over a check, but they had also been at the dealership for nearly 3 hours.The dealership also made us apply for a line of credit even though we were paying for the vehicle in full without financing. The salesman stated it was their company policy that everyone must apply for ID verification purposes, even though a credit application does not establish identification. The salesman said the only way we could opt-out of the application was if we paid for the vehicle in full, they would hold the vehicle for as little as 3 days but up to a few weeks before they would release the vehicle to us, effectively holding our long awaited vehicle hostage. Absolutely ridiculous.We were just thankful when we were finished and allowed to leave. We will never return.

Messaged the dealership. Louie texted me and gave me an OTD price that had no markups at all. A very pleasant contrast to what I had seen in the past 4 months at other dealrships -- did not have rude salesmen, no $5,000 markups for clearcoat, etch or door edges, etc.. We were helped out by the awesome Jacob. He knew everything about the cars we looked at, super patient when calling our insurance for paperwork, explained all items, printed out Carfax for me and more. Jacob was patient and enthusiastic as we looked at several cars and test drove one in the rain and cold. I had watched so many YouTube videos ready to haggle and fight like I had at the other dealerships but Jacob offered us $250 off the already low price of the car. Paperwork was easy (2 hours) and finance manager was great. They were flexible with us coming at night and getting the car in the morning. After searching for a car for 4 months and visiting/calling many dealerships within 75 mile radius, finally bought my car here! Even after the purchase, I had prompt email followup from the salesman Jacob in case I had any questions about the vehicle I purchased. Overall this is what a dealership should be, and they get 5 stars for being exceptional at customer service and pricing.

I sent an inquiry for a Ford Bronco and received a prompt response from Justin Lovecchio. I give credit where credit is due. I live in SoCal and dealers here have a markup of 10k for this car. Morgan hill has no markup. Justin was very reliable with his communication skills and would be there to answer all my questions via email, then text and phone calls. I got the price breakdown, got the window sticker to confirm specs and gave a $500 deposit (refundable) to hold the vehicle. We flew in to San Jose and made our way to the dealership still thinking we werent going to get the deal without a markup. Too good to be true. Boy was I wrong. They kept their word and even the finance office with Marcell Tongco was a breeze. Talk about a no push and crazy sales tactics approach. Cut and dried approach. This is what we offer and this is what it costs. Ive bought 4 new cars and this was the easiest transaction even though it was a purchase that started over 300 miles away from the dealer.I will be back to this dealership in the future and I highly recommend it.

Sent my car in for a simple service this week. Had no issues other than needing to get an oil change done. Once I get the car back, it now has a maintenance required light on and a blown front speaker. Don’t bring your car here unless you want to walk out with more problems then you started with. I have two reasons why I am leaving a two star review . My salesman James was overall a good person, he was kind and never rude . I have never purchased a car / truck without negotiating the best deal and just agreeing to paying full price . I understand the Ford store of Morgan hill is up front on selling at MSRP especially on the super duty trucks and I respected that and cut a check for full price . Prior I spoke with Graham Gillis ( sales manager ) on the phone prior to cutting a check . I tried to negotiate a one time discount on parts / accessories for the truck since they wouldNot negotiate off MSRP, he immediately turned me down and told me if I’m not happy he can send my deposit back to me and sell to the line of other people waiting to buy the truck . He threatened to take my name off and send deposit back if I would not comply with no discounts no deals whatsoever. I just want other potential buyers to know that this dealership is a very greedy one that does not take care of their customers when purchasing a highly expensive vehicle . when taking delivery of the truck I was not shown how all the features work, luckily I have watched many YouTube videos on the new super duty trucks and learned about the features on my own . The man who helped us in finance I believe his name was (Jesus) was rude at times. He had a Co worker sitting next to him that was in training and I understand he was multi tasking but he most definitely was not someone I would want to run through finance with again . The co worker being trained was absolutely very kind and you could tell he was very genuine and wanted to answer any question I had . The financier only cared about offering me an extended warrantee 5 different times after I have declined more than once .This dealership in my opinion needs to work on customer service overall else in certain departments . 2 wrong pre-sale commitments were made. Be careful when you go buy a car from here, dont trust commitment unless it is in writing. Before selling me the vehicle I was told that there should be 2 keys for the vehicle, after sale, at the time of the delivery, I only got handed 1 key and a SORRY. Plus they refused a key replacement. The fact that there is only 1 key isnt the problem the problem is that why wasnt I informed about it as soon as I asked, before sale. Lastly I got a call recently after 3 weeks of the purchase that I am due a certain amount to pay for the registration of the car. They never have a loaner/rental on site even if they are holding your car. I even called in advance. I had my truck warranty service due to issues with the steering gear and no rental car available in the entire dealer. They expected me to drive off with it. This is my second time with the same issue in my truck and no car available again. Hard to believe, but expect it. They expect you to figure things out instead of offering to get you a car. The dealer makes you feel that its your problem, in reality they should have a more loaner car for emergency instead of loaning all of their cars out every day. Please fix this problem. Iv been here since 8.30am.Update 11.30am finally got a respond and found out that there was an issue with the drive shaft. The mechanic advised me not to drive the truck. Now back to square one, I ask so what about a car? I overheard similar issue with another customer about not having a rental car. I guess this is a recurring issue. His advisor said that they will get him a car from Holister. So I told my advisor whos been telling that there were no car available in the entire dealer about the other customer who was waiting for a car from Holister. He talked to the manager and behold, he said theres one last car available.I think the problem is that they are not being honest and straightforward.The dealer should have told me or anyone getting service. If we have to keep your car overnight, then we will lend you the rental car or a loaner car. Each condition should be treated differently, my issue has happened twice. Especially for a car that still under a warranty. The dealer should be a 5 star if they treat customers the same way when buying a car. The 1st couple of service, I felt special. It went downhill when a problem with the car started. Ill be happy to assist so that it wont happen to anyone else. My poor car died and i had it towed to the service department..it was after hours so it was Thursday when it was determined my car was a loss and a new car was suggested. Five star service and sales experience!!I happened into the MHFS in January attracted by the new Ford Bronco featured on the lot.I was met by the “next up” which was most fortuitous. Mr. Sterling Williamson approached me recognizing I was only “just looking”. Stroking up a casual conversation I indicated I was thinking about a new company car, specifically an Explorer Timberline. (I’d researched that package earlier and hoped they’d have on on property. They’d actually just sold the only Timberline that morning,)Sterling and I walked the lot and after a few minutes he’d encouraged me to write up a build sheet to see what options and pricing I’d like.I decided to go ahead and place the $500 deposit and submit the order, no pressure and entirely refundable if needed.Along the way, Sterling would update me on the status of the build via text msg and an occasional call. Worst dealer ever, dealers are suppose to make you a deal. First time at this dealership, made lots of calls before arriving, everyone I spoke to wasA. Did not know what they were doingB. Did not call back when they told me they wouldC. The truck I was pirtically interested in had damage rusted out interior and problems with the exterior and in the engine bay. They did a very bad patch job on the leather seat that was once pictured as it being ripped when they posted it online. They were too cheap to simply replace the one small side panel of leather... but were asking 54k, plus completely rusted interior of the truck and components broken in the engine bay. No thanks. It was clear they are out for money. We will never come back here!!We tried to work in a 5k warranty within the 54k Truck and they did not want to do that, ridiculous. Never seen a dealer do this kind of behavior, so off putting.Also they tried talking down on our knowledge about Fords when we own/ have had 4 F450 super duty Platinums and 1 F350 Platinum none of our trucks have rust in the interiors.This is definitely the correct dealership that Im reviewing. We even talked to you at one point Ryan; you did not even call me back like you promised.

I drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle. A week later I decided too purchase it. I spoke to Leo who said that he would send me the application right away because someone else was wanting to test drive it. Fifteen minutes later. My car battery was dead but only 1 year old so it was under warranty. I went to this dealership yesterday to get it swapped. The counter person brought a new battery out, I measured it and it was merely 12.46v, I asked her to bring another, but not much better at 12.49v. I asked her to take my meter and get one near 12.6-12.7v she said they only had 3 of that size in inventory. The last one was at 12.46v. I asked her if they kept the batteries hooked up or periodically charged them while on the shelf, she said no, whatever it was delivered to them. The battery had 07/23 print on the box. Depleting and sitting at such low voltage for so many months could wipe out significant portion of its lifespan. Wow!Edit on 11/06/23: I had no other options on the day so took the last one. Back home I hooked it up with a smart car charger overnight. It has never rested at 12.6-12.7v, but 12.5v the highest.

This is the Ford dealership to go to. Aside from them not charging dealer markups (ADM) on any vehicles, even highly anticipated models, their staff is very friendly. Their service department is awesome. I bring my GT350 to get serviced and have had quite a few issues that have been resolved under warranty. Recently I purchased a new vehicle here and as a first time vehicle buyer I can say that my experience was stress free and easy. I chose this dealer because my family has purchased here before and they dont mark up their prices, so I decided to also give them a shot. Currently in this market, vehicle mark ups can be insane in other dealerships and this dealer stood by the MSRP price which made me happy. My sales consultant Bryson Hill. was great, patient and always answered my questions. What I also liked was that he actually had knowledge of the F150 I was purchasing and all the features these new models had. I liked their customer service, every employee was helpful and the sales manager Ron Edwards was very nice and honest as well. Overall I was happy with my experience here.

Waited 23 months for my bronco. I have since moved to a cheaper spot out of the area, but came back here for my pick up and was very glad I stayed here. The young sales guy was enthusiastic and trying very hard to provide good service and meet my needs. He was given extremely unclear directions by his manager who obviously could not care less, and this caused a 6 hour waste of time one day. I left the dealership after the 6 hours without the truck and then a two week delay to take possession of the vehicle due to the holidays.

No pressure just very nice staff.🙂Update, got my new Ford Maverick.(MSRP) Expected headaches, but wait. THIS REVIEW IS LONG OVERDUEAt the time I recently returned to California after residing out of state for a several years.And since I received(The Letter) from FOMCOregarding a recall on my super duty I was eager to get this corrected.I interviewed two other Ford dealership locations and I was not impressed so I drove the extra mile to Morgan Hill and it was there that I was pleasantly pleased with what I saw and the professionals that I spoke with such as Alex Salazar my service advisor. I made my appointment in person and then the following week I returned for the scheduled 9:30 a.m. appointment I was told if I arrived early that there was a chance I may get in earlier so thats what I did and indeed that was the case since I was waiting the service technicians handled the issue promptly and I was on my way.But while I was waiting I also had interactions with the parts counter the sales team members and Delclan another service advisor all were very professional, knowledgeable & friendly!I will definitely return as needed and I will recommend The Ford Store of Morgan Hill!!
