This place is the best for all your flooring needs. The staff are incredibly helpful, the prices are competitive. We came all the way from San Francisco to order from them. We placed our order with Martin who took care of us in the store and explained all our options with us. He is also helping us arrange for shipping once our floors are back in stock. Definitely come check this place out if youre in need of new floors!

We love our flooring from the Flooring Factory and we are so happy we used them. First off, after shopping around they are hands down the cheapest. It was totally worth the drive for us from Long Beach. We went to multiple other vendors and we were told the price we were getting from the Flooring Factory was less than their cost. Second, they made the process smooth and easy. We went in and they helped us determine the amount needed and provided us email quotes for all flooring we were interested in. Once we decided on the flooring we wanted, we were easily able to pay our deposit online. Third, pick up was very easy, they brought the product out back on a forklift and assisted us in loading our trailer.We cannot recommend the Flooring Factory enough, their product and customer service are phenomenal!

These guys are awesome, soon as you step in they are very helpful and polite. I struggled going to other places looking for a style I wanted but couldn’t find it until I came to this place. They had several great styles and got several samples to take with me to compare at home, which was a big help, once decided they were able to give me great price and fast delivery. This is my second time coming here so highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home flooring, walls, vanity, etc….

We found The Flooring Factory through TikTok after endlessly searching for flooring and trying to see what it would look like on a large scale. Every other flooring store we visited had the small displays and we weren’t satisfied as we could not really see the entirety of flooring colors and variations. So we did the 2 hour drive from our home to their Valencia store, they had large display panels that made it easy to see and feel the flooring variations. They explained how their store was laid out and allowed us to take our time to see everything on our own. We were able to pick our flooring, baseboards, and get a quote on everything before leaving the store. They were friendly, welcoming, and efficient; I would highly recommend checking them out for your flooring needs.

Top Notch service and product! After contemplating on many various flooring options, we decided to order through the Flooring Factory even though they were many states away from us. Service each time I called was fantastic, and the flooring we choose is my absolute favorite part about our new basement. After sending the pictures of my vision, they helped me choose Denton XL, a McMillian product. They then shipped the product from CA to Minnesota and everything arrived in perfect condition! For months I delayed my Flooring project due to my lack of understanding regarding different flooring products. Met with Roger and his team who took their time and educated me regarding SPC/Harwoods and differences and comparison of Cost, value, and usage. His Videos were very helpful in my DIY journey. Part 2 (edited comment) wife said she loved the way it looked and I had to finish off the rest of the house to match. Used Noe’s recommendation about sq fr and how many boxes I would need and he was spot on, I have only a few left over tiles but saving them as replacement pieces in the far future (just in case some get damaged) looks great! We added new sub floor (personal choice) and added blocking to my 1955 joist underneath my house, we used liquid nails for the subfloor helps stops any creaking and we used the moisture barrier from the tile factory. Great cost and even better Results.
