I used Sue and the Flashberger Real Estate Group to sell my Pleasanton home in 2022. Sue and her team do an amazing job from start to finish. She has a team of contractors available that quickly got my home ready to sell.Sue also has so much knowledge and advice. I was completely at ease and knew I was in good hands. The sale went great.Im also impressed with Sues after sales support. She still checks in on me two years later :-).I would most highly recommend The Flashberger Real Estate Group to sell your home.

What a team Dave and Sue Flashberger have assembled! They are there for you throughout the whole process of getting my house ready to go onto the market for a potential sale. Everyone they involved in my journey of selling my home were exceptional! From the office staff, to the cleaning crew, and everyone in between! They all helped make a very stressful time in my life, a whole lot easier and helped to take a lot of the pressure off of me! After they do their job and get your house sold, theyre still there for you. Theyll help you move onto the next chapter of your life as easily as they can possibly can! Theyre not just realtors there good people who youll be lucky to call friends, when the business is done!! Cant recommend their services enough!!

We highly recommend The Flashberger Group for your real estate needs. We recently sold our home of home of 32 years in Pleasanton. From our first contact with the group to our final walk thru, they were truly amazing to work with. We decide to list our home quickly and wanted to list the home within three weeks. From the first time Sue Flashberger walked into our home we knew we were in good hands. Sue is a master of her trade with years of experience in the area. Within 48 hours, we had met with the staging team, design team, and had bids for painting and flooring and all items needed to upgrade our home for putting it on the market. The Flashberger’s have assembled a fantastic team to meet all the needs of the seller. All the contractors and professionals that worked in our home were wonderful to work with. She met her commitment to us and our home was on the market in three weeks. We trusted all her recommendations and feel they were all great choices. Our home sold the first weekend on the market and closed in 25 days. Day or night, the team is there for you, selling a home for us was emotional with a lot of unknowns, the team walked us thru all issues as they came up with ease. Someone is always there to help you from the team. Our only regret is that we wish we had gotten to know Sue and Dave Flashberger years ago in Pleasanton on a personal level, they are a special couple. We cant imagine going through this process with anyone else. Sue is amazing. The best thing you can do when working with the Falshberger group, is put everything in their hands and do what they say! Because she has been in the business and in the area as long as she has, shes incredibly trustworthy. She was able to guide us to get what needed to be done accomplished and the added value came back in spades! Sue is faithful to her clients and puts a high value on integrity. Its so easy to allow yourself to trip over your emotions, and while Sue can empathize, she makes sure you get the best value based on her experience and expertise. She had a great assistant working with her that helped keep us on track and helpful subcontractors to come and work on a tight schedule to get our house ready to put on the market! Dave and Sue are fantastic realtors. They work as a matched pair, know the market extensively and have a working model that sells houses. Their recommendations for upgrades and repairs before the sell were spot on. Their crew came in and transformed our house into a modern delight. The lighting, flooring and carpets were all replaced. They have a crew that matches colors and tones to make for a welcoming look. Their stager was so good, we wanted to re-buy our own home! We could not believe the transformation. Dave and Sue like to do a twilight photo shoot which really shows off the house. They then hold an open house and use social media to market this event. Their exposure using social media is extensive and is far reaching in the Bay Area. We were hoping to get a couple of offers but instead got 8! It was because of their efforts and recommendations this happened. We would HIGHLY recommend them if you are thinking about selling.

Since theyve worked and lived in the area for many years, they had strong relationships and local knowledge that were instrumental in helping us get the first home we put an offer down for. They dont treat Pleasanton just as a place of business but they give back to the town and the families of the city including hosting adorable holiday events. Six years later, they continue to be a resource and have referred us to contractors, architects and even advice on schools. We worked with Sue to buy our first home last year. Sue is just the best. So sweet, helpful, available, diligent, resourceful, caring...I just cant say enough about her.I grew up in a neighborhood where Sue heavily represented sellers and saw Sue develop a friendly relationship with people around the neighborhood, including my parents. She was never pushy. She just walked around talking to neighbors, dropping off lawn flags around the 4th of July, pumpkins in the fall, etc. Twenty or so years later, that led to my brother and me both working with Sue to buy our respective homes in Pleasanton.Sue knows her stuff. She knows the area very well and she knows the players (bankers, inspectors, appraisers, escrow agents). Sue is one of the sweetest people but she is no push over. This was our first time buying a home. We were stressed (and nervous) and to make things worse we were working with a non-responsive bank. Sue held our hands, answered our million questions and kept us calm all the while diligently pushing the bank and everyone else involved in the process. She questioned the various inspectors every step of the way to make sure we were made aware of EVERYTHING and felt comfortable proceeding. We always felt like she was looking out for us.I recommended Sue to my colleague (who closed on his house the same week we closed on ours) and will continue to recommend her. Buying a home is stressful and things move very fast. Should we ever decide to go through that process again, we will be working with Sue again. I should mention that Sue continues to be a resource for us. We look to Sue for recommendations for plumbers, electricians, contractors, etc. Not only does she provide referrals but she offers to help us in the process or offers advice to navigate the projects.
