Great place....great customer service.....super duper fast turn around. 1. Had another latch added to gold bracelet.2. Had wifes earring loops soldered shut as part of earring fell off.3. Had ring engraved for a wedding.4. Lightly Polished my wedding ring white gold.5 Mr. Edmund fixed my wifes watch on the spot latch didnt properly close and opened too easily.Great help from Mr. Edmund, Eddie, and Miss Virginia. I think we all have a bit broken jewelry that needs a little love for it to come back to life The FIX is the place to do that. I drove 20 minutes just to go there and would gladly drive 40 if i had to. Thanx again

Great business! I came for a new case for my iPad. It’s a rather old model, and while there was a good amount of colorful, super protective cases for kids, there wasn’t much selection for adult type cases for my particular model.While in the store I noticed and abundance of merchandise for so many different brands and models of various technology to suit any need at a reasonable price. This place also does repairs in store as well 👍🏼The man who works here is very kind and has a nice demeanor, which is always a pleasure to encounter whilst shopping. Initially I purchased the wrong size case for my iPad (at a discounted price!) and noticed when I got home, but the next day I brought it in along with my iPad in hopes to exchange for the correct size. The man was very understanding and exchanged the case for one that truly fit, did not charge me any extra for the new case, AND also installed it for me!! To top it all off, he was very patient with my toddler that was with me, doing what toddlers do and asking a million questions while we were in the store 😂😅

I cracked my iPhone screen a few weeks ago, and I was annoyed at my clumsiness, so I figured, to punish myself, I would just leave it cracked until I upgraded my phone in a few months. However, I was at the mall being bored while chaperoning my GF as she was doing some “Christmas shopping” (I’m pretty sure most things she bought were for herself and not gifts for others though). I came across this store and popped in to check things out. The owner was cool, so I asked how much for a replacement screen. He quoted a reasonable price, so I pulled the trigger. He knocked it out super quick too. Good as new. Highly recommended.

The Valencia Mall has this Rotten Business. The Fix. About two weeks ago we came here for our phone cases. After that we came back with our son and got him a phone case and the guy convinced us to let him laminate the protective cover. We had gotten ours downstairs at another place which we never have had problems with. Two weeks later the protective cover has been lifting and separating from phone. When we go back to ask him to redo it..he gave all kinds of excuses. I asked him if he would do it or not. He said no because it would not work. So We asked for our money back and he says no. I told him that I would no longer refere anyone there and that I would be writing a bad business review then and he said ok...he was fine with that. When we also initially enquired about the protective cover he tried to overcharge by $20. Should have known then. We got ours done at Zag..and we are still happy with their quality. We also got a warranty with them. The Fix will not give a warranty and they will overcharge you. This place is a Bad SCV Business and I hope people will see that.

Fixed an iPhone screen that only lasted a few months. It started cracking on its own under the screen protector and in a protective case which was also purchased there for 180$. I called to ask if they had a warranty on repairs and was told to bring it in. When I brought it in, they wanted me to pay again 80$ to fix the screen that shouldnt have cracked in the first place. He said how does he know I didnt break it again? Um, Because it was in the case, with a screen protector on and still cracked under everything. The screen protector was still completely fine. I refused to pay again to fix something I dont feel was fixed with quality glass and good workmanship. Employee said I could come back in a few hours to speak to the manager but I couldnt wait. Would not recommend this place for iPad repairs.

My son had a broken screen. I made the mistake of coming here rather than the Apple Store. The screen was fixed however the phone was returned broken inside. It was unable to connect to the internet and was just completely non functional. I called the following day and drove all the way back to Valencia only to leave with no solution. He offered to either refund the money and he would take back his screen (and leave me with a broken screen or no screen at all!) or just leave the store!! Nice options right? If you’re not going to do the job correctly at least offer a full refund and try to figure out what could’ve gone wrong. Im left Extremely frustrated & completely screwed. Very bad customer service.

My son shattered his screen from dropping his phone out of the car. I recommended this place to him because I had used them before for a cracked screen and it was his responsibility this time to get his phone fixed. My husband took him in and they left the phone with them while we went to lunch. Upon returning the phone was not fixed and was in worst shape. The phone was now not working as well. He was told the home button wasn’t working because it had water damage. LIE - the phone was working when we walked in. It has never been in water. The associate also could not get the screen back on properly because of a stripped screw.So our mistake of taking it here ended up costing us a new phone. DO NOT go here to get your phone fixed because it may end up costing you more money. Since the phone couldn’t power on we had no choice but to get a new phone. Our $50 day turned into a $400 + mistake thanks to this place. Very expensive lesson on our part. Hoping to save someone else from the same mistake.They should have been honest and warned us ahead of time there is a possibility they could do more damage than good and recommended us to take it to Apple.

This place is amazing! The give great customer service. I walked in last minute and they fixed my screen within 10 minutes. The quality of the screen is excellent. I’ve had my screen replaced many times by many different companies but this one has by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you habip for your help!

The FIX was fast and habip explained what was needed, the price was great compared to the alternative. My phone has been working great since I had my screen replaced and a new screen protector put on. Hopefully my kids dont break my screen again but if they do at least I know where to take my phone!!

Very fast, good service, cheaper than Apple Store. Apple Store wanted me to wait 45 min just to talk to someone. Then another couple hours to fix it. These guys had me fixed before I would have even had a chance to talk to someone at Apple Store. If your out of warranty, this is your best choice.

Horrible store and customer service attitude. They do not even greet a customer when they come to their store. I went to their store today to sell my iPhone 6S 128GB. I saw an AD on their window saying they buy-sell phones. The guy did not even greet me. Anyways, I just directly showed him my phone and asked him how much would he offer. He asked me instead how much do I want. I was taken aback! I just told him I am not sure. The guy arrogantly said he will offer my JUST $50 for the phone!! Are you kidding me? Apple is offering $150 to exchange my phone with a new iPhone 8 and that guy just low balled me. I left the store very unhappy. I am never going back to the store again not even to get my phone fixed. Worst experience on my first visit ever.

Hey guys I got help by this nice guy he name is Turk, he is very friendly and helped me very fast,I had something wrong with my iPhoneX screen he fixed in 15 mins, I was amazed how convenient it was and the reasonable price he gave me, I strongly recommend you guys bring your phone in if there is any problem. I went here to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed since i cracked it, when i got my phone back, i noticed that the screen seemed to be tinted, all the colors on my phone were off .. then the next day, parts of my screen didn’t work. & when i tried to talk on the phone, my face would press every button on the screen... it was super sensitive to touch i guess ... then about 4 days later, my screen didn’t work at all ... so i went back to the store and told them and the guy fixed it again but for free ... i tried to make conversation and asked how long he’s been working there ... he said that was his first week ever fixing phones ... i brushes it off cause i thought, ” well he has his own store, he must be good at it .. how hard could it be “He told me it’ll take 20 mins to fix but he took 2 hours ! I kept going back into the store to check on my phone and he told me he was having problems with closing my phone ! He didn’t know how to close up the screen ... when i finally got my phone back it started messing up about 20 mins after i got it ! I wanted to ask for a refund but my sister ( who was visiting from the army ) payed for it by card and by this time she already flew back to base . WAIST OF 90$!!!!

I called the number and asked for price of replacing the glass of my phone. The guy told me, $45 dollar. But after driving 15 minutes when I reached there he asked for $59 dollar. I reminded him about the price he gave me over the phone. He told his boss gave the price over the phone and he will not give. I think he lied. Lost time on false commitment.
