2024-06-23 04:02:45Well I’ll be if this place does just the job for fixing your phone, it does amazingly!!!! I go often to this place whenever there’s something I need to fix on my phone and they always solve the problem every time, be it a cracked screen, my phone’s battery going low at unusual speed, my phone having difficulty charging, it fixes the problem every single time. They even have excellent phone cases! Sure the prices are high but they’re honestly worth it just for fixing the phone cause man do they just excel at improving it. It’s the highest rated phone fixing place and I can attest that it is for very good reason. Bravo, bravo, an extraordinary performance!!!

2024-06-23 22:08:25Made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews, AND PAID THE PRICE!My wife’s iPhone SE3 went in to have the charging port replaced, was given 45 minutes to repair, returning we noticed the guy watching a YouTube video on how to repair the phone, not exactly a good sign, once completed it did not fix the problem, was told to come back when a “more experienced” tech could look at it, returning the “more experienced” tech said he had to order a part, come back in 2 days, returning the “more experienced” tech could not repair it, had to order another part, returning the “more experienced” tech repaired the charging port, BUT we had to return because the touch ID was now not working, the “more experienced” tech said he had to order another part, returning the “more experienced” tech tried to repair the touch ID issue with no success, AND NOW the screen was not setting in place, the “more experienced” tech said he has to order another part, would call when they arrive…AT THIS POINT IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS! The issue we came in with was repaired, BUT the repairs created more issues. I made it clear to the “more experienced” tech this needed to be resolved on our next visit. He said take the phone home, he’d call once the parts arrive, and everything would be fixed.WELL, MORE MISFORTUNE OCCURRED WHILE WAITING. The phone fell into water, with the screen not being set and exposed the phone was dead. In my opinion The Fix owes us money for a the replacement phone we now have to purchase and the cost of reconnection fees for our carrier. Not to mention the hell this place has put us through with driving back and fourth, their lack of competency to being prepared to repair, and lack of being mature enough to say they don’t know how to fix it. Notice I didnt ask for a refund because they fixed the original issue we came in with.****So a word to the wise. BE CAUTIOUS with these people. I will never go back there or recommend this place****

2024-06-19 22:52:51David at the Fix in Oaks Mall did a really great job on 2 iphones for me( battery replacement and screen replacement ) gave me great prices told me it would take 40 minutes and gave me the phones in under 40 minutes. This is the second time I’ve been here, both times they have been fast and friendly! Will definitely bring laptop that needs to be fixed here!

2024-05-13 20:15:39I had the screen protector placed on my Samsung S20 by AT&T last for several years. When it cracked, I was at the Oaks Mall and had it replaced by The Fix. It cost me $20 and it popped off after 2 weeks. The Fix replaced it, again, this time for $25 and it also lasted only 2 weeks before it also popped off. Not worth it. I am going back to AT&T. Might be a good store, but not for screen protectors.

2024-03-16 20:30:24My samsung phone needed a camera fix, they replaced the lens in a timely matter.Soon after, same phone needed a new screen. Again, replaced quickly, however the repair had a glitch. Called David at Thousand Oaks, he told me to bring it in.After replacement with a new screen it has worked perfect. Thanks David and crew!

2023-08-03 00:26:21Went there due to a cracked outer lens cover on an iPhone. It was replaced quickly but issues developed soon after and the camera is shaking and making noises. Went back and he looked at it and said they can’t do anything about it. After leaving I noticed that the lens cover is definitely dirty and there are spots on the inside. Not sure why the tech didn’t notice that or say anything about it. Even if the issue was caused by something else, you think he’d say something about it being dirty. I don’t remember if they cleaned it out beforehand (it was cracked before), so maybe they slapped the new glass cover on a dirty area and now the dirt is just getting on the cover? Guess we learned our lesson about third party repair.
