This shop is always helping fix my son phone. Every experience is always friendly and helpful staff. Prices are friendly, I always feel we get a great bargain. I come from near LAX only to this shop for cell phone repairs, worth the traffic. Waiting time for repair is not bad. Great customer service, thanks for your help always.

Update: My Samsung port failed after David cleaned it (not his fault, lasted several months) and Connor took care of replacing the port in under an hour and charged my phone! Edit: I dont need your services anymore. I found a better solution.I got scamedI came in on Tuesday, April 23rd, around 4 pm. to get the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 fixed. I came in with my screen displaying only white on the screen.The guy at the counter fixed my phone and charged me around $242 and some change. He said he replaced my screen, and it was a bit pricier because it was an official Samsung screen.Hours later, my phone screen started acting up. The left side of the screen started displaying on the right side of the screen, and the colors on the screen inverted.I also noticed the placement of the screen was a little off because the front facing camera was not hiding on the upper black status tab.Another issue I noticed is that when the phone is charging on the sleep screen. In a dark room, when the phone is charging on the sleep screen and the screen is off, a lot of white pixels can be seen in the upper section of the screen.I went in on Friday the 26th, around 5:40pm to question the man who helped me. He took another look, and he said there was nothing wrong. He kept claiming that my phone was lacking a software update. I checked multiple times and contacted Samsung, and my phone was not missing an update.The man did offer to replace my screen again, but I have to wait until April 30th until he gets a new shipment.Its April 28th as of this review, and this phone screen is getting worse. Its now flashing randomly. It felt like he just put it on someone elses discarded screen on my phone, hoping to get away with it.I decided to just get a new phone since the value of my phone at this rate is probably lower than what I paid to get it fixed by now. At this point, the fix done was just a temporary fix until I got my new phone.Also, fyi, dint trust all the 5-star reviews on here. The store offers a free gift for a five-star review. I was given a screen protector that made it almost impossible to detect my touch inputs.If you need to get your phone fixed, its best you go through your provider.

They are fast and reasonable pricing i had to get my laptop screen fixed and was extremely happy with the results. I had been struggling with a cracked screen for weeks, and I couldnt believe how quickly they were able to fix it. Not only did they repair the screen, but they also cleaned my laptop and made it look brand new. AMAZING, HELPFUL STORE!My phone screen had a UV glue that attached the tempered glass to the screen that I bought from Amazon. Because the product had 24k positive reviews, I thought it would be great! It cracked within a week. When I tried to remove it, it splintered and glass went into my eye.The workers, David and Jacob, worked to remove that stupid glass from my phone. They didnt charge me for removal, and I bought a new screen which they installed for me.My phone is better than new! These guys are kind and professional.10/10 highly recommend!

Do not get your screen replaced here or a new screen protector. they are horrible quality and the actual screen Broke after a week and the screen protector didn’t even break. 0/10 and they wouldn’t give a refund. or re place it for free, or at least a refund in store credit,said warranty is not available once it is physicaly damaged. than what is the point of a warranty?? i got a screen protector that didn’t work.
