Very very odd experience.Walked in after purchasing my new Iphone at the Apple store a few storefronts down, to purchase a few new cases for it.This was approx 7 PM on a weeknight.This store was brightly lit, filled with about 4 other customers... and literally NO ONE manning the store.I walked up to the pay desk, where orders are placed and presumably you can hand your credit card to a human being... and NO ONE was behind it.I looked up at the 4 customers, wondering if perhaps one of them worked there. No such luck.Spotted a back door with one-way mirrored windows. Knocked on it. Waited. One of the other customers asked me if anyone seemed to be back there. Awkward.So knocked again. Nothing.After about 5 minutes of wandering around, I got the idea to call the store number. All 4 other customers now were watching me, wondering the same thing: WHERE THE HE** IS THE STAFF?? One of them made a joke, Well, I guess its all free!.We honestly all couldve walked out with merchandise. No one was there.Anyway - called the store. An IPHONE starts ringing ... on the front desk!!So we all laugh and one of the customers says, Well, there you go!My total time in this store was about 9 minutes. The OTHER customers had been there wandering around when I walked in.ALL FIVE OF US after muttering sarcastic remarks... left.WHAT THE HE** kind of Ownership / Management / Staff just LEAVES AN ENTIRE RETAIL STORE IN A BUSY MALL WIDE OPEN... and disrespects its own reputation AND the time and good faith of its customers - like this??Ive noticed other 1 STAR reviews this past year. If this is how this store runs its business - that goes with everything. They dont even care if their own Store is vandalized or robbed... why would you trust them to repair someone elses property??Crazy theyre paying that kind of steep rent to be in the Westfield and not bother to have anyone there to take payments of 5 customers. If they were in the bathroom or had a 911 where they had to leave for 1/2 hour - LEAVE A SIGN and LOCK UP YOUR STORE for g-ds sake!!Do not recommend. They likely wont be there to help you, anyway.Thank you.

Believe or not, eventhough they are at the mall, they have better prices than other places. I checked 4 different places before going to them and and this place gave me a better price to fix my sons phone. I highly recomend this place. This is my second time coming to them. Elon did an amazing job on my sons phone. He is very polite and gives a good customer service. 5 stars for this place.

Yukon was very helpful and kind. He fixed the display on my phone screen in such a timely matter. He even offered me a complimentary tea from a wonderful cafe in the food court while I was waiting for the repair! I will definitely be back for any phone related needs. Thank you Yukon for being such a great help! :)

For me, customer service is the biggest reason why I give reviews and The Fix is amazing. I purchased a case from here with the magnet on the back and after two weeks the magnet part happened to come off and they gave me a new one without question. I will always get my cases from here. Thank you The Fix 😁🔥🙌🏾🫶🏾

Went inside on the recommendation of an Apple Store employee. I was looking for a case and screen protector. Yukon was very helpful and applied the screen protector. Took my time and and had a nice experience.

Elon was very helpful. He quickly installed a new screen cover for my husbands phone. Pricing was also fair. We will return for future phone needs.

Such great customer service. I was on the way to the Apple Store to figure out what was going on with my phone that was being faulty charging…I stopped in the store to look at cases, and Yukon helped me fix my phone ans didn’t even charge me.

Was having trouble with my phone charging and Yukon was able to fix it quickly at a reasonable price. Very much recommend him to anyone having troubles with phones orLaptops.

I walked in with my apple watch need to be fixed. Guys fixed it so quick and it looks like new now. also they have big variety of cases and screen protectors for phone and apple watch. thank you! will come back and recommend!
