Working at The Film Hub is such a pleasure! The place is gorgeous, the staff and owner are phenomenal, and the tenants are very friendly! We’ve had an office here for a little over a year now, and we couldn’t ask for a better office in a co working space! They have the best cold brew on tap for members, I always look forward to getting a glass when I come into the office. They also have 2 great meeting rooms that we rent out from time to time, which is great for our team when we have a larger group for the day and don’t fit in our 5-person office. Some of our staff use the co-working space as well and it’s a hit. They offer a couple desks with monitors and it’s a cozy place to post up for the day. We had our holiday party here last year and it was such a good time, they made it so easy for us by providing a list of local vendors so that I didn’t have to go look far, and it was a wonderful night. They really care about their Film Hub community and host a lot of events for people to network and learn, as well as find ways to celebrate holidays and connect with fun activities like pumpkin painting or pot lucks. We are excited to be renting out another one of their spaces later this year for a round table discussion we are hosting with some of our clients. Another perk is that this location is in the heart of downtown Vista and is surrounded by so many places, it’s nice to be able to walk to lunch for team gatherings. Overall this place is amazing and we are so lucky we found a space for us here! 1000/10 would recommend a space here.

We shut down our corporate office and moved to a hub model closer to where our employees live. After looking for space all over north county, we came across the Film Hub and we knew immediately it was the space for us. It’s walking distance to Vista Village, the space is designed and decorated beautifully, there are a ton of amenities, and the best part are the people! We feel proud to have office space here and allow coworking opportunities for our staff. We are also excited to use the space for events as well. Our holiday party was a blast! The owner Lauren is such a pleasure to work with.

I discovered The Film Hub through a creative buddy who was leasing a space at The Film Hub. He invited myself and a few guys to check out a project he was working on. I was amazed at the space and the amazing perks and opportunities for community interaction as he listed off all that was included in the package he leased under. I always knew that when the time came for me to lease, The Film Hub would be my community. I just currently started leasing and I promise you I feel like I have been established here way longer. I love the support, I love the owner and I love the staff not to mention I havent met every community member but..its happening in the most casual way! If you need a space to grow, The Film Hub is the best your gonna get!

I wish I lived a tad bit closer, because I would be here everyday, and probably several evenings. I cowork here once a week with some other folks in my company. I love the vibe. The staff is so welcoming and the space is very comfortable and inviting. I live in Lakeside, so I cant get up there everyday. But the drive is totally worth it. I really need to take advantage of some of the workshops they offer. While I am not in the film or recording field, I want to take one of their writing courses. I have met several new people in my short time there and the place is full of diverse and talented individuals. It makes me feel energized.Oh! I almost forgot to mention the complementary coffee. It is delicious.

The Film Hub is one of the most unique coworking (let alone office) spaces Ive ever seen. It is filled with unique businesses doing unique things. And the people that work at the Film Hub - both the employees and the businesses using the coworking space and delightful, friendly, and interesting. Lauren and Nani are great - always understanding, flexible, and helpful. The space is clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of private spaces to retreat to for phone calls/Zoom meetings. Excellent business doing excellent things!

Ive been a member of The Film Hub since its opening in November 2019. Despite the pandemic, Lauren and her team have been an unwavering support system, helping my business navigate any challenge that came our way. The staff is always welcoming, amiable, and responsive to any request or issue. The facilities are stunning, spotless, comfortable, and perfect for photoshoots. Im proud to hold meetings, classes, and podcasts in this space and highly recommend it for anyone looking to give their business a competitive advantage.

The Film Hub was such a beautiful venue with such an accommodating team and amenities. My partner and I hosted a wedding shower with about 90-100 people in this space and the site manager, Clarissa, made our planning process so incredibly easy. Clarissa was such a gem to work with and shared so many different options of layouts for table/chair seating arrangements. She was so responsive to any questions we may have had, and the day of, her and her team went above and beyond. Truly grateful for her! Main advantages of this venue: ample parking, clean facility, customizable floor plans, superb customer service.

We were so fortunate to discover this unique, intimate, and gorgeous venue! The Film Hub is a space full of charm and character. Everything about the space was carefully thought out to provide the client a turnkey experience. The venue’s coordinator truly cares for her clients and goes the extra mile, ensuring a stress-free event. My family and I couldnt have been happier to find The Film Hub; it was the perfect venue for my sister’s wedding, and we cannot recommend it enough!
