The Escape Game is such an amazing company. We have been to their locations at Irvine, Vegas, and Rancho and all were fantastic. Rooms are very detailed and well thought out, the staff are always friendly and helpful, one of my favorite escape room places.

Went today for my 11 year old daughter’s birthday with a group of her friends. We did the Playground room and it was a SPECTACULAR experience. The room was so well designed and so much fun! Staff were great as well and further added to an already great experience. Already looking forward to going back and trying the other rooms! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I walked in to The Escape Game yesterday and were able to play The Playground. This room was meant for up to 12 people so there were a lot of different puzzles to get through and it was so much fun! The room was very well thought out and our game master Devin was awesome! We will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

My family escaped from the Special Ops: Mysterious Market room. It had a good combination of props you had to locate and puzzles to solve. There was an interactive screen that required problem solving at the end of the experience which made for a good challenge. The staff provided hints if needed to keep things moving. Id recommend a group size of at least 4; we were paired with 2 others and the staff said our group finished this room the fastest theyd ever seen (woohoo). This was definitely one of the harder escape rooms Ive done and it was so much fun!

We had a great experience. Lorraine was our game master and she did a great job. We had a total of 5 in our group for the Depths. This interactive escape room was one of the best we’ve been to. Challenging but fun. Definitely will be coming back to complete the rest of the rooms offered. It was our third time doing an escape room with “The Escape Room” and our 20+ time of doing an escape room. Recommend this place for family, friends, work colleagues, etc. Kept clean and the staff is nice.

Went for my birthday and played two rooms! Played the playground and the submarine room. My group are experienced escape room players and finished the rooms in about 45 min each. The rooms were very fun, the puzzles were all on theme, and we didnt feel there were any gotcha! Type puzzles or moments. The staff was extremely accommodating to our group and kind. Danyelle was our guide for both games and she was super friendly and did a great job. Her and the front desk staff went out of their way to make my birthday special.

Best place to celebrate your birthday! My friends and I chose the Special Op Market and it was really fun and immersive. Faith was extremely helpful with hints and we loved all the unique puzzles! They also gave me a birthday card which was extremely sweet and I really appreciated it :)

Mandy was super helpful and friendly explaining the rules and objective of the game. Me and my kids had a blast and enjoyed the accommodations the establishment made so my kids and I could have the escape room for ourselves. Highly recommend this place for those who have kids and want to show them a great time.

Employees are incredibly sweet and patient. Rules are very clear, and while a bit pricey you can always buy tickets in advance for a bit cheaper which work at any location which is sick! Puzzles are also very challenging but also enough to make the experience fun. Puzzles are still incredibly possible with just TWO people which is hard to achieve I think. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely return with a larger group in the future!

This was our 3rd time at The Escape Game. Our daughter wanted to celebrate her promotion from 8th Grade with family doing an escape room. Will assisted us in breaking out of jail and was beyond fabulous. Was even so thoughtful to make this cute postcard for my daughter while we were in the room escaping. Great service, kind and thoughtful! Plus the rooms themselves are great, very detailed with technology and creativity. So much fun! Thank you Will!

Today was so much fun. Our helper Joseph was great and super funny! He helped us escape the depths. Unfortunately he was not part of the straw hat crew and did not know where the one piece was, which is okay. He did however help us manage to find the two piece tho and escape somewhat unscathed. Had a blast and can’t wait to explore the other escape rooms.

Maddie was a great supervisor. She tried her best to balance between letting us figure things out and stepping in when necessary. She was very kind and attentive afterwards since we werent really playing with the best and most respectful crowd. The rest of the staff was awesome as well. We did the playground one and it was fun, good for a lot of people, and not too hard but not too easy. I didnt know this was a new place! We did the prison room, just me and my son. We got pretty far for just 2 of us! It wasnt hard, just a lot of puzzles and thats what you want! Very engaging. The staff was very understanding and willing to work with me since my son had us arriving a little late. You cant be too late or youll push everyone elses appointments back. Im sad my son and I are headed back out of state but definitely coming back to try the others!!

We did the depths it was my first escape room and it was really fun, I dont have anything to compare it took but I felt like the room was really well built and really brought you into your mission and it wasnt just decorations in a room.Con: there were 5 of us and it felt like we were a little crammed in the first part of the room and you couldnt move past each other without bumping into each other, there were also some times when there wasnt enough for everyone to do something so someone was just watching. I dont know how they allow 8 people in one room.And if you dont have 8 people you could get out with another party to make up the 8 people unless you pay extra to rent the whole room.But overall the build quality was great, the puzzles were challenging and we had fun. Will definitely be trying the other rooms.

This was a such a great and fun experience! The room we did was challenging, but so awesome! The place was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be back!The only thing i dont like, is that I wish they were offered as private for your group, without needing to pay for all open slots though. We were a group of 4 and thankfully no other parties joined us, because we like to work together within our group. Not to mention, the starting area was a bit small and I could not imagine being in there with a total of 8 people.

Great first time experience at an escape room. Had a lot of fun. Employees were very kind and helpful. The decorations are really great, the puzzles are slightly challenging to get difficult. Devin was so fun and helpful. He was just excited as we were to play prison break! His hints were easy to understand and he always fulfilled our hint/clue requests promptly! After the game he laughed with us about funny moments of our game and was creative with his picture of us. He was so fun!

SO FUN!!! We played 2 games back to back at the Rancho location because we didnt escape the first one and needed to redeem ourselves lol. (Failed Special Ops, Escaped Depths). Jack and Faith were great guides. Was pretty cool we could use our phones while inside. Surprisingly no temptation to cheat lol, we used it as a time saver for math calculations and as a flashlight. Were already planning our next one.

100% will be returning. We hosted a little surprise party for a friend here and our game master gave her not only a cute little birthday card but also a set of pink dice as a present, and to top that they put up a Happy Birthday streamer in one of the rooms. Thats awesome. Puzzles were great, rooms were tough, and fun was had. 5 stars easy.

Did the depths with 2 other friends and it was super fun! Jack was our gamemaster and he was great, he let us decide how we wanted him to give us the hints and it helped a lot without taking the fun of solving the puzzle. I’ve special ops before a couple years ago, and I loved the props, the sound effects, and the method to solving the puzzles. Compared to some other escape rooms, the way they did their sound effects and props made the scenarios very immersive and I highly recommend, it’s worth the price!

The staff was amazing and very kind (they gave us extra time when we struggled at the end). Overall and amazing experience that brought my friend group together for some fun puzzle solving. This was the 7th room with the company I’ve done. (A few at the Irvine location, a few at the Vegas, and a few here at the Rancho location). We did timeliner here today and by far one of my favorites I’ve done. The staff was amazing (and I got to meet a fellow Garrett.) I recommend this place to everyone as the place to go for Escape rooms. The puzzles, tech, decor, and friendly staff make it an amazing experience every time.

This was an amazingly fun family event. We did the easier playground room with two adults and three kids. We were joined by another group of 4 young women. It was so much fun. The puzzles were very clever. The set up was great. Absolutely top quality props and production value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have never went to any escape room and this was so much fun. We went on a double date, had a couple drinks and food at the restaurant, after we went to escape room. We did the special ops mysterious market and had so much fun finding all the clues and gathering pieces together. It was all fun talks and laughs after it. Definitely Recommend!!

The room was like nothing I had seen…so creative, and you actually feel like you’re on a real train. We also had the best conductor to get us through safely (see picture). My boyfriend and I decided to book an escape room experience for our 3 year anniversary. We knew going into it that it is a shared experience so. It wasn’t a surprise being matched up with a group of 4. Before we started they asked if anyone was celebrating anything and I mentioned our anniversary. The game itself was fun, the only downside is because your possibly working with strangers is there becomes a power struggle. Our strangers had one person who kept doing everything so we ended up just kind of watching. My only suggestion would to add date nights where couples of 2 can experience it together. I’d pay more for that :) but back to the game. It was challenging and fun! At the end we made it out with a few minutes to spare. When they came to let us out they presenting my boyfriend and I a post card the whole staff had signed and created celebrating our 3 year anniversary. This was so thoughtful and kind and I literally will keep this in my room for ever. They then showed us around to the other room options which got us hyped for the next. All in all, the staff makes it to be a great experience, I can’t wait to try another room!

Me and the misses decided to try The Depths for their last game. Despite the game starting 30 minutes before closing, the staff was still happy to have us and allowed us the full hour for the game, which was nice. Many places would get upset if you come in around closing, but this place kept the good vibes going! Overall it was a great time, the game was challenging at some parts, but not once did the game master interject without us asking first. Thanks to Cesar (I think thats his name lol) and the first woman who greeted us, this was a great experience and Ill definitely be coming back!

We Love The Escape Game! They have the best staging of rooms. My husband and I have played in over 10 escape rooms and in at least 4 different states. The Escape Game continues to be the best. Fantastic theming at with all their rooms. The experience is well worth the price of admission, and the puzzles have a very nice flow and logic to them. Weve done nearly every room they have and cant wait for the new ones to come online.

The games are well designed, both in workmanship as well as design. Definitely need a team of diverse perspectives and abilities to escape, so choose your team wisely! Private experiences are available, as well as shared experiences with people you meet that same day. We’ve completed (and escaped) from all five of the games offered, though Prison Break with our host Garrett, and The Depths with our host Ben, were our favorites. Awesome escape room (we did the special ops) games and staffs are phenomenal, especially Darlene and Gabby. Darlene was our guide for the room and she’s such a sweetheart. They even made a card for me because it would be my last escape room game with my coworkers before I leave and study to a different country. I would highly recommend coming in with 4 or more people for a more fun experience. Overall 5/5 experience and I/We will be coming back again whenever I’m back in the USA.

Loved the design of the playground and the multiple rooms to keep things fresh. Plenty of things to do for a big group. The room was fun and well thought out. In regards to the playground room, I would rate it 5 stars. What really brought down the experience for me was the fact that unless you spend just under $500 to book the whole room, you are forced to play with other players you dont know. Although they were a very nice family, it changes the way you play, takes away from your normal strategy and experience, and forces you to play at a different level to accommodate the others. Escape rooms are not a cheap experience and for that money, I dont feel that I should have to downgrade my experience. Again, the room was great, but for the above reason, I will not be returning to The Escape Game.

Easily one of the best escape rooms around! Highly highly would recommend a stop here.I will start by saying I have completed a solid 40 escape rooms. We completed The Playground this past weekend and it is easily top 3 rooms Ive ever done. It is VERY well made and very interactive. I have done some other rooms at a few other places and they use some pretty basic tech and game flow. The Escape Game in Rancho definitely showed me a lot of stuff we havent seen which kept us on our toes and seriously challenged us. We had an absolute blast.If that wasnt enough, the staff is also incredible. We arrived a few min early as requested and Devin is hands down the nicest game master we have run into. Devin was extremely welcoming and super easy to talk to. We chatted while we waited for our room to be ready and you could easily tell he enjoys his job and also shares a passion for escape rooms, which made it fun to talk about fun rooms we have done.We will absolutely be back! Our duo has our eyes on the Depths and Prison Break. Thank you again Devin for making our first experience a very memorable one! You definitely bought our future business.

Loved my experience here. My boyfriend booked the room for my birthday and we had so much fun. The theme was so creative and the puzzles were very thought provoking. Our guide Abbey was perfect. We have done two escape room games here in the last week. Special ops and Prison Break. Both of which we did escape and we enjoyed so much! A great way to celebrate our birthdays. Kayla was our game guide for Special Ops and Karla and Devin were our game guides for Prison Break. Games are immersive and the clues we had to look for were great. The games are linear in clues (meaning in order to get to the next clue you will most likely need to solve the one in front of you first).If we’re in town again we would love to check out the other rooms.

Ive visited this location three times. The first two were absolutely flawless. Great immersion, fantastic puzzles, amazing game masters. The most recent experience was much of the same but a few of the puzzles were broken or not quite in line with what we expected. Everything was in place but sometimes it just didnt work. We have two more games to play with this company and definitely will be back but it just needs some minor maintenance and quality of life improvements.

We had a great time at The Escape Game Rancho Cucamonga. Ive done escape rooms for years before having my daughter and we always loved trying out different locations, this was one of the best experiences Ive had. Typically we go with just adults, but 4 families decided to go with kids from 7-10 years old and parents. We did the Playground escape room here and everyone had a great time! The kids were able to solve a lot of the puzzles themselves and were able to play if they werent sure what to do. The parents got to enjoy the fun and help on a few of the more challenging activities in the room. Overall we had a great time, we were able to bond with the families and kids, and cant wait to do it again! Faith was the staff who helped us and she was great with the kids and gave us helpful hints when we needed them. I definitely recommend this location and this room for families!!!
