2023-11-12 23:17:05Ben hosted us for a cheese making class. It was a great experience that taught us how to make amazing homemade fresh cheese with our own seasoning. I really recommend this experience. They also have a great retail shop with plenty of local products.

2023-12-11 04:31:21What an amazing place to make cheese! Sheana and Ben are some of the most friendly folks youll ever meet, but their love and knowledge of all things culinary will blow you away. The cheese-making class is worth it just to spend 2 hours with them learning all about interesting flavors theyve come across recently, hearing their stories, and just having a great time (and as a bonus, you get to walk away with a ton of delicious cheese!)Wed go back and do this again any time, highly recommend if youre in the area! Theyre very close to downtown Sonoma and well worth the visit. Thanks Sheana and Ben!

2020-02-19 19:17:41Ive always been a fan of the Epicurean Connection and Sheana Davis, but I wanted to post today about her debut of the dinner and music series! She brought in a ridiculously talented singer/songwriter to perform an intimate concert while feeding us the most scrumptious dinner. Heres how it was described:Creme de Fromage Crepes with Red Pepper Tapenade served with Winter Green Salad with Sonoma Walnuts, Raisins and Cranberries with a Thyme Vinaigrette. For dessert, we were given the most fantastic chocolate souffle from Galaxy Desserts in Richmond. Outstanding all around! We were seated at community tables and many friends from the community were there. It was almost like an underground/speakeasy kind of a feel. One of our friends grabbed a couple of travelers from New York who felt like they got a truly special Sonoma experience.Sheana prepared out dinner right out there where we could watch the magic, her daughter helped her serve, and husband Ben and team were outstanding greeters. I cant wait for the next event. Sheana is sure to bring even more new and exciting artists to Sonoma for our community to discover and the food is to die for.

2023-04-06 23:15:26My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful afternoon drinking wine and learning to make cheese with Sheana and Ben at The Epicurean Connection. The class was fun, but also practical in that making cheese is very doable at home. If you are going to be in Sonoma, take advantage of this entertaining experience!

2021-03-09 01:16:15Sheana and Dan were over the top! We just returned from an amazing Girls Wine Weekend, rented a house in Sonoma and a good friend recommended The Epicurean Connection for our catering needs at the house. Talk about being spoiled! It started with an amazing charcuterie board upon arrival, a wonderful cooking class our first evening, followed by breakfast each morning, snacks for on the road for our Napa wine day, and spectacular dinners and desserts. Wed barely breath (Id like more wine, or I think I need more bread or a bit more of dinner) and it would arrive in front of us. Heck, they even helped us navigate a power and water outage! ;-)They are fun, educational, interactive and we even had them sit with us and enjoy the amazing wine and desserts we found along the way.Id recommend them without hesitation and will connect with them again someday.Something tells me that once you have Sheana and Dan in your lives -- youve added two great friends.

2021-04-01 18:59:28This was the perfect addition to my trip to wine country. The cheese making class was covid friendly. I had so much fun learning to make the cheese and we were able to sample delicious cheese during the class. Sheena was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend taking this class if you’re in the area. Worth the price to have a intimate class with your own work station. Also, just check this place out if you want some delicious homemade pesto and jam!

They were the best hosts and greeted us with local wine and cheeses to sample as we cooked. Many laughs and great memories. Thanks Epicurean!!

2021-06-15 13:24:22Had the most wonderful time at a group cheese making class w Sheana and Ben. They were so kind and fun to spend time with and we learned to make a lovely ricotta cheese. They were above and beyond kind— Ben even ran out to a local farm to pick up in season strawberries for us bc they were so delicious and Sheana/Ben didn’t want us to miss out. Their adjacent prepared food store is also fantastic. Couldn’t imagine a much better way to spend some hours than this class

2022-09-18 01:32:19Amazing dinner!!! Sheana and Ben were awesome. Food was delicious and fresh. Best part was both of them were down to earth and really nice people. Had a really fun time and probably 5 pounds heavier…definitely worth it 😃. Hire them for your next vacation private chef or event.
