Julio, took exceptional care of me at the EMC store. His expert knowledge got me the exact power density wand I needed. The wand that they let me rent first prior purchase really helped me make the decision to buy from them. Julio is an outstanding employee. Great selection of EMC rental equipment and knowledgeable sales staff. Find the right equipment yourself from the catalog, or contact sales and explain your requirements - they will get you set up with what you need. Ill continue to use EMC Shop in the future.

EMC shop has been invaluable in supporting our startup. We would not have gotten as far without renting their equipment (spectrum analyzer, horn + waveguides) and getting their support. EMC shop has provided a timely and cost-effective alternative to the up-front cost of purchasing pricey test equipment. They also helped us get a custom-built radio-frequency testing chamber. When we ran into problems, they provided many hours of technical support until we got everything running smoothly. To top it all off, they worked with us on setting up a payment scheme suitable for both parties. We continue to do business with EMC shop, and I would highly recommend others to give them a try.

We had a major project where we needed some local testing capabilities to diagnose some EMC issues. The EMC shop was able to accommodate us and our equipment for several weeks of on site testing and debug. They also provided rental equipment at very reasonable prices to use in our own labs. Ultimately, with the use of their facility and help from their knowledgeable staff, we were able to resolve our issues and move forward. Very friendly and professional and were able to get equipment on site for all of our testing needs quickly, and also accommodate our dynamic, short notice schedule needs.

Tessa Lowrey-Yount Sr. Account Manager • EMC SHOP has recently helped me out with a bit of dilemma for my companies EMC issues. She went out of her way to not only ensure I would get what I needed, but also did more research to obtain other items needed to allow me to complete the daunting task of dealing with a certain EMC brand. She did not have to do any of this and could have responded like so many other companies I have dealt with we dont do that or I dont know or not even respond to the email enquiry. Best customer service I have had in some time! Followed up by a phone call to boot, which was unexpected. The sheer tenacity Tessa had for helping me accomplish my mission is why I have no problems in returning to the EMC shop and recommending it amongst my peers in the industry.Tessa, a big Thank You for your help and support!

The EMC shop came through in providing and ESD solution for my needs. The ability to rent a unit at a reasonable cost gave us the ability to test our product without having to invest in a full unit. The customer service was responsive and very helpful when it came to helping me get what I needed. The rental and return process was very straight forward and streamlined. We also realized that having a unit was valuable so we ended up buying a new one in the end!!!

Rent their equipment for almost two months, whenever we had difficulties in operating the novelty equipment, Sarah was always there to advise us. Moreover, she was going extra length to contact their engineers and subject-matter experts to help us with the problems. In the end, she even negotiated a very inexpensive shipping deal to help us return the machines. Highly recommend the EMC shop to those who is running a startup or small EE business.

Responsive company - I submitted quote request on their website and received a phone call within 30 minutes. I needed an antenna delivered the next day, and they helped me select the right antenna for my companys project, took my order over the phone and shipped it that day. As a buyer, I have to say this is one of the easiest companies to work with that Ive come across in a long time. I will definitely be calling them next time were in a jam!
