Shauna was pretty meticulous in the selling process which started by understanding our needs, expectations, ideal scenarios and where would we compromise if needed. Due to the deaths of my brother and dad last summer, I was left with the responsibility of selling two homes in Orange County. The big problem was that I live in Montana and had to handle the transactions long distance. I am so thankful we chose to sell our house with Sean and the Drumm Family.We interviewed three real estate firms in August 2020, as we prepared to list our primary residence near Anaheim. Two agencies made it through a second interview. We chose the Drumm Family because of their stellar media.We believe the rise of the digital real estate platforms has made quality media a prime driver of sales. Then the pandemic hit, making quality media essential. By the time we were interviewing agents, we were looking for a strong history of media that was both compelling and immersive. The Drumm Family’s listing history had that in spades.They absolutely delivered on the media. The video and walk-through photos of our home were amazing. As another reviewer said, we fell in love with our house all over again. We expected great work because we’d poured over their other listings. What we hadn’t expected was the extensive support we received from Sean (our main contact) throughout the process.He sped up the home improvement tasks (paint, flooring, tile, etc. ) by pre-vetting contractors. Each negotiation was streamlined. I had no idea how much easier it was to negotiate with contractors that were referred by a realtor. Next, their designer, Diane, was a joy to work with. Most importantly, when the house was ready to go on the market, the listing proceeded just as Sean predicted. The multiple offers arrived within the expected time frame.Sean walked us through the myriad of considerations and decisions that goes into selecting an offer. He continued to market the house, soliciting back up offers. And taught us a lot about interpreting views/save’s on the platforms.Then Sean really earned his commission as the Buyer’s part of the escrow went off the rails. The Buyer’s agent didn’t seem to feel a sense of urgency as the escrow slipped, and slipped, and slipped. Sean started having regular calls with our Buyer’s lender (which was not his job, but someone had to do it). Plus, he kept in touch with agent of the new house we were buying. Plus, he kept us calm, reassuring us the Seller of the house we were buying couldn’t yank our contract as we all waited on our Buyer’s lender to finalize their financing. It was a crazy few weeks, but Sean kept everyone in the loop at all times, which was no small feat.Looking back, we’re confident we received a good price for the house, and that Sean and the Drumm Family did a great job for us.

After the passing of our parents, my brother and I decided to put our family home of over forty years in North Tustin up for sale. Since we had no recent experience with the home selling process, we relied heavily on reviews from various websites in finding a realtor. Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job selling our house and helping us buy another. We werent even sure we were ready to sell until we met wtih Kevin and he gave us some options on how to approach a red hot market both selling and buying. His organization and communication skills are excellent and keeps you abreast of everything going on with your transaction. After deciding to list with him he prepped the house and we left town for a week so not to be in the way of showings. When we came back on Sunday we found there had been over 70 showings and we had 23 offers to parse through so using his proprietary system to manage those offers was clutch! Needless to say, he was able to negotiate a deal that made the most sense to us (note - it was not the most money. Kevin was aware we were looking for some time after the sale and was able to include a leaseback into our agreement). The sale went through smoothly and he expertly closed the deal.Kevin also helped us with buying a house and that was much more complicated in a such a hot market. After a dozen showings he knew what we were looking for and found us the perfect house. The sellers were not the easiest to work with but he handled it with poise and professionalism and ultimately got us in at budget.I would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone who is serious about buying in North Tustin - he knows the market very well!

Sold our rental property quickly and above asking.The second home sale did not go very well at all. For over a year the Drumm team has tried to sell a much larger home with no success.
