Where do I even start ? I chased this woman for many months before I was actually be able to work with her. And by chase I mean stalk. Well both.The more I got to see her posts and dissect her website the more I was convinced “ this woman knows what she’s talking about “For years I have felt dental hygiene isn’t the only thing I’m meant for. I have a million ideas but scared to jump, don’t know where to start, don’t even know if they’re good ideasI’ve just started working with Tracy and I cannot wait for each of my client sessions literally counting down minutes each day because she’s helping me unpack so many things within me. It’s not only business coaching but I feel it’s helping me in my personal growth as well.The value I have received just in a few weeks working with Tracy is far more than what I have paid for her service. My vision for my business is slowly emerging into something real. Can’t wait to see where I end up at the end of this 6 month program!!!

Opening a dental hygiene practice was daunting with no previous business experience. Tracy walked me through the process and taught me the procedures to help my business thrive. I am often one to fumble on my words and not always sure what to say on a review but this person 100% deserves a great review. Are there 10 stars on here ? 20 ? Before signing on with Tracy I had seen her on a few online CE’s and then I followed her on Instagram. It’s easy to see she knows her stuff ! I was planning on starting my own practice without much knowledge of anything and was winging it. Fear of the unknown stopped me from reaching out at first. I opened a tiny place inside another office without any consultations etc with anyone and was there a few months on a part time basis before I took the plunge and got into her DM’s. 😂. I knew I needed her help. I wish I had SIGNED UP BEFORE I EVER BEGAN !! Major regret! But we are working on making it great and it definitely will be !! I would be LOST without her ! I am still in the planning phases as great things take time ! She looks out for her clients and with her vast experience - she knows what can come at you ( lots !) and how to tackle it! She has an individualized system to keep you organized and work on things together. I cannot say enough great things. Thanks Tracy for helping me gain confidence and building my dream.

Since my first phone called with Tracy I connected with her immediately! She listens to you, and shes honest with you!  I have enjoy my coaching section with her very much and I have learned sooooo much thanks to her! Have had the pleasure of working with Tracy for the past few months. She is very professional, responsive, and trustworthy. She has a very creative mind and is always brainstorming new ideas to help and try and grow my practice. I didn’t bring her into an “easy” situation to “consult” for either... brand new practice management software, new staff, delays and challenges of COVID-19... “simple and quick fixes.” ;) but she has endured and helped me endure to continue to grow and build a better practice. I look forward to continuing to work with her, and learning from her as much as I can. Definitely recommending!

So let me start by saying that I’m a dentist. I don’t have an mba. I have a DMD. Clinical dentistry is what I know. But I want to be my own boss. I want to be able to do the dentistry I want to do the way I want to do it and yet help patients without it being my whole life. So when I decided it’s time to start buying Tracy literally fell into my lap. She takes your vision and runs with it. Like I said I don’t know the ins and outs of the business side like I know the clinical side. It’s an art to blend those two sides together the RIGHT way so that your career is meaningful. And Tracy gets that. She gets it’s just not a business. But a dental one. The way she works for YOU is incredible. It’s not just about the numbers. But how does that all relate back to you from a clinical standpoint. She’s basically the FBI and CIA all molded into one. The dental HyGenius couldn’t be better names. She really is a genius.
