Dave Keefe and his team are fantastic. My father passed away in November 2023. I was tasked with finding a local Mt View broker to remodel, list, and sell my dad’s house while it was in probate. I live two states away and needed to trust a broker to manage all aspects of this process. Dave and his team exceeded all of my expectations. The remodel was well organized, well managed, on budget and looked fantastic . The staging was amazing- far exceeding my expectations. The sale went smoothly. I highly recommend Dave Keefe and his team. Great job!

Katy did an awesome job in helping me find my new home. She fights for her clients and really tries to get them the house they want. She was very attentive to what I was looking for, and genuinely cared that I found the place of my dreams, always respecting any concerns I might have about a home. Shes always available and is always very helpful.After the sale was completed, she helped me make sure I had the right contractors for the work that needed to be done in the house ! That really shows that she care a lot for her clients and that she wants them to be happy in their new home.

Dave and his team went above and beyond helping us prepare our house for sale as well as guiding us through the purchase of our new home. Katy spent many weekends with us while we searched for our new home, providing sage advice and fought for us when we finally found the right house. We recently used Dave Keefe to sell our family home in Ladera. From the beginning through the sale at the end, Dave and his team provided outstanding service. First, Dave K. provided a careful and realistic analysis of the real estate market and had a convincing strategy for doing additional work to freshen up the house in order to increase its appeal to our target buyer demographic. We interviewed several brokers, and he was the obvious standout. Second, the in-house construction manager, Dave OMara, and his team did an excellent job renovating the house, including redoing three bathrooms, updating the color scheme inside and out, doing landscaping, redoing flooring, etc. The work was high quality, and Dave OMara repeatedly came up with helpful ideas for how to get the maximum bang-for-the-buck given our renovation budget. When there were decisions to be made, Dave OMara provided the necessary information with the relevant pros and cons in a clear way. He also sent regular updates of the work along the way. Working with him remotely (we are out-of-state) could not have been better. I particularly appreciated the fact that they understood our desire to handle things in an environmentally responsible way. Third, the staging and open house process all went smoothly, and Dave K was very helpful managing the multiple bids we received on the house, and getting us to the finish line with the closing. I would certainly use Dave K and his team again. I give his firm my highest recommendation.

My family and I highly recommend Dave Keefe and his team. We came to Dave with a house that was a definite project to get ready to sell. Dave’s team handled everything and made the process so easy for us—they kept us in the loop regarding progress, offered cost effective suggestions for the renovations, and made sure the house was ready to sell on time. Once it came time to put the house on the market, it was very clear that Dave knew exactly what he was doing and the house sold right away. We received multiple offers above asking price. The entire process was organized, efficient, and painless for our family--- not often the case with real estate transactions. Dave Keefe and his team were truly amazing! We had a very complex situation in the renovating and selling of my Dad’s house while working through probate. Dave’s team was extremely helpful in managing all of the details to ensure everything went smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the results of the renovation and it definitely helped increase our value + return in the sale. When it came to selling the house, Dave’s expertise in the Mountain View and South Bay markets made a huge difference. We bought our house with the help of Katy last year. We were quite picky as first-time home buyers (took us more than 1.5 years to find the right home!). Katy was just amazingly patient, helpful and resourceful throughout the process. She always provided us with the relevant information without ever pushing us towards or away from a particular house. She was extremely sensitive to and respectful of our choices.On several occasions, Katy accommodated our last minute request to go see a house or two, showing that she genuinely wanted us to not miss out on any opportunities. In each of our open house visits (and there were a *lot* of them), Katy made us feel like she was as invested in getting us the perfect house as we were.When we finally found the house we wanted to buy, Katy and the team made sure everything was in order for a short exploding offer deadline (less than two days!). Sale and closing was super smooth, thanks to the team being on top of their game. Katy communicated with the selling agent flawlessly, helping us to secure our lovely home. I would recommend Katy super highly for anyone buying a home!

Dave Keefe and his team were on the ball to make my sale during covid safe and quick. There was work to be done to make my place in stellar shape and Dave O handled that well with his team of experienced workmen/women. The stagers did such a wonderful job that my neighbors were very impressed with the photos posted for the sale. Dave K went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get a new place. I would venture to say, I was treated like family and was cared for as such. My place sold quickly and above asking price. Very trustable are these two Daves that helped me sell my condo.

We sold a condo and purchased a new one with the Dave Keefe Team. Every aspect of the sale and purchase was done in the mot professional way possible. They guided us through the purchase (which was done first) to help find financing, and to make a good reasonable offer. Dave helped us find a great designer and contractor (Lillo Construction) to renovate the new purchase. They then helped us all with all the details of selling our condo, including, staging, cleaning, and moving. Dave, Jennifer, and all of the team were pleasant and easy to work with. We always felt that Dave had our best interests in mind. We highly recommend this team.

As a first time buyer, I had no idea about the process involved in buying a house. Katy was very patient and guided me through the entire process. She is extremely attentive to details and never settles for a house. Every time we would visit a house for viewing, she would go through it as though she is buying it for herself. She would give the pros and cons of each of the houses and make sure i understand what they meant. She did not have an ounce of frustration when I was indecisive about a house. Her priority was to make sure I would be happy in the house that I buy. When it finally came to closing, she made sure that the work that was supposed to be done before handing over the keys got done and in my case because the seller could not finish it on time, she negotiated some discounts to the final closing costs. In the end, I ended up buying an amazing place which fit into my budget and under the asking price thanks to her guidance and negotiating skills. I am extremely happy to have worked with Katy for this big step in my life and would recommend her without reservations to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Ben Dodge is the reason that my wife and I were able to achieve our dream of buying a home together. Our process ended up taking longer than expected and we went through a few close calls before finally finding our home. Ben was with us every step of the way from helping us find places to touring homes and working very closely with our lender to ensure a smooth transaction. He and the Dave Keefe team are full service and really made the experience as easy as possible. I was introduced to the Dave Keefe Real Estate team in Dec of 2015 to discuss selling my current home and then buying a new one. I remember meeting Dave for the first time. I was truly blown away and very impressed from the get go. I am not one that is easily impressed and have worked with numerous agents over the years. For the most part they are a dime a dozen. The exception is the Dave Keefe team. This is the first review I have ever done for an agent. Dave and his team are definitely not your “typical” agents. They are very honest and never once pressured me. He is always full of positive energy and insightful with data driven information. He seems like a Silicon Valley entrepreneur. I was very impressed with his selling strategy from home upgrades, staging, listing price, etc. His team took control and flawlessly guided me through the selling process. Is it hard to sell a home in Mountain View these days? Of course not. But if you want to maximize the selling potential with a team that is very intelligent/ skilled and has a vast network in their pocket then the Dave Keefe team is for you. Plus they are fun to be around. If I were to sell my home again I would ABSOLUTELY use the Dave Keefe team.Once I sold my home I also used the Dave Keefe team to purchase a new one. Dave has an extensive background in home building. The bay area is crazy challenging when it comes to finding that right home. There is nothing like having a real estate team working for you that also has extensive home building technical experience. Yeah pretty cool to get a home walk through with someone like that. Also part of the Dave Keefe team is Ben Dodge. The positive energy on the Dave Keefe team is contagious and Ben has a case of it too.  Ben was highly professional and went beyond the call of duty with many on the spur of the moment house request visits to putting together late night offers. He is a pleasure to work with, and is knowledgeable and efficient. He never once put any pressure on me. I selected Dave and his team after interviewing various other agents. His task was to figure out how to clean, repair, stylize, and market my fathers home in Menlo Park. This was no easy task given the severe lack of modernization in the home. He delivered everything he promised during our interview, and then some. His office acted like a general contractor and coordinated all of the work by the electricians, structural constructionist, finish workers, landscapers, stagers and photographers. Dave was extremely instrumental in determining what work should be performed in order to achieve the best market value, and his office kept me updated on the progress almost daily so that I could remain confident that things (progress and expenditures) were in control. Under his guidance, the entire property was updated and market-ready in only 6 weeks. The proof of his successful representation was the attention and bidding that I received for the home. I am utterly confident that Dave earned his commission in support of this sale, and I will happily use him again in the future.

Jen is amazing, proactive, and made the whole process of selling our home easy. Buying a house is a huge commitment to undertake. As this is the second home we have purchased, we have already dealt with a pretty fair amount of realtors. It is sad to see that there are a lot of realtors out there that are just trying to make a quick sale.Ben Dodge, Dave Keefe, The Dave Keefe real Estate Network, and Keller Williams are not those types of realtors. From the beginning, Ben started our conversation by sitting down and hashing out exactly what it was that we were looking for, what was our expectation of them, and how it is that they work as an agency. The transparency in their business practices is commendable to say the least. You can tell that Dave, Ben and their team want to create customer relationships for life. They are very interested in setting their customers up for a successful transaction of many to come. This is by far the best experience I have had from a group of realtors. I did not only buy a house from them, but I am also selling my old house through them as well, as they are very good at what they do. Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. More than could ever be expected. Our property sold for more. The services rendered were more.
