Michael Brown and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with on buying our new home! They guide you through every step, follow up consistently, and made the process very quick & easy to review. My husband and I thought wed be looking to buy 6-8 months down the line as we were only leisurely looking. The house had been unoccupied for 3 years so systems and condition were unknown. Jake gave me valuable advice on how to proceed. In a quest to sell what seemed to be an unsellable house, Jake DaRosa made the impossible happen. For over two years I had been trying to sell my house with a different agent and we dropped the house below market value and still had no offers. During this time Jake had persistently kept calling me to have a sit down with him and hear his presentation and selling strategy. I had told Jake to keep calling me back for when we were ready for a new agent and Jake kept that promise in checking in. When we finally sat down with Jake we were blown away by his professionalism and knowledge about the real estate market. Jake and his team are very resourceful and provided very good information to help sell our house. His comps were up to date and accurate. As soon as our house went on the market we received multiple offers and higher bids for our property within 7 days. Jake and his team took care of everything including the open house and negotiations. Jake even had a huge network on contractors to help fix things around the house. When the house was on the market our fence blew down from a storm and Jake sent his fence guy out the next day to fix it. Jake handled everything during the sale from start to finish and even helped guide us through much of the paper work. Jake and his team did a wonderful job in selling our property. Wow I am here again years later and I have now had multiple sales and purchases with Jake and his fantastic team. I just wanted to take another moment to recognize his hardworking team for their determination and excellence in taking care of all our real-estate needs. Jake has helped us sell a few more houses and buy a couple more houses in a matter of years. He has made us top dollar on every sale and got us the best prices on our purchases. This last rodeo, as many have never seen before, the housing prices skyrocketed during the pandemic to 50-150k over asking on every single house. We were ready to give up and Jake was able to get us the perfect home through it all. We spent 3 months losing 1-2 houses each week in bidding wars and bidding over asking on every single house. Thats just ridiculous and rentals skyrocketed too to thousands over a mortgage payment, but we thought of it all and Jake came through once again. If this isnt an agent who will go to bat for you and spend every weekend looking at houses with you, then I dont know what a better agent looks like. He made us money and he found us our dream home during the hardest time ever. I hope this helps any potential clients who is in need of an agent.
