We had our wedding reception at The Corporate Room last Saturday (4/20/24), and I would say, the staff did a great job decorating the room and preparing everything according to our color theme. It was so beautiful and very impressive! The food was exemplary that my guests couldnt stop raving about it. And most of all, the cost is very reasonable. I would recommend this place to whoever is reading this. Im telling everyone that you wont go wrong with The Corporate Room because they really do a wonderful job! I hope we can celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary in this place again next year. Photos will be posted later, when our photographer sends us our pictures.

Candice and Steve, along with all of The Corporate Room staff, are simply amazing! I did a vow renewal with my wife at this venue, and they made everything super easy. We basically did a full-blown ceremony and reception here, and everything went better than we had imagined. Candice was great at communicating with us and made the whole experience easy. I cant recommend this place enough. The food was the best catering food Ive had, and I used to work in the wedding/event industry. Thank you so much for making the night perfect!

I have been using the Corporate Room for events both private and public for about 6 years and they never disappoint. The facility is always clean and organized, staff is always helpful and available, the food is delicious and booking with the coordinator is a breeze. I highly recommend this place if you need an event space for anything.

Candice and the entire staff at The Corporate Room far exceeded my expectations. Our daughter chose TCR for her wedding with a 2 month notice due to her fiancé being in the military. This didnt affect the event in the slightest due to Candice and the incredible staff. They handled the details of the wedding, set-up, the delicious food, awesome DJ, amazing bar service, incredible cake and beautiful flowers. We received compliments all night and days later on the impressive venue, menu and service. I am so grateful we chose TCR for our special event, because they made it just that - so special. Not one detail was missed (clean restrooms, great appetizer tray service, decorations as we requested and no stress!!!) You will not regret choosing this venue and will enjoy the top-tier planning, service and communication.

We have been customers for a couple of years now. We hold our seasonal events at the Corporate Room. To say that we are pleased is an understatement. They are great group of people behind the business. They are welcoming to special needs. We will continue to be patrons to this amazing venue.

Talk about an amazing experience from beginning to end! From the beginning I was able to speak with Candice to book our event for Chick-fil-A Temecula, she made the process so easy. Candice offered a very optimistic warmth approach when she found out my needs to have our Owner/Operator host a meeting for 130 employees and 15 Dignitaries from the City of Temecula. This meeting was being videotaped so every aspect of details was a must! Candice made sure her employees took care of us by setting up the decorations, food and beverages before our team arrived. The Corporate Room offers so much variety, meetings, weddings, gatherings, reunions, anniversary celebration and more! Charming Venue and truly so much love felt. I call The Corporate Room A Hidden Gem. Ask for Candice and book your event now!

If I could provide a 10 Star rating - I most certainly would!!! On Saturday January 13, we celebrated my mothers 100th Birthday at The Corporate Room, in Wildomar. From the very first meeting of Candice (the Coordinator) and Chef Steve I was impressed. The venue is beautiful! Cozy and quaint! I only did minimal decorating because the place is lovely as is. We had about 55 guests. No one left hungry - because the food was DELICIOUS! The Lemon Thyme Chicken was prepared perfectly. Moist, flavorful and just delicious! Mashed Potatoes - some of the best ever! Chef Steve also prepared Honey Butter Roasted Carrots. Im not a big carrot lover - especially cooked - but I wanted seconds of this one! Sadly, the kids and teenagers (who went back for 2nds) got to them before I did! (I think I saw someone in line a 3rd time - but whos counting?) So I hope you can see how incredibly delicious the food was. It was served buffet style - and each dish was piping hot (well except for the Caesar Salad which was perfect too) I had several people ask for the recipe for both the chicken and carrots! Im told chefs dont reveal their secrets....The Helpers of the day - Andrew and Roel - were beyond helpful! The least little thing to the biggest of asks - they provided! Also helping in the kitchen helping Chef Steve were Kataya and Jesse. I didnt meet them (Im sure they were busy) but they obviously are very good at their jobs as well and deserve recognition.My 100 year old mother told me it was the BEST PARTY OF HER LIFE - and shes obviously celebrated a few birthdays. I couldnt agree more - I had the best time too. We made wonderful memories. The Staff made everything easy!One more plug - I used the Florist that Candice recommended.NKATHLEENDESIGNS - Nichole Leyva - perfect to work with. Provided everything and more that I needed and wanted! She wont disappoint!!!

We held our 25th wedding anniversary celebration at The Corporate Room and had a marvelous time. Candice was easy to work with and obliged our every wish from tailoring a package to accomodate our smaller scale party to helping us set up a pinata for the children. Steve presented us with a range of excellent food selections at the tasting, and the final choices included not one, but two entrees per person. (No choosing chicken or beef - everyone received both!) The all-inclusive package included the delicious catered meal, the tiered cake, the DJ, the venue, three appetizers, beautiful floral arrangements on all of the tables, cloth table linens, and all day access to the facility. They even provider a private server to me named Michelle who was a gem. I would recommend The Corporate Room for any event, large or small.

My event turned out so great. The Corporate Room was an amazing location, perfect to fit my entire 120 guests. There was sufficient room for a band and a dance floor. Candace and the staff were so friendly from the moment I inquired about the location to the end of my event. The bartender provided by the venue did an awesome job at accommodating all my guests requests. I will be definitely using The Corprate Room again for my next event.

Candice, Sheryl and Liza were amazing. My family had a great time. They were so flexible with setup and made it one of the best party experiences we have had. Even the grupo that came to sing said they had never felt so welcomed. I definitely recommend hosting your events here. The place alone already looks setup, the staff made it feel like home. My family loved the chicken dinner, it was so delicious and nice knowing that my family could just go and enjoy themselves.

I highly recommend The Corporate Room! I just celebrated my 40th birthday here and my experience was amazing. The prices are so affordable which is great as well. The venue is so nice and clean and staff is friendly. Candice the coordinator there is amazing she helped guide me through the process and answered any questions and concerns I had. She is so easy to communicate with and makes herself acceptable which is really nice. So if your looking for a nice venue for under 150 people I highly recommend this place. Just had an amazing Bar Mitzvah party at The Corporate Room over the weekend. Chef Steve’s food was amazing and Candice helped us with every detail. The staff were all friendly and professional. The party was a huge success and our guests all left happy. Perfect venue for any event!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Candice, Steve and all the wonderful servers that made by Mother n Laws Celebration of Life so special. Words can not express how grateful we are for all the hard work you put into this special event! Candice was so helpful with all the planning. She didn’t stop at just the numbers! She help with planning everything all the way down to the Zoom. She always responded to my texts immediately and picked up the phone when I called. No matter how many times I asked the same question, she answered it! Steve took the time to sit with me to plan our menu. The food was delicious!! Our guests are still talking about it!! Did I mention the prices are very reasonable! Also, need to give Classic Cuts Mobile DJ (who Candice recommended) a shout out! Louis the owner was so great! He never left me hanging and was very patient. He sent out Jesse, who could not of been a better DJ. From helping with the Service to our Zoom with Chile and keeping us dancing through the night. He was the best!! My mother n law was dancing in heaven!!Thanks again for making this difficult time in our lives a special one!!

We used the corporate room for our wedding reception and it was absolutely perfect! This is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. Rustic, chic and classic! Candice was so helpful and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and helped coordinate day of the event. Communication was great and what I most admired is that they are very open to letting you make it your own. I found that a lot of other venues require you to use their specific party planner/catering/florist/entertainment etc.. not the case at the corporate room. Plenty of parking and conveniently located off the 15freeway. Highly recommend to use them for any event.

While you do provide everything for your event with the package I had they have add ons you can do which are helpful. My overall experience was amazing! They let me set up for my wedding the day before which saved me soo much time the day off I had no worries the women who helped me the day before and day of was soo sweet and helped make sure everting was in order the bartender was soo nice and friendly my drinks went a long way . I had so many drinks left over. Candice was available at anytime of the day even when she was off she tried to help it was amazing and affordable especially for me I would recommend to anyone looking for a venue that’s affordable

I recently had my baby shower at The Corporate Room and I must say I was blown away with the beautiful space, the staff and every small detail that they had to offer. The communication and professionalism was amazing from my first initial contact and because of that my baby shower was absolutely incredible and perfect in every way especially the FOOD!!!!!!! Our youngest daughter was Married at the Corp Room and we held the reception there as well. Its a Beautiful place, Candace made everything perfect. They were helpful with everything. They worked with us for the budget. Steve was in charge of the food and it was AMAZING!! If you are looking for a VENUE its located in Wildomar. Its the perfect setting for any kind of get together you are having. They also can help you find DJs, Pastry people, Bartenders etc.We are HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this venue, you wont be disappointed.

The food is excellent, the service is superb. The owners are excellent at what they do. Ive been to several functions at the Corporate Room including a Chamber of Commerce event, a couple of Quinceaneras and a wedding.
