2020-05-19 21:40:53Our small business enlisted the help of The Core Group late summer 2019. They set up a secure network server and several work stations. Every single team member has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional at every turn: from establishing the server and files to troubleshooting issues that have arisen. Having their services at our fingertips (service request app) or via telephone has taken a big burden off my shoulders with regards to all of our IT issues.

They take the time to develop relationships and determine what your needs/wants are and build out a solution for you. They dont sell you a bunch of things you dont need - it really is tailored for the environment.

2020-05-19 23:42:18I am not a heavy user of Core Group services, being a small LLC, but in each case when I have had a question or an issue,. they have been on it (as my Dad used to say, Like a duck on a June bug). The best moment was when I was tagged with ransomware, and TCG got 99% of my stuff back in three days, without my having to pay zippo. You will like them!
