2020-02-07 00:44:10I called Copy Doctor when my old copier jammed and I couldnt fix it. I got an estimate much lower than the old servicer. An hour later John came to my door and spotted the problem almost instantly (a part was disintegrating due to age and heat). The copier is about 25 years old so he said hed have to search to see if the part is even available. But he cleaned the machine, removed the parts that were stuck in the paper route, and got me going again for the VERY reasonable price of the service call. Next time it fails, Im just going to go to their shop and pick up another copier. Great service!
