I visited the shop to have the fans replaced in my gaming laptop, bringing along the necessary parts. Gary efficiently completed the installation in less than two hours, demonstrating excellent expertise. He also provided me with software that offers enhanced insights into my hardware. As a result, my laptop now operates even better than it did when new. The exceptional customer service I received is highly commendable, and I will certainly return for any future computer needs.

Our company has been calling on The Computer Guy, Gary, for service for over 6 years. He is a very honest and a thorough computer service technician. Gary is very friendly and eager to answer all your questions in a language you can understand :) He is very quick to get back with us when we call to request service and sometimes he is even able to walk us through what we need to do over the phone. We have had instances where our computers have completely cashed on us. He was able to return us to full operation in just a couple days. Gary is very trust worthy, fairly priced, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Gary, the original Computer Guy, is who I would highly recommend for services to anyone.

I dropped my external hard drive losing years of photos and hard work. I went to The Computer Guy and although he attempted to bring up my photos he was unable to do so since my drive was badly damaged. Gary sent the drive out for retrieval services. Although The Computer Guy was not able to do this service and it subsequently cost me a bundle of money I had done my research and appreciated his honesty. It took a few weeks for the turn around and throughout the process Gary kept me appraised of where I was in the process and he was optimistic. My work was retrieved and I have since backed up everything on a second external hard drive. Hopefully I wont need computer repair or external drive services again but The Computer Guy will be my first choice! Thank you.

After a phone call with Microsoft I lost all of the data on my computer. I lucked out when I found Gary and Andrea. They put me at ease when they told me about their high success rate with data recovery. I had a feeling they would recover everything and they did! They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. We have a busy attorneys office with about a dozen computers. Gary (The Computer Guy) has been servicing them for ten years. He is prompt, flexible, and always helpful. It is amazing how he can keep us up and running and how he will move his schedule around to help with emergencies. I have recommended him to countless colleagues, all of whom have thanked me for the introduction. Hes the best!
