Today’s team did a really nice job. I did need to ask them to close windows (sometimes cleaners open windows to air out their room and cleaning supplies) because of our allergies. The dispatcher should note this to request of the homeowner prior to opening. But the quality of their work is good — no complaints at all!

These maids never put things back where they belong. After this last cleaning, I found my shower gel and razor moved from the shower to the sink counter which is in a separate room. They have consistently broken things including a $2500 piece of art. No matter how many times we have brought these things to their attention, it continues and they dont reimburse us for anything that is broken. I am seriously considering firing them.

I initially hired this company and they were good.. However, the people keep on changing and all good cleaner leave the company - they dont speak English either or understand properly. They sometimes make fun of you if you say something which is obvious from their behaviour. I will never recommend anyone for this company anymore - They also have time constraint and are stressed out to leave fast and today they just vanish without informing... I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and now will end my cleaning service with them... PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEMYou can get many good people with the same price they charge

Tried out The Cleaning Authority based on the decent reviews posted across Yelp and Google Reviews. We hired them for a one-time cleaning to see how things went, and we were rather disappointed overall.They unlocked every single window in our house, including some that the lock was behind bookshelves. Some of the windows were propped slightly open. Thats a huge safety concern for me, and Im sure for others, so be sure to check your windows and sliders afterwards.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority every other week since April. Their service is spectacular. The cleaning teams are efficient, timely and leave my house sparkling clean. Very happy and will continue utilizing them. Highly recommended!

Worked for us for a couple years. Recently over the past month someone in there employment stolen3 pairs of ray bans and a bulova watch. We ended our service as soon as it was brought to our attention

The team did a fabulous job cleaning my home. Very well organized and waited for me to get back home before leaving to ensure my house wasn’t left unlocked. Very professional.

This company is literally THE WORST in service business of all human history. Their system is like a disaster. THE WORST OF ALL is their office manager. It seems that she doesnt understand that customers are not her employees, and she is not the boss of everyone. Customers come here and pay to get served, not to get managed. Does she even know that no one is here for her to manage and be bossy to? Speaking to customers with an arrogant attitude and a condescending tone will not help boost their business, let alone keep talking and talking and talking but never listen to customers. When customers try to speak for themselves, she just hung up and accused customers of being rude. Are you kidding me? No one can be as rude as her! Other staff defended her by telling customers that cutting customers words and over talking customers is just her way of dealing issues, which is totally fine. Well its totally not fine for me at all. How horrible the companys culture is?! Shutting customers mouth is ridiculous and will never be acceptable. This is the first time in my whole life that I ever talked with a customer service staff who can be so aggressive. As someone who does customer service as a job, she basically doesnt come to communicate, but come for a fight. (Btw I really feel sorry for their employees since they have to face such a mean and rude manager every day. TOXIC! ) Telling customers that they will call back in 24 hours but actually never show up again is just another evidence proving that both their system and their management are not reliable or trustworthy. They shouldnt have promised if they just cant make it. I just hope this group of dishonest and indecent people can be kicked out of the service business as soon as possible. The community will be better without them. If you enjoy poor system and getting bullied by the manager who is best at making people sick to their stomach, just come directly to Cleaning Authority.
