Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Tyler & the Chicourrat Team were amicable and kind throughout our home selling process.Tyler answered all our questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood what we were doing and why it was necessary.His marketing knowledge goes beyond just knowing the data. He hired professionals to properly stage our house, the video and drone footage added another dimension to attract buyers. Tyler highlighted our property’s unique feature - a breathtaking view of the Sierra Mountain with an amazing sunrises and sunsets which stood in the minds of potential buyers and it paid off! We got our home into contract 4 days after the first day of the Open House! It was very exciting for us - as a first time home seller.Kudos to his partners, Colby and Lexi, who were incredibly communicative. They kept us informed about every development. Lexi also has excellent resources. She went out of her way and even helped us sell furnitures that we no longer need after our move.Tyler’s dedication to our satisfaction was evident. We recently purchased a house and worked with the Chicourrat team, primarily Colby Gray. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to ask questions to. We just bought a property with the Chicourrat Team & only have good to say about Tyler & Colby, & the whole team. Our family had looked for at least 9 months on our own to find a suitable property with very specific requirements. Within 2-3 weeks after reaching out to Tyler he called us about a property that fit our needs exactly & was a great price. Tyler apparently has really good ears around town because he heard about it early before it even hit the market. He gave consistently responsive help (even during evening hours & for maybe obvious questions) & insightful counsel throughout the whole escrow process. It was a sincere pleasure working with everyone there :)

Tyler did a great job with the listing and selling of our property. He let us know what was going on throughout the process. When we first contacted him to set up an appointment, we had to delay our first appointment due to covid. Tyler dropped off a care package which was appreciated and thoughtful-but that is Tyler. Once we did meet him and engaged him for the listing on a Tuesday, he helped us stage the house on Wednesday and arranged for the pictures and inspection on Thursday and had the property on the market by Friday. It sold the following Tuesday. You cant go wrong having Tyler as your agent.

Tyler continuously went above and beyond throughout our search and home buying process. He is a great researcher and educator, and was incredibly helpful in tracking down information for prospective properties. Most of all, he was patient with us, spent time getting to know our needs, and had a great network of connections to provide solutions/ideas. While this is the first property weve purchased as a family, we know it wont be our last, and look forward to working with Tyler again in the future. Its not often you work with someone who you feel was born for their type of work. Tyler Chicourrat is that guy.Not one single piece of advice he gave me failed to pan out perfectly. I was very impressed with Tylers honesty, professionalism and soon discovered she was in good hands. As a result I also worked with Tyler to secure a very expensive and competitive property. Tyler did a great job selling our house at a premium and in record time (2 days). He did a thorough job analyzing comps in the neighborhood before recommending the list price. He marketed the property through a combination of strategies (flyers, coming soon signs, open houses, etc), the highlight of which were outstanding pictures and property description in the MLS. He has a strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills throughout the process. He is always available, and works very patiently and collaboratively. Tyler was our listing agent. We had lived in our house for 30 years and had raised our daughters in that house. Tyler understood our attachment to the house and was very patient with us throughout the process. He was always affable, positive and professional. Tyler helped us ready the house for showing. During the sale of our house he had incredibly high attention to detail helping stage the house, works with the best support vendors like photographers, and even helped me fix a couple planter beds that were low on bark to help me get it market ready faster. Buying, he was incredibly patient. He was knowledgable about every area we threw at him to consider, he helped us explore all the options from buying old houses, newer houses, or even building new. Tyler is amazing! Not only was this our first time buying a house, but my wife and I have a unique situation that added to the craziness of it all. We dont technically live together during the week, as she goes to school 5 hours away. The emotions of house shopping while not physically being together were a roller coaster to say the least. We would text Tyler constantly with questions or concerns, sometimes both of us would ask him the same thing (or opposite) because of our communication windows. Not only did Tyler make us more comfortable about the situation, but he exceeded our expectations in handling our Bermuda Triangle of communication. Honest, helpful, and worked with us every step of the way. This was especially important because we had to travel a few hours to do anything in person. They gave advice that was completely in our interest, and we ended up with exactly the house we wanted (plus a lot of great things we didn’t know we wanted!), and they did this all within the budget we came to the table with.
