2024-06-28 19:18:09Genuinely this is the best vet I’ve been to. Took my 3 kitties there and everyone was beyond phenomenal, very kind, and extremely transparent. I’m so glad that I’ve found them, as I’ve had horrible experiences in the past. Thank goodness that I can finally trust a veterinary clinic!!

2023-11-15 18:21:11Our cat had a really bad infection in his foot. I called and they got me in within the hour. They were all so amazing. We felt so safe for a cat when we were there. Toby wasn’t scared either which was even better! I absolutely love this place. Everybody was amazing.!! Pricing was super reasonable. It was just such a great experience. Thank you so much.

2024-05-02 16:27:30Overall bad experience from the desk lady to the vet. My cat was put to sleep for a cast, had to stay all day! Also his cast that we paid $260 for to replace fell off the very next morning.Took our cat to another place immediately and they didn’t put him to sleep and his cast stayed on for 10 days-twice! I wouldn’t recommend this cat clinic place!

2024-03-26 07:06:25I recently found myself in a stressful situation when my beloved cat, Tiki, developed a severely swollen left side of her face. Desperate for immediate help, I reached out to my regular veterinarian, only to discover they were fully booked for the next two weeks. In a moment of panic, I stumbled upon The Cat Clinic and decided to give them a call. To my relief, they were able to accommodate us with an appointment the very same morning. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to schedule the appointment, I was met with kindness and understanding. The staff at The Cat Clinic demonstrated a genuine concern for Tikis well-being, which immediately put my mind at ease. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and taken care of by the attentive veterinary team. The veterinarian Dr. Rebeca Diaz thoroughly examined Tiki and explained the potential causes of her condition in a clear and understandable manner. It was evident that they possessed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in feline care. After discussing the available treatment options, they proceeded with the necessary procedures with utmost care and precision.Unfortunately, Tiki has an aggressive form of cancer but at least she did not have two wait two weeks of pain and suffering. Not only did they alleviate her discomfort, but they also provided me with peace of mind knowing that she received the best possible care. I am immensely grateful to the entire team for their exceptional service and compassionate approach.I wholeheartedly recommend The Cat Clinic to any pet owner in need of quality veterinary care. Their commitment to excellence and dedication to their patients truly sets them apart. Thank you, The Cat Clinic, for going above and beyond for Tiki and me during our time of need.

2023-06-09 04:24:41I went a few months back when my cat got badly injured. They squeezed her in for an appointment and were so kind and genuine. They scheduled her for surgery and were also able to diagnose and remove a cancerous tumor. I cannot thank the staff enough for saving my cat and doing it in a way that was comfortable for her. I called other animals hospitals and they wanted to charge me near double/triple what I paid at the cat clinic. I cannot recommend this vet enough.

2020-10-06 21:03:24Worst vet experience of my life - Cat Clinic tried to steal $600-$900 from me, and actually injured my cat.[NOTE: I subsequently learned on the CA Vet Medical Board website that this vets license under a different name was voluntarily surrendered in December 2018 due to a violation]Lois is an extremely healthy and energetic 16-year-old cat (vets always comment that she presents as much younger). She has not been outside my home without me ever in her life. The Cat Clinic prevented me from going in the office with her due to Covid. I was then told she was too agitated to examine and required IV sedation ($400 alone). They gave me an estimate of $1200-$1500 to examine her, payment required before the exam. When I asked the doctor what she thought the issue might be, she rattled off a list of conditions and invasive treatments that I would never put Lois through at her age. I told them to bring her back to me and sat confronting my healthy cats sudden mortality. Then, the owner of the Clinic came out and presented a revised estimate of $750-$950 (Is this even legal?). Not sure why this wasnt the first estimate, so I have to assume they had tried to take advantage of me. Since I was desperate to learn why Lois was suffering, and it is nearly impossible to get an appointment in the Valley for a new animal, I agreed to the new estimate. Was told I would receive a call in 45 minutes. Two and a half hours later, they called to tell me they had done nothing, and it would be another 5 hours before they would be finished. I told them to bring her back to me. During this process, I spoke with 4 different people at the Clinic, all of whom gave me conflicting information. When I got Lois home, her hind legs were significantly weaker than before Cat Clinic took her from me.When I brought Lois to a different vet, she was examined with no issues (Id given her CBD Oil - $30) and was treated for a serious UTI, which I had already figured out was the problem based on my own research. The new vet said the weakness in her legs was due to a strained pelvic ligament - which unquestionably occurred while she was being held by Cat Clinic. The entire process at the new vet took 1 hour and cost $210.Thank God I did not put Lois through the IV sedation that Cat Clinic required to examine my cat, instead of telling me they couldnt treat her - that is animal abuse. I advise avoiding this place at all costs - buyer beware.

2023-09-28 16:09:06I like that it’s just cats. Only meows, no barking. The staff is very helpful, professionals & caring. If you have a Cat and need a vet this is the place to go. 😻
