Loved the band, great small venue, excellent show. But the mandatory dinner was overpriced and awful. The chicken was dry and super salty, mashed potatoes cold and vegetables undercooked. Worst meal ever, I will never get a table there again, will only get chairs or just standing room only area for the dancing. Keep bringing back the great music but do us all a favor and get rid of the food. Yuck.

They can close pretty early esp for a friday.....midnight....honestly super lame. And tons of their shows lately even uppity dance bands they have been crowding the floor with tables .....it really ruins the vibe. This club seems like a place for much older people who prefer to sit. So if thats ur thing then go for it. Bathrooms BADLY need upgraded some doors dont have locks the stall are TINY list goes on. Bartenders are AWESOME though. Its pretty warm inside too....if table seating for fun dance bands went away Id give 4....5 if they upgrade their bathrooms....and stayed open later on weekends.

Not a very nice place third time Ive been there I will not be going back I dont care whos playing The wait staff is okay but service is pretty poor The food is terrible and overpriced and depending on which bartender you get they will charge you differently for the same drinks ordered. And you have to get your drinks yourself, including water. The servers will only bring you your pre-ordered food from a kiosk that you order from, no steak sauce no condiments at all.

We got accused of taking a table we paid for. Both security guards were aggressive and asked me if I had a problem instead of trying to resolve the issue. Then when I talked to the manager he said they messed up but they had bigger problems to deal with. These people are a joke that run this place and need to be replaced. I will be reporting them to corporate and Better Business Bureau. There is a picture of one security guard in a previous complaint. The other had dreadlocks with blond in it. Safe to say I will never return

Kind of a Bar wanna be Venue. Very hot with little ventalation, if there is a band you really want to see you might have a nice time, otherwise just enjoy the cafes outside the club. Drinks are cheaper and more delicious.

One of the best places to see live music! Gus and Bree are the greatest bartenders around! Ellis and his Great security team make you feel safe at all times and the wait staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Chris, who goes out of his way to make you feel at home!

Second time in a week a concert was cancelled with late notice. 1st one gave notice 3 hours prior to concert and second one posted it on their front door. Sucks because I drove down from Sacramento both times for nothing. Last time Im coming to this venue for a show.

Another Great Venue! Came as one of the opening acts for Queen Nation this past weekend, 5/5. The venue is beautiful, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lights, sound, bartenders, doorman, every one! Food and drinks are on point. This place is not loud unless you are seated right next to the stacks. If you are sitting close to the stage I would highly suggest you invest in a good pair of ear plugs. For bands, load in is sweet and simple, Green room is nice and roomy sound check was a breeze. Note: do not leave your gear on the floor backstage. Load out to your vehicle or put it in your green room. They will come find you and ask you to move it, unless you are the headliner. Parking behind the club, where you load-in, can fill up, so if you leave between load-in and show time you may need to park around front until the dinner crowd at the adjacent restaurants dies down. Nice club, will definitely be back.

The bouncer was really really rude. i showed him my real id (i’m 19) and they wouldn’t let me in. they were extremely aggressive and accused me of being under the influence even though i was clearly not. would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for a good experience

This was our first time at The Canyon. To enter we had to wait in line for quite a while, as we watched a disorganized messy process of people being seated.Once seated we kept on waiting for our food to arrive, it didnt. After complaining to the staff, it was determined our seating location was misplaced so they couldnt find us to serve the food.The food itself was not well made. It was tough and cold. The chicken in particular was like cutting into and eating cardboard. Save yourself the money and pass on the very expensive yet awful meal.There are many choices for a meal in the plaza. I suggest eating ahead of the show and entering The Canyon at 8:00 pm for the main band. No need to be seated on the really uncomfortable and tightly packed chairs, get a standing ticket.The main staff and the bartenders were nice and attempted to make it a positive experience.The sound was painfully loud we had to get earplugs. (at $2 per pair)The opening band tried hard but they just werent good.We loved the headline band and enjoyed their performance.Overall the poor experience of the venue outweighed the enjoyment of the band we came to see. We will not be back.

This is a great place to see bands of our youth!! I love going here and the people are really nice. From Micheal at the check in to the bartenders to the other concert goers. Drinks are a little on the upside cost but the cost of tickets are good. They offer dinner tix but we always get the standing room tix and dance all night. I’ve seen Ziggy Marley, CTA, Kenny Loggins, Todd Rundgren (not my cup of tea), Judy Collins and even Pat Benetar! All the bands I missed seeing growing up in a small town show up here!Lots of parking and also good places to eat in this plaza. Great night out and you don’t have to fight the traffic to LA! LOVE IT HERE!

With the absence of the House of Blues and more and more music venues closing this is one of the highlight venues that are left and whats great is they keep expanding in opening new venues like the rose in Pasadena and the Canyon in Santa Clarita its a real Joy to be able to see some of my favorite bands up close and personal in these venues and I enjoyed immensely when I do go. All-in-all I highly recommended if you love music these venues will not disappoint.

Awesome club. Love the atomsphere. Have seen Ted Nugent front row 3 times here, my favorite little club in Southern California. Has a very laid back setting, perfect for a Rock concert. Have never had an issues with food, or seats. Food is a bit expensive; but for being such a intimate venue, its worth every penny too see Ted that close! People were threatening to protest; not one protester showed up. Canyon Club rocks! Will be back next year too see Ted!

Ample.parking. We saw Gallagher the comic there. If you sit at a table you will have to buy dinner and that is about 100$. It is easy to see the acts there. They also have seating in the back other long tables with out buying dinner but it is harder to see from there. The bathrooms are small but the staff ia nice. Some had a drink and it was strong. The portions of foos are small and the food. is bland but the seats are super comfortable and good service.

Large but intimate feeling venue to see your favorite cover bands. Dont bother with the floor dinner tables. The dinners are overpriced ($39-$49) and people standing in the dance floor area will block your view. If you must sit, do it at the raised bar seating and upper deck tables. If you do get dinner, dont get the salmon--it is tiny and flavorless. Get the more generously portioned and tasty lasagna or steak. Otherwise, eat before you come here. The cocktails are good and price is about what youd expect (around $12). Last call is 9:15 pm though, I guess so you can pay up and dry out by the time shows end around 10:30 pm. Service is good. There is ample free parking.

Cool venue, but floor table seating is way too cramped and hot. Ended up going to the side and standing by the bar area where the AC was blowing. They need to take out two rows of tables and limit the chairs, so customers and staff can get thru. Otherwise food was good (not great), staff were friendly and sound/staging was great.

All the people whining about this place in their reviews must not get out much-- particularly to music venues in LA. Theres literally nothing to complain about here.That said, I didnt plan on eating here. I know you would be lucky to get Dennys quality food at a music venue, and Im sure it is $$$. I just bought a standing ticket. I was a little worried they would enforce the two drink minimum because I drove and didnt want to drink. No pressure whatsoever to buy drinks. Other people were getting tallboys (large can of beer) for $10 which is reasonable-- this is a music venue, not Costco.The place is really cute looking, with a western theme. The sound system is decent. The staff was really nice, and the regular customers were friendly. The bathroom is okay-- remember, this is a music venue, not doctors office. They dont force you to bring a small or clear purse, like a lot of music venues are starting to. There are two huge bars.Sold out/capacity shows always stink, at any venue. The show I attended was about 50% capacity.

We recently went to pink Floyds cover band and bought chair tickets near the bar. When we go there, someone else was sitting in our seats when brought up to the manager he said that was a problem, no solution offered, no comp tickets or refunds. Instead we were seated on the other side where performers go in and out and a bunch of people stand in front of you. No point of purchasing chair tickets if they wont enforce it. I dont know what happened to the old manager but he was more customer service oriented. These new people are all about the marketing and $$$$.

We had our daughters birthday party here because she wanted a club scene but it has been 3 months since i called the venue to work things out and all I asked was to speak to the Owner lance sterling and was told he is too busy because he owns 7 venues and I said I understand but he was not too busy the day I was there and placed my reservations for party and promised things for the party only to find out that the manager said he didn’t know what package you were getting so there has to be a miscommunication.I emailed him and sent him a letter with the following:A couple of things we were promised when we spoke to you, you said we would have 3 amazing stations: 1. sliders someone would be giving the kids the burgers. Instead they were just set out and the kids had to take it from the table.2. You said you will have fries “I will do some cool fries like waffle fries, regular fries and different kinds of fries etc”… but only 1 style of fries was provided.3. You also mentioned that they would provide individual pizza for guest we go up to the person and say what we wanted on the pizza and they make it for us on the spot which didn’t happen.Also we paid $$$ for the ballon drop and we had all the guest on dance floor for the picture and the ball drop didn’t work. We wait for several mins people waited as much as possible but then walked off the dance floor and they were able to make the balloons drop very slowing a couple at a time and to be honest some of the balloons were popped and it wasn’t as much as we expected it looked like maybe 30 balloons. We should be reimbursed for this because it is not our fault that the device was close wrong, so it didn’t allow the balloons to drop. That is the fault of the person who set the balloons.We were also told that we can used the tvs as a slideshow for my daughters pictures while the party was going on. But when I provided the staff with the slideshow they were not able to project the pictures of the slideshow on to the tv monitors. After some time the staff said that they can put the projector screen down and showcase the slideshow on the stage and it was only on for a small time because we were using stage for performances. If it were on television it would have been able to play the whole time of the party and that is what was promised. At that point I had no other option but to go along with it.Our biggest concern was my daughters safety during the party there was man that was in my daughters dressing room bathroom that was not part of the party. One of the boys in the court saw and said something to him and then he had to tell security and it seems like security knew the man and said “what are you doing back here”.Update: I was told by staff that he did in fact work there and that he came thru the back doors and once they were notify of him being in the green room bathroom where by daughter was changing, he was escorted out. I didn’t know that there was a back door that employees had access to anytime to a private event. I don’t know how this could have happen because I paid for 3 security guards with your venue and I hire an outside company security to be on the first door to make sure nothing like this would happen but it did still. I want you to please understand since you have a daughter how would you have felt as a father knowing someone could have done physically harm to any of your kids.I know we spoke to your staff and they said that you would be able to give offer tickets to a show for what happened to us but we do not accept. This gesture was the same offer that was offer to us prior to booking the venue. You offered tickets to a future event to us in hope that we book the venue with you and we say no thank you. Then you offered it again to us after the experience we had and we do not accept.We request, first of all, a clarification, in writing, of the terms of our use of the compensation. Secondly, we believe we deserve an apology for how we were treated.

I got tickets to the Don Carlos concert @ the Cayon Agoura Hills.It was a decent place for a concert, but I didnt like the setup.They stick way too many people at one table.Its overall cramped and not cool, especially if others pick seats next to you that arent in your party. You are literally touching chairs to chairs.They should definitely leave the dance floor more open and make tables of 4 instead of cramping people together.If you buy table seats, you must purchase dinner prices ranging from 29 to about 50 bucks depending on what you get.We got the ribeye dinner.It was mediocre at best.Also, the only beer they had were tall cans at 15 bucks a pop.I would have much rather had some beer on tap, but unfortunately, they dont have any.Theyre super friendly and welcoming.The place is well maintained and tidywhich is always nice.Overall, its an alright spot, but with a lot of room for improvements.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Its a great venue to see a show and the staff is amazing. Michael the the door guy and Gus the bartender are reasons enough to visit. But this having to buy dinner when booking tickets at a table is a joke. It wouldn;t be so bad if the food was edible. But it isnt. It is absolute garbage. Its the worst food Ive had in years. And I ate at a Sizzler recently. Dont get me started on the 20 dollar beers. This is Agoura, not the Greek Theater. But the food has ALWAYS been terrible so this isnt new. Isnt the person running the kitchen embarrassed to serve this garbage? What about the management and owners?I could see a two drink minimum or whatever but if youre going to FORCE me to order dinner, then at least make it edible. The forced garbage food will keep me and most of the people I know from attending concerts here until someone pulls their head out and starts being reasonable.

Fun and very loud music experience. The table setup was weird, though. Know where you want to sit & buy that table. Be prepared to boot other unaware people if you leave your table to dance. The server assistants are quick to clear, so people will sit there, thinking its an open table. Also the parking is terrible so get there early!

I booked Jon B here on a whim for a birthday getaway without reading all the reviews. Once I read the reviews, I was actually worried the weekend would be somewhat ruined by a bad experience but here’s the bad with the good. Bad: Buying your food before you’re seated. Luckily, I saw the food reviews so we had heavy appetizers at Basta in the same area. I’d describe the food (based on other reviews we had the lasagna and the chicken) like if you went to a wedding at a small town Midwest venue. Or like a Holiday Inn Express. Edible, but not for $30. The service was lacking but everyone is struggling for help right now so I didn’t think too much of it. Sitting packed in tables was not enjoyable except we didn’t have anyone behind us. Get a round table if you can. Drinks were insanely expensive to me as well.The good was the intimate size of the venue. Not too big, not too small. Acoustics were great. People dancing, everyone enjoying the amazing show Jon B put on. Also the front door folks were hilarious and helped my friend and I capture a great photo together.

This is my new spot! Last weekend I saw Ambrosia one of my favorite bands from the 70’s, packed house, and I didn’t get a table, (I’m learning). It was so my vibe, great energy! I couldn’t wait to come back, so I made reservations for my girlfriend and I for dinner (we got seats) right by the stage, we had an incredible dinner! I wish I took photos of the filet and blackened salmon, but I was so excited to be sitting with one of the members of Quiet Riot at my table and the food was so yummy I forgot. We went to see QRST. This band does QUEEN/RUSH/STYX songs and the opening band the M&M’s did obscure VANHALEN songs . I ran into some friends, and made some friends. Overall this place is fun, I never had to wait to get a drink, spacious, nice people, delicious food(filet, salmon ) great staff, yummy drinks, I will be back this week I’m sure. See you there; I’m the one in the front with pink hair;)

Only one bartender was working an extremely large and well-equipped (several POS systems visible) bar which made for unnecessarily long lines for drinks. Oversight by the venue? Other bartenders called in sick at the last minute?Band finished their first set and announced from the stage that they would be taking a short break and then returning to play more music. Roughly two or three minutes later they return to the stage with an announcement that management has informed them there has been a mix up and that they will only be playing one more song. Show started promptly at 8 and this announcement came shortly before 10pm.This band is well-known (and loved) for their extended improvisations and lengthy shows. Was the venue unaware they typically play two sets? Was this not discussed prior to the show with the promoter and the tour manager? Clearly the band was under the assumption they were playing two sets of music. What changed? Is there some kind of live music curfew for Thursday night in Agoura? I was most certainly not alone in my frustration and confusion with the situation. Several of us made futile attempts to discuss our concern with the venue staff or promoter but we all got variations of the same response, Im not sure whats going on.This was my first show at The Canyon so Im not sure where to place some of the blame here but Id sure like to know if there are strict curfews in place as I wouldnt suggest seeing your favorite improvisational/jam-band here as it is possible theyre only going to get to play one set.

Nice place for concerts, mainly its cover bands, but good. Sound is ok for the main acts, bad and too loud for the openers and from tape.Ticket prizes fair, but.....If you want a relaxed place at a table, you are forced to order dinner. This actually doubles your ticket costs. Few dishes only as selection, no appetizers, no small bits. Double overprized, poor arrangements, no special taste. If your company serves this in the cantina, you will bring sandwiches from home....No draft beer, cans only for 15 usd!!!! 👎Next time I will think twice before having a table seat.Go just for the standing area and drink instead!! 😏No reaction by the management on my comment in 4 days.....I think I have to take away another star.....Still no answer after 2 weeks 👎

Great venue to see some classic bands and covers. If you reserve a table you are obligated to buy dinner, and the set menu in only 3 course options (each with appetizer, main, dessert). This is a bit limiting, but the food was decent, not great. The bartenders and wait staff have always been very nice and accommodating, and the concert volume isnt so loud that you cant hold a conversation by yelling.

Truth told, I hate this venue. The seating is awkward (tables facing sideways, & they are just cheap folding tables with table clothes over them & chairs waaaaaay too close together). It’s hot as hell in here tonight. It’s like they don’t understand what air conditioning is on a day when the high was in the 90s.Then, the requirement to purchase dinner with a super small selection that doesn’t take any dietary restrictions into account. It’s a pricey dinner or Denny’s quality (not even, though) food. The wine is awful too.I’m usually not this harsh, but this venue is truly awful.

Beautiful venue, aggressive staff for a party. Bartender Gus went and aggressively grabbed drinks out of hands of myself and many other patrons, banning our whole party from drinking after saying that our party was under 21 even after carding us. He put his hands on multiple people in my party trying to rip drinks out of our hands while saying things like “things would be different if they did not have a private party”, threatening myself and others. Single handedly made the event much worse. I would not recommend this venue for a special occasion.

Seems we were penalized for buying table seats...had to wait in line an hour, in the cold, so as to place the required dinner order BEFORE we could even get inside the venue. The other seats (less expensive) were let in right away. Then it took over 2 hours to get the food. Horrible experience, not going back, even though the band were great!

Buyer Beware....Went there earlier this week to see the improvisation band Jazz is Dead. Great first set and the band was on fire. Yet, despite the band announcing they were taking a short break and in the meantime inviting the crowd to visit the 2 open bars and merch table, they returned after just a few minutes indicating that venue management would only allow them to play one more song despite being booked for a 3 hour show, not a 90 minute show. Very disappointing if this is how the Canyon Club management/ownership feels they can treat artists and their fans. This unethical behaviour for no reason is not acceptable and should cause anyone to evaluate if they want to financially support such abusive businsess practices. Highly likely I will refrain from ever patronizing any of their southern california venues which is unfortunate because Canyon Club Agoura Hills is close to home and has been known to have good acts.

I wanted to love this place, but the more I think about it, the more disappointed I am. Went in early December to see Leonid and Friends. Totally enjoyed the music/show, but the rest was a disaster. There was a long, slow line to get in (and it was cold outside). You order and pay for food as you enter the venue. The food is pricey. I can deal with all that. Typical concert stuff.The problem is the organization of the food service. The food was tasty, but we didnt receive our entre until the encore, and it was cold. We never got our salad or dessert. Our table mates had their food prior to the start of the concert. We made several inquiries when we would receive food...crickets. I would like to say we were an isolated case, but others were receiving their food after us!!!The servers seemed confused and overwhelmed.Another issue is; when the music started, the standing general admission people crept into the aisles blocking our view. There was no one available to deal with this problem.I love the acts they book, but am not happy with being forced to pay for overpriced (and tip in advance) food that never comes.I am going to the Hermans Hermits show tonight (2/18/22) at the Montclair venue. If it is more of the same, I will think twice about going to a Canyon event in the future.

The variety and quantity of great performers coming here is amazing. Lots of talent. I wish they had regular size beers and didnt force you to buy 16 or 20 oz cans. There are no bottle options and I like my beer in bottles, not cans. Also I dont believe there are good appetizer options if youre not already sitting down for dinner. The $25 minimum per person dinner if you wanted to sit down was also annoying.If you didnt buy dinner then theres absolutely no where to sit which was also annoying having to stand for 3 + hours.All in all I am thankful that a place like this exists so close to home and Im willing to put up with the deficiencies above

Had a great time! Music with CTA & Danny Seraphine original Chicago drummer was fantastic . Rocked the house. Unlike some unfair reviews I read the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was so so but we went there for the music and its like getting food with your concert ticket. Well worth the price for an evening out at a very professional venue.

Saw Led Zepagain perform on June 12th. The performance and all aspects related to the performance were excellent. The lighting, sound, video screens and atmosphere were exceptional and I would definitely see another performance there if I was in the area. The dinner/food was very disappointing, but I was anticipating this and ate nearby before the show. The mandatory 3-course prix fixe never arrived to our table and we mentioned it to a staff member mid-way through the show, who eventually sent us an over-cooked entrée but no other courses. Still, a decent beer selection and excellent music, so we had a great time.

We just recently booked two tickets to see A favorite artist of ours only to find out that as soon as we came through the door we were asked that we buy two dinners at $40 a plate for myself and my guest without any information on the website of these addtl charges. So we were forced to agree to this laughable addtl $80 dinner charge for a meal that we did not even want or use! if they were going to Let us enter and use the tickets that we purchased online!. So once in they sat us down at a super long continous table that were set up in multiple rows about 2 feet apart with chairs so tight to each other that when when was pulled out to get in or out from the chair you couldnt even get your own chair back in to the table.! Note, when we booked the tickets at the website it shows you that you would be sitting at individual much smaller tables. Definite fire hazard, extremely uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Just a club trying to squeeze a chair into every uncomfortable spot they could to hustle you out of every dollar they can without letting you know upfront and we weren’t the only ones that felt that They also had been hustled into terrible seats and forced into a addtl dinner minimum fees! We will never go back to this place again no matter whos playing!

The Canyon Club is a great spot to hear some music, large space with lots of room to spread out! There is also a full service kitchen with a well rounded menu and prices are fair. The Canyon is a good place to see a concert. The venue is nice and has a House of Blues feel. There is plenty of free parking. General admission is usually standing room only. Ive been to many shows here. In the past the shows were short, and they kick you out right at the end. Jefferson Starship was an awesome 2 hour show after 2 opening bands. The $39 prime rib dinner was pretty good for a large banquet style dining. I think I would pay the extra $10 for the 16oz one next time. The 12 oz cut seemed more like an 8 oz.

One of the last times I went, my husband and I received poor service.Table Service:We bought tickets that required $24 purchases per person at our table. Which Im fine with, and we actually spent more. It took the server 20 mins before she even stopped at our table to greet us. We have never been to The Canyon. We got 2 tickets to see John Mayall who Ive always wanted to see live. I go to the website to get directions to the Canyon Agoura. Come to find out that a $52 ticket does not entitle you to a chair to sit in. Im 75 and I cant stand for 3 hours at a concert like I did in the 70s. And it turns out that the audience must stand outside the venue for a half hour before even getting inside and the line is so slow some people dont get in until after the show - and if you want to sit down you have to buy seats at a table which apparently is about another $200 or more. Everyone says the acoustics are good and the music sounds very good. Long ago I spent 3 hours standing in line just to buy the tickets to see George Harrison and Ravi Shankar - but nowadays i cant do the physical pain or the idea that Im going to be ripped off just to sit in a chair.

For an upcoming show the venue stated there would be no line-up allowed before 8AM. The release also stated tickets go in sale at 10AM. A very early line started (over 12 hours before 8AM) and the venue’s security asked them to leave. The group refused and the venue did nothing. At about 7:30AM, employees of the venue started telling everyone outside that they were sold out. They were happy to get police involved and ask those still outside to leave, but did not do the same for those who lined up before the posted, advertised time. I understand that the act was going to draw a large crowd, but this was so poorly managed. 2 stars only for staff’s lightheartedness when walking down the line to tell everyone they were sold out before 30 minutes before they even stated they would allow a line up.

Good beer variety and decent prices. $11 for a 16 oz domestic beer. They charge extra at the door if youre paying with card, per person. So I was about to pay $12 in fees for 4 people to get in, but the atm near the front only had a $3 fee (and my bank charges $5) so it was worth it to use their ATM and pay cash. pretty big venue, smaller than house of House of Blues but similar atmosphere. The Canyon Club is a live music venue in Agoura Hills. This venue is one of the best locations to experience live music in the Southern California area. The Canyon Club has music newcomers, faux bands and a fair number of well know artists. The venue is spacious and I dont think their is a bad seat in the house. You can get dinner served prior to the show or you can visit just for the show. They sell tickets with dinner included, tickets for a seat and tickets to walk about and dance. Located in Agoura Hills right off the 101 freeway the Canyon Club is all about live entertainment. This is a cool space for catching a live act. I always get a general admission ticket and stand up for the shows. The acoustics are good and there are really no bad seats. You can sit down for a meal and then catch a top level live act. Where else can you do that around here? I take Uber from Ventura and that is manageable. My all time best after Thanksgiving dinner memory is set to Save It For Later by The English Beat. And guess where I caught them last month? Thats right. A dance area in front of the stage close enough that the band can hear your requests. The Canyon Club will hold a bunch of people yet retain an intimate feel for you and your date or you and your friends. Fantastic little venue for seeing some well known acts. Over the years Ive seen REO Speedwagon, Ted Nugent, Darius Rucker, Randy Travis... Molly Hatchet coming in November!Not a bad seat in the house, food is pretty good (I prefer their steaks) and reasonably priced, same goes with their drinks.

I like this place. Lots of good bands and the place it chill. Loud but chill. My only complaint is that sometimes they put tables in front of the stage. Some acts thats ok but not for hard rock acts. Everyone ends up crowding around the tables. I dont get the point.

I live about 4 miles away in the Cyn. Kanan Cyn. To be exactly. I’ve been to the Canyon club many times and never once have I been disappointed with the shows put on there. They have top names great bands I guarantee you’ll love it have fun and enjoy. Oh and their food is good to. Dancing cocktails good food live music What more could anyone ask for. They cancelled an event and refused a refund because it was rescheduled about a year later. My emails have been ignored. This is the only venue to not allow the option of refund if you cant make the new date.Venue itself is ok. Problem with either buying dinner or standing behind the tables. Drink prices were ridiculous- $12 for a tall can.Bigger issue is customer treatment. I wont return.

They never answer the phone,they screw you on tickets even if you prepaid for dinner tables, if your one min late, they dont seat you so they can resell your seats and double there money, bought 4 dinner tickets on TM, printed them out and still nothing, it really bummed us out, 2 of the tickets were for my brother in law and his wife who were with us, he blind and they still have no care. they got to comfortable for there and dont need to answer to anyone, DONT BOOK OR GO !!!!!!!

If you have an issue, do not expect a response from the CEO, Directors, etc. as all you will receive (if anything) is the runaround. I have called and sent 5+ emails to various management regarding an issue all without response. However, they keep sending me emails to support their Clubs. Wish I could, but apparently they do not practice or believe that customer loyalty works both ways. End result, I will pursue other options to my issue, discontinue frequenting their establishments and continue to share this disappointing, frustrating, lack of respect experience. (Had to give 1 Star unfortunately.)

We went here to see Mr. Big. We bought seats right up front, but for some reason they moved all the seats away from the stage and made this an area for people to stand, which then forced everyone else to stand. There was also confusion as to the status of time. The tickets also said the doors opened at a certain time, but when we arrived at that time, the show had started. We were starving, but no one was interested in serving us.

Due to COVID, show was postponed. On their website they have a Blood Sweat & Tears show to Sep 29, 2021. I called 5 times to ask them if were going to be able to make up our show but no one answered. After 7 mins. on hold the call would drops each time. I found no email I can write to. Looks like they dont want to talk to us.I paid $272 and dont know if I will be able to make up that show. I don’t like the fact that this venue decided to sell Foo Fighters concert tickets hours before the time they were supposed to sell them. The situation was there was apparently a long line of people waiting before 8 a.m. on the day of the sale. The rule was there wasn’t supposed to be a line before 8 a.m. However, I’ve been hearing that the venue has sold the tickets out by 7:30 a.m., two-and-a-half hours ahead of its scheduled sale at 10 a.m. Meaning, people including me who stood underneath the unwavering sun’s heat waited for nothing. What a disappointment.
