I just want to say that this place is awesome, so is the entire staff, they are to me an example of what all the other dispensaries should strive to be friendly knowledgeable and just really down to earth and freaking chill. This is quickly become my favorite dispensary to come to because of the staff and how friendly everyone here is. I specifically want to shout out Angel, this lady is super cool and will help you with everything that you need. Thank you so much Angel for helping me today thank you to the entire cake House staff for always being awesome to me and helping me get my buzz on when needed. What amazing dispensaryThey have one of the largest selections Ive ever seen and Ive seen a lotTheir prices were amazingit was my first time visitand their service agent Xavier showed the most courteous customer service skills helping me with my Indica requestsConsidering the other dispensaries in the area ..you will not be disappointed going to this one ( I drove 12 miles to this location and it was worth the trip)

2024.07-04/THU_0930: Honestly, I thought my sis in law was taking us to a bakery but to my surprise, it was a wonderful, professional and well-ran dispensary.We love how knowledgeable the staff is. We always run into the same representative, Kyle. You wont miss Kyle. Hell know exactly what youre looking for. He has a long beard, beautiful smile, kind voice, and is super friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy that he was my representative again. I havent been here since last quarter. They were slammed this morning and there was a line so Im happy we fell right into his hands. From the last visit, we opted for the same disposables that he suggested. Im only in Temecula at least twice every quarter and didnt have a clue they existed until April of this year. Like I said, it was more than I bargained for since I thought we were picking up some delicious pastries and cake! LOLThank you so much for taking care of my pets medical needs. Yes, they have pet CBD. If youre a first time buyer, you also get a 30% discount for your first visit! So buy it up!Thank you, Cake House, our experience is pleasant with every visit, always!

They were super nice and understanding when I showed up with like 5min before they closed. That alone is worth the 5 stars but theyre ALWAYS super cool here. Great staff, great products, great deals.

Thanks Emily and John for a fantastic experience! My battery didnt work with a cartridge I bought and not only did they switch it out (twice) but they also tested the cart and helped me get a compatible battery. 10/10 service, super friendly and informative staff!

Best dispensary ever!! The raw garden pen was the best!! Knights garden. Had some lively Chem dog in it💜my first dispensary ever. I tried others in the area and hands down the best place!!! Oh live the pain cream too!! Much love from NC

New around the area and first time customer. I’m fairly ignorant to this new world of legal weed (Gen X/Latchkey Kid).The store is very clean, associates are approachable, polite, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell you. I felt welcomed here.I must give accolades to the person who helped me, Xavier. His product knowledge was insightful. Excellent customer service, gave honest recommendations, and just a pleasure to deal with.Because of Xavier, and honestly every employee I came across all the way to the security guard, I felt welcomed.Customer service is not only a precious commodity, it’s a dying art in this awful, divided and crazy world we live in.I appreciate everyone at The Cake House and their pursuit to excellence.You’ve gained a loyal customer.
