As a brand new personal trainer, I started working with Billy to build and systemize my business in order to attract clientele. The Business Movement took me through a meticulous step-by-step process of what I needed to achieve to become a professional in the fitness realm. With his regularly scheduled check-ins, he kept me on track and answered any and all questions I had about the process and my direction as a business. TBM has allowed me to differentiate my practice between other trainers in my area, systemize my process for new clients to save me time outside of training, create my business website, and make my vision into my profession. I am now confident in my ability to run a business which is something Id had never had before TBM. Couldnt have done it without Billy.

I first started working with Billy and The Business Movement when I was in the process of transitioning from my corporate job to becoming an independent trainer. Despite having the drive, I lacked the necessary business framework to efficiently attract and onboard new clients. When I met Billy, it became evident that he genuinely desired to help me achieve the success I aspired to.Through our weekly development meetings, Billy invested time in understanding my personality, motivations, and the unique differentiators that set me apart as a trainer. Every aspect, from initial client outreach emails to intake forms and contract signings, was refined to ensure a seamless and frictionless client experience.Since our collaboration, Ive been able to respond to new clients more promptly, resulting in the successful onboarding of 12 new clients, with many more on the horizon! The Business Movement and Billy have been such a great asset to our first year open at Amplifly Cycle and Strength. Billy has coached both myself and the owner of to build, grow, and strengthen our studio. Both the owner and myself cane from different backgrounds, not in the fitness industry, but both sharing a love and passion for group fitness and community. Billy has transferred that love and energy into the fitness industry and our studio and results are showing. We love the genuine care Billy has for us and the way he can take any type of studio or gym, analyze the area it is in, the goals, the competition, and put it together in a customized training plan for management. If you need someone to help you think outside the box, and not keep you in the confines of a typical small gym confine, Billy and the Business Movement are the best there is.

When I first contacted Billy, my overarching top goal for 2019 was to welcome 4 new clients by the end of the year and increase my income. In order to do this, I realized that I needed help with my marketing, sales and systems strategies. As someone who helps others, I often find it difficult to ask for help myself. However, I am learning that being a satisfied independent trainer has less do with going it alone and everything to do with surrounding myself with supportive, encouraging and skillful people who want to see me succeed.Billy has taken some overwhelming projects—marketing, branding, website redesign—and chunked it down for me into digestible steps. His helpful, actionable feedback is putting me on course to have my redesigned/rebranded website up and running by early December and we have a marketing plan in place to start soon after. Billy also provides me with effective and efficient templates for everything from tracking training programs to how to ask a client for a referral. That alone is incredibly valuable to me as it saves me so much time and I know they are used successfully by Billy and other trainers.Billy keeps me accountable and on track to finish tasks I’d rather put off and if I have a question about running my business, he always has an intelligent, reasonable and reassuring answer. Because he’s “been there and done that” successfully as a trainer and business owner for many years and helped others do the same, I’m so grateful to have Billy as my coach and mentor. With his help, I am building the fitness coaching practice of my dreams.

I cant recommend Billy and John at The Business Movement enough! I came to Billy as a sole proprietor wanting to move geographic locations and transition into a scalable small business(Monterey Personal Training). Billy accurately assessed where I was and what I needed to do to achieve my vision. There was a great mix between understanding business metrics, and holistic metrics. Making sure that my business needs also aligned with my personal needs; that was a really special plus that was totally above and beyond.John Hackburt created a website that accurately represented my brand and the aesthetics are outstanding. Not only that, but he created an incredibly technical website that automated billing and intaking. After attending a Business Movement seminar I was impressed with what Billy Polsin had created in DIAKADI Body. My decision to hire him as a business coach was a game changer for me. After a number of years depending on my box gym producing leads I needed the proper tools (ie: website, branded intake procedures, social media) to ensure my successful business remains successful for years to come. Most importantly, in a world that seems to be less and less kind, Billy brings a warmth to his vast expertise and business strategizing.
