Second time here and I can now officially write a review. If you want consistency and great service, this is the spot. I’ve sampled most foods here and it does not disappoint. Extensive beer selection as well as hard liquor. Fun ambiance. I really enjoyed it here. Will return many, many more times. If you’re in the Rocklin area, there’s one there too.

This place is tucked away!Great customer service! I love a place thats attentive to their customers. Youre not designated a waiter/waitress, so Im hoping they all split tips. This was my first time here. I initially went for the brunch but arrived 15 minutes too late. Apparently, brunch is two hours from 10-12, but I couldnt find ANYTHING on the website or brunch menu to indicate a time; the brunch flyer makes you assume its all day 🤷🏾‍♀️, so lunch it was!I ordered dry rub wings, coleslaw, pretzel bites, and nachos. ... EV-VER-REE-THING was good! My ordered the watermelon margarita and added strawberry 🍓 *chef kiss*I highly recommend! Ill be there Saturday for brunch 🤣🤣

Casey our server was fantastic. Smiling the entire time we were in the restaurant. She was hustling and definitely shows she loves her job. Joe the bartender was awesome. Lightning fast. If most restaurants had employees like this they wouldn’t have to close.Place was clean, music wasn’t too loud and environment was nice.Food was excellent!Beer selection top notch!Recommend taco Tuesday.This place is 🔥

This was the best place to grab a bite to eat after working at BottleRock in Napa. 3 of us went here just because of a description of a grilled cheese with Blackberry preserves. The restaurant didnt have Blackberry preserves, so we had the brisket grilled cheese it was delicious and some nachos. The service was awesome!

I went here for a friends birthday a few months ago and then again last weekend. Im not a beer drinker so I cant really comment on that (sorry) ... but I am a snacker/appetizer lover! Everything we had was really good but my favorite thing was the pretzel and cheese bites which they got rid of! WHY??? Cheese Curds were a favorite for the whole fam. People/servers nice, love the indoor and outdoor seating options.

First off - staff was very friendly and service was great. Now that thats out of the way...Brass tap has literally the worst food Ive ever had at a restaurant. The salads are plain, and their dressing is cheap bottled stuff. But wait, it gets worse...The nachos are served cold on super salty tortilla chips, the toppings arent layered throughout, and everything is cold! The cheese wasnt even melted... isnt that the point of nachos? The only hot item on my plate was the sauce. After eating the top layer of nachos, I had about 70% of my cold salty toppingless chips left. If you know how to heat food and layer ingredients, then you could make better nachos at home and save yourself the $13.

I went to the Brass Tap in Vacaville to meet a group of 5 other friends after work on a Wednesday evening. I showed up after my friends did due to getting out of work late. When I showed up, I ordered a beer with my friends and asked if I could order food to go on a separate tab. The waitress told me I could not start a second tab because we were a group over 5 people. I’ll be transparent, I’ve been here numerous times before and have always had a good experience. I asked the waitress if I could just order food on a separate tab to make it easy on my friends and was again told no, this time in an annoyed manner. This single experience has made it to where I will never go back. In a time when we are entering a recession, gas is nearly $6.50 a gallon, and I got off of work late, I’ll choose another place to spend my hard earned money. I’ll also try to add a picture of the pathetic steak sandwich my buddy got. Well done Brass Tap, bravo and excellent customer service skills.

It all started 2 days before this review where we went there and had an excellent time. One of the waitresses said they would be getting pliny the younger on Monday so we decided to make another trip from Isleton to enjoy one of our favorite beers. When we got there on Monday around 6:30 p.m. we were seated and then in a surprisingly not super busy Monday it took them at least 15 minutes to ask us if we wanted anything to drink, when we said we wanted to Pliny the youngers the lady told us they had sold out in 20 minutes, no big deal for us even though it was a little disappointing we know that they have a decent selection of beer and could find something else to get. At that point in time we also ordered our food, we ordered two entrees and an appetizer in the correct order where I asked if we could get our chips and dip trio first and then our entrees. It took them approximately 15 minutes to bring us our drinks and I sat there and watched our appetizer and one of our entrees sit at the heat lamp and the wait staff would just walk by it and or go talk to some other guests. When they finally decided to bring us our food they brought everything together including the appetizer which was wrong, we ordered the chips and dip trio and got just chips and beer cheese, immediately informed the waiter that we ordered the trio so he took it back and replaced it which was great The not so great part was that we had to eat everything at once which was not so fun but cuz we wanted to enjoy our first beer with our appetizer and then get a second one with our entree. After getting all of our stuff and having a decent meal it took the wait staff another 30 minutes to ask us if we need anything at that point in time we had already finished our first beer and didnt want to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for our second so we just got our check and left. I wish our second experience was more like our first experience at this place which was great and the only reason we came back.

What a joint. Diverse and family friendly till 9P.M. For beer lover, they even have Pliny elder and younger, music was awesome. Playing 90s,2000s. E.t.c. The Burgers were excellent. Now, this Guy Nick the Server was accomodating to my family, gave recommendations and it was awesome. I usually love this bar but I went there for the packers/49ers playoff game. Everyone in the bar welcomed me as a packer fan and I felt comfortable until the GM started screaming in my face to gloat about a touchdown. It was beyond disrespect for a man to be screaming in a woman’s face and being there alone, it made me feel unsafe. I don’t think I’ll be back to this bar again.

First timer at The Brass Tap. Me and my brother took our father here for a Fathers day brunch. We went right at 10AM when they opened so we got a table right away but it got busy fast. Service was quick. They have wide selection of beers and they also had mimosas for brunch. I ordered the Guinness bacon waffles and my brother and father ordered the chicken and waffles which was a Fathers day special. The brunch menu was slightly limited but everything was good. Id love to come back for lunch to try more food and beer.

Great food, great drinks and even better service. Highly recommend the pub burger, simply awesome. They dont have a kids, menu but will make a plane cheese quesadilla for the picky kids. The waitress even brought a treat for our doggy companion. Sitting outside is great this time of year. Tons of beer on tap! Highly recommended.Updated 9/14/22: everything is still amazing. My first time at this place. Great beer selection, helpful staff and pretty good food. One thing I would mention is that the quac is NOT homemade. You can taste the preservatives in it. They dont season it at all... They only add some garnish on top and call it good. The steak sandwich was good and the jalapeno cream cheese burger was ok. They dont season the burger patties so you will need to ask for some salt and pepper if you want it seasoned.Great vibe and family friendly place... Its a good place to meet up with friends and to just hang out and have a beer.

Easy parking, clean restrooms and great food. The beer selection is amazing and the mixed drinks are good. The pub burger had fresh ingrediants, meat taste was excellant, with a soft buttery bun. Seasoned fries were amazing. Get the ranch dressing for dipping, it is spicy and unique. Staff was nice and friendly. Will defiantly be back. 😃

If you are seeking a pub in Vacaville, you have arrived at your destination already. The brass tap has a very large selection of over 60 types of beer and numerous wine choices. To compliment everything, the menu has numerous salty foods from chicken wings, quesadillas, sliders and waffle fries. I found the chairs and tables more wobbly than I would have liked but maybe thats by design so you feel tipsy faster after just a few drinks. Service is good and this place gets very busy at times with pricing specials all week long. Kids can eat the food which is non-alcoholic.

Good food great service! Happy we found this hidden gem! It was really great to finally eat/drink at a place that didn’t feel understaffed. There were multiple servers that visited our table to take and deliver our orders and we were so thankful for the quick service. The prices were also very reasonable especially during happy hour we were able to have 4 beers and 3 large apps for around $65 which normally is usually around $100 when we go anywhere else. The food was great too. I really enjoyed the tacos and pulled pork sweet potato fries. The pretzel was also good but the cheese sauce had a hint of plastic taste kind of like if you drink from the garden hose. Our theory was maybe the plastic container got too hot when the cheese was in it. Other than that would recommend this place and will totally be back again!

Love going here just for the variety of beers - never boring. Foods good too; the loaded tots are especially good. We always get good service, though at peak evening hours it can take a few minutes to get your servers attention - not for lack of hustle; theyre just slammed during the evening rush.

Food was good. The service was decent but definitely could be better. But the worst part is the cleanliness. We were sat at a table for two by the windows. All the windows were covered in smears of food,drinks, and Whatever. So with that being said all sorts of bugs were attracted to said windows. So the entire time we were there we keep having to swipe at bugs flying around us and our food. They also don’t clean the tables in between customers and our table was covered in crumbs that I had to wipe off myself. The floors were also covered in straw wrappers, food, and drink spills. I’m not one to leave a bad review or ever walk out of a restaurant but I was extremely close on this day. Just seeing what the dining area looks like I can’t imagine what the kitchen would look like. This will probably be the last time we go there unless that make some major changes.

My son got there a little early to save a table for us(we had 7 people in our party) as its first come first serve. It was a Friday at 6pm and the joint was already full! Great atmosphere, our server was fantastic, and even though she was busy, kept coming to check on us, and was very patient. The food was great!! Fish and chips, burgers, tacos, Brussel sprouts for the table. The variety of beers/ ales/ etc... was it of this world!!We chose this place because we had to get in and out fast to make it to a show on time. One of the few places in town offering outside dining. Its so nice to feel comfortable while dining. Masks are required while your up moving around but not while your seated. The staff was friendly as usual & the food is pretty good. They have low & high tables so you can pick whats best for you.

They were definitely busy, but still took care of everyone. I had a burger, and hubby had the brisket grilled cheese. We enjoyed both. Brussel sprouts were yummy. They had crinkle cut fries listed but we were served beer batter fries. They were yummy so no complaints, just an observation. Good beer selection, but sad that no Pliney on tap as it was on the menu. Check it out!

A fun, high energy place to have a drink, grab a bite and watch a ball game. Very clean environment with many screens and very attentive service from staff. Standard bar food fare (burgers/chicken/appetizers) with fish and salads offerings that are pretty good. Appetizers are decent quality but most not surprisingly are high caloric choices. Nice place to unwind after work or to have a reasonable priced meal if you are away from home and staying at the hotel next door as frequently is the case with me.

This place is fantastic, great selection of beer that changes regularly. Bartenders and servers are always friendly and know the beers (if they dont, theyll try a sample with you so they know for the next customer). The only time Ive had to wait even a little, it was a busy Fri night. Food is better than most sports bars. To top it off, you can almost guarantee youll see one of the owners having a conversation with customers. Theres a reason I come here regularly.

This place has a nice, inviting atmosphere with friendly wait staff. There was around forty craft beers on tap, and while the food is typical bar food, it was really good. The buffalo wings and cajun dry rub wings were awesome. We took the kids there with us and they loved it too. There is a typical kids menu with things like small pepperoni pizzas for younger children. There is also a small outdoor eating area with maybe ten tables and some outdoor heaters for when it starts getting chilly.

Simone! She helped us with getting to know the menu and our selections of beer. I am definitely coming back here for my beer bar needs.They have a huge selection of beers as well as any liquor mixed drinks youll need. It really has something for everyone! As oppose to other beer bars where they dont serve liquor.I highly recommend starting any night off with their water moccasin shot.I have no gripes here, the bathroom was in a good state and the tables were not dirty and the local crowd was tame but not docile so you werent bored.

We sat on the porch, it was dirty and needed to be cleaned up, cob webs, leaves and cockroaches; killed two in the first 5 minutes of sitting. That being said, great beer selection if you’re into Euro and IPA’s, not much else to choose from though there’s a lot of beer selections. Staff was great, courteous and timely. 🚨⚠️CAUTION when you go to this restaurant: watch for your wallets and valuables.I left an important valuable item of mine on table 11 on 12.23.21 (Thursday) at exactly 2:52pm when I left the restaurant.I returned the next day, and was informed by a waitress that no item had been recovered. I returned a few hours later asking to speak to the manager. I was greeted by a very aggressive young woman who showed zero interests and seemed unwilling to help in any way. Noticing a surveillance camera near table 11, I asked politely if she could share the footage taken that day: she categorically refused.Instead, being the manager asked for my contact information and assured me she would contact me on 02.26.21 (Sunday).The manager never called me back that very Sunday and I returned in person to be greeted by another lady who said the video footage could not see anything on guests’ tables as it was “too dark” (remember I ate there at 2pm next to a large glass window).I asked politely again to see the surveillance footage and was told it was against their policy and would need a subpoena to obtain it. A behavior I find highly suspicious and far from neutral. ⚠️Instead of doing the right thing; I highly suspect the restaurant is simply covering up for either one of its employee or guest by not helping me recover my personal item.Unfortunately, instead of helping me resolve this matter in private professionally and quickly - I will have to file a police report and contact my attorney in the next few days to file for a subpoena to recover the video footage.In the meantime, I would like to inform any future customers to be extremely vigilant and careful as the staff working at Brass Tab in Vacaville, California are dishonest, hostile and would rather keep you in the dark - than help you recover your belongings. I spent Christmas in pain, and in despair over the incident. I will post a future post regarding this incident soon.

My friend and I came here during a business trip while we were in LA on our way back to the airport in Long Beach. Nice atmosphere great beer really a good place we didnt have anything to eat. But we had a great IPA. Would recommend will definitely come back again!

Great food with good prices, the beer selection is fantastic but watch for the cup of beer move they do. Most beers only come in a smaller glass. The reason told to me was because of the alcohol content. Every brewery in the area gives you a regular pint. So it must be a penny pinching measure by the frugal folks. Still, its worth a visit to judge for yourself.

This is a great place to relax with your friends and watch a game. I have to recommend the tri-tip nachos but get extra meat. This is perfect for three people and have a beer to go with it. The Brass Tap has come a long way since its shaky opening last year, there is definitely improvement! With rotating taps, a long happy hour, a diverse menu, and daily themes, this hidden sports bar offers something for everyone. On game day you can expect it to be pretty packed. The outdoor patio is dog friendly and they even have drink specials on Sunday if you bring a furry friend.The food and service is much faster and much more improved than a year ago. If you wouldve asked me a year ago, I wouldve rated this place 2 stars at best. But theyve heard your feedback and are ready/willing to serve. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Came to this establishment for a fundraiser. Was not impressed. My beer was warm. Ordered the jalapeño fritters. They were hard and could tell grease was old. Had to ask for a knife just to scoop out insides of the fritters. Our server seemed put off helping us. I will not be back. After many good lunches, told my wife how good the fish n chips were, so we ordered for dinner. This is where it goes down hill. I asked that the fish n chip be extra crispy as I had ordered for my past lunches, I said it twice. Got the feeling the waitress didnt care . Completely different place the food was so bad and over priced I dont even know how they are still in business. The waffle fries were rock hard, the chips were stale the salsa taste like it was sauce picante out of the jar, they didnt have crushed peppers for my pizza (waitress said they dont even carry them), the beer selection was almost as bad as the food not one good IPA on draft! Now that I think of it I dont even know why Im giving 2 stars. Will not be returning for another year easily!hopefully next year they can get it back together I use to love this place! They have a good selection of beers and ciders, but it is hard to mess up something you serve in a bottle, or is poured from a bottle and serve.That is quite literally the only nice thing that could be said about the experience. The waitstaff is congenial, but extremely inattentive. We had a table outside, and did not receive menus for 15 minutes after we sat down. We ended up having to move inside to get drinks and food. We were told that they were understaffed, but there was more than enough staff to take care of the number of patrons. From there, it was another ten before we got the simple drinks we ordered.We didnt see the food we ordered for another 40 minutes, and the orders were incomplete and wrong. Sauces that were supposed to come with the food were not included, the fries were not salted or seasoned in any way, the order was wrong on one plate, and the pizza sauce on the flat bread tasted like ragu cut with an absurd amount of sugar. The majority of the meals were inedible. Bar food expectations were low as it was, but this was truly terrible. We waited for the check... and waited... and then waited some more. 40 minutes after we had last been able to flag down a waitress, I had to go and ask for the check by the kitchens. It was another 10 before I got my credit card back. The food was very overpriced for something of such abysmally low quality. It was a 2 hour experience that shouldnt have taken more than 50 minutes. Highly disappointed, and will not be returning.

Not impressed at all! When I drink beer I like to have it served cold. The waitress came and gave me a warm glass with old water in it then proceeded to give me a beer that was warm. We complained to the manager and she told us that the taps we close to the refrigerator. It was 63 degrees outside and my beer was warmer than what It was it was outside.

Recently went there and was greeted by a host who was wearing his mask on his chin. I asked him to pull his mask up and he said he wouldnt because he couldnt breathe and his boss knows. We asked to be seated inside where is was warmed and he said no he wont seat us at a big table and said there is one table in the tent. We went to it and it was so wobbly everything would fall off. We left and dont think we will return. They dont seem to take Covid seriously. We have seen them seating inside when its only been outside seating. I have been there when the bar tender was not masled. I wonder how many they have infected.

I am 20 years old and have been here multiple times before with no issues. One night I came with my husband and friends to be their designated driver and after we sat down they asked to see all of our IDs and we told the waiter some of us were not drinking and just wanted to order food. Even though he was very rude, we understood if he had rules to follow. However, I am now at their Rocklin location and we asked the staff if we were allowed in and they said of course. In this strip mall is a franchise featuring views into a 24 hour fitness center. The food is kind of unpleasant e.g. fatty prime rib and cream cheese on a roll, waffle fries that are pre-vinegared. The beer is tasty but relatively expensive.Patrons and owners are rude and loud and take adjacent hotel parking. Their two, private and seemingly unnecessary wifi networks also seem to interfere with those of local businesses.

They of course had a Woodland brewery which is awesome, but nothing from heretic, knee deep, beryessa brew, or Green river. I absolutely love the fact that this is, with the exception of BJs, the first all craft beer bar in Vacaville. BJs is also a micro brew that serves craft beer, but only its own. Brass Tap at least has Craft Beer from all over the place. If they would widen their selection to include a larger number of local breweries, I would like it a lot more. Im a beer lover from a small town, so local supporting local is very important to me.

Its a fun environment. Grate to meet up with friends or have a party. I eat here at least twice a month. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos.

Kitchen closed at 11 but place open till 2. Waitress too busy flirting with a waiter so not very attentive to us. Place wasnt even crowded around the time we went.

I really enjoy this place!! great atmosphere friendly staff and who ever is in charge of the kitchen, is nailing it!!! From awesome juicy burgers to kispy fried blackened wings, and even the humus and carrots are to die for!!!

Open for indoor dining for COVID gatherings. These people tested COVID positive and visited this place. Indoor dining is not allowed in CA. You now all have it. Good job.Undate: two more of this party of 6 were tested positive. One intubated as of 1/27

Pretty decent bar. A lot of different beers on tap so thats definitely always a plus. Prices are as expected and vary based off of beer and size.

The type of people that go there are loud,rude obnoxious. I work out at b the gym there is constant issues with the customers from there. Bikers ripping through the parking lot, loud cursong, intrussive behavior I personally hope they close down and go away.

Great place, stopped in with a buddy, had some really good beers and food. Must trys are the pretzel bites and the wings. There beer list is insane so go thirsty
