George, Serri, and the rest of The Brand Realty Team are the best real estate team to work with! George helped us to buy our first home in San Diego and was so supportive and helpful through the entire process. The biggest thing I can say about The Brand Realty is that they worked for their business. I worked with Joel Silverton and he earned his business- finding me homes that aligned well with that I wanted. I went above and beyond helping me with every single part of the transaction. He even helped me get home insurance during the crisis! In a market with multiple offer wars on each house going for over $100k asking, he got my offer accepted for a great deal! I highly recommend Joel if you are looking for an honest, kind, and hard working realtor. Joel gets it done!

Not only that, they gladly took on the burden of managing the home improvement upgrades via their team of sub-contractors that completed the work flawlessly in just a few weeks and at very fair price points. Serri and her team are amazing. Serri was our buying and selling agent when we decided to move from Vista to Temecula. She was very professional and Im convinced without her we wouldnt have won the bidding war on our Temecula home. As an added bonus, she is always sending us fun little gifts in the mail and always invites us to any fun events Brand Realty is having. I wish we were able to go, but with two little ones and the locality difference, its a little challenging. In any case she has proven that maintaining relationships with her clients is important and if we decide to make a move in the future we will be definitely using Serri and Brand Realty.

We were working with Rich from the Brand Realty to help us with a land acquisition in San Diego. Good land is rare and expensive here. However, Rich was so motivated and always on top of things -- over an extended period of time. Regardless of it being general inquiries or setting up viewings, things happened promptly. On top of that, he turned out to be a great negotiator and secured a fantastic deal for us. After working with several other (disappointing) realtors, his motivated work ethic and optimistic approach was certainly a positive surprise for us. Thus, hes been an amazing realtor to work with; very efficient and more importantly, a nice guy on a personal level. The Brand Realty Team was fantastic to work with over the last month. Is there a six-star rating?? We found George after having to move on from a poorly-prepared agent and could not be more impressed and pleased. George brought every facet of an outstanding realtor to bear in our house sale. His expertise, commitment, communication and strategic skills could not have been better. There was never a point in the sale that I did not feel George was completely in control of the process and was already thinking several steps ahead. If that were not enough, he even went WAY over what you could ask as our movers took too much time to pack and our travel plans required our premature departure. My wife and I were first time home buyers moving from out of state during a crazy market, so we were a little nervous about the process. Our first call with Rich was fantastic, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions on a 60 minute phone call. We immediately felt at ease during our first in person meeting (the draft beer pour at the office helped!) and he helped point us to multiple areas that were what we were looking for and fit our budget, saving us a ton of time during our short visit.Ultimately we decided that a new build was the best fit for our family and situation, and Rich was always available to meet with the builder or sales person on our behalf. He sent us pictures and video and FaceTime walkthroughs throughout the build process which we appreciated so much! Towards the end of the build things became very stressful and Rich talked us off of a ledge multiple times, we had total trust that he had our backs and our best interests in mind.When it came time to close the market had cooled a bit, and Rich helped us negotiate to a price we were comfortable with. Rene is great to work with. Shes responsive, knowledgeable about neighborhoods in San Diego County (we literally dragged her from Chula Vista to Oceanside to Escondido). We had a lot of things we were looking for in a house (which is tricky in this low inventory market), but she never rushed us and always gave us good balanced guidance. I especially appreciated her understanding of different market trends that helped us be competitive in negotiations and not bidding too high for certain areas. She also had great contractor recommendations for things we needed to do after the house got done. Ive been meaning to come write this review for a couple months now and kept forgetting. With only having about a month and a half before I had to move out and into a new spot, Rosey went to work straight away. She scheduled a time for us to look at three properties in San Diego after only being in contact for two days. Very fast paced and informative! From the first call with my husband I could tell they really hit it off, we had so many questions never purchasing a home before and he was knowledgeable.
