They helped us with every little detail from painting the home, staging and showing- now I will note this was a peaceful for me as Brad and his team were a neutral party that helped me sell my home during a divorce- they were amazing amd very thorough so I could have virtually no contact with my ex. Honestly absolutely incredibly caring and knowledgeable team! Plus all the advertising they do made it possible for my home to be seen by a very wide audience. Brad was a huge help to me in a very difficult and challenging situation. He is also has much personal empathy. Imagine if a close relative you have, sadly, been estranged with for some years leaves you a property on the opposite coast. Imagine if you have a lot of responsibilities with the nature of your job and also your family. Imagine the legal process on that property is complicated and takes a long time to get clear to sell the house. Brad was compassionate and patient with all the challenges to getting legal permission to sell the house. Then he and his team did such a great job, from coordinating any pre-sell “minor” clean up and repairs, to inspection and advertising, that i never(!) had to travel to California. He also handled the self per my request to “sell to move” yet got a better price than I expected. He handled everything. Thank you Brad!!

We highly recommend!!Brads team was amazing!! While other homes in the same area had been on the market for 6 months or longer, this team sold my mothers home in 2 months!!!! They took amazing vibrant pictures of the home from practically every angle (including arial view) and helped it stand out from the rest. With the advice they gave us, we were even able to sell over our asking price. My home sale was a major challenge. The housing market began declining around the same time that I decided to list, and based on their prompt ability to sell a neighbors condo, I decided to go with Brad Korb Real Estate Group which was the best decision I could have made. Under Brads guidance we strategized how to maximize the potential of a sale and decided to do a few upgrades. In the process of listing some unforeseen events took place that delayed listing by several months, but Brad was patient and continued to offer proper guidance that ended up leading to the home selling for more than we intended. With the delay, I was in need of additional funds which was loaned up front by Brads group, and to add to that I was also offered free use of their moving van which was a true help. Brad sold my recently passed mother-in-laws house for us and we could not have had a better experience. He was able to recommend an excellent estate sale company to help us empty the house. He recommended a rubbish clean up company. And, once the house was empty, his crew got it ready for photos and marketing. We were working on a tight time frame due to an outstanding reverse mortgage and Brad was great with everything. It makes me sad to write this review because when times get tough, we CANNOT count on Brad to be on our side.Brad Korb Real Estate Group represented us in buying our first home. After a few months of moving into the home, we realized that part of it was unpermitted and this was never disclosed to us. Sparing technical details, essentially the sellers didnt sign the square footage disclosure and the A9 was delivered to us at the last minute. Long story short, now we have to go through legal mediation with the sellers and their agent.Firstly, being first time homebuyers we obviously did not have the knowledge of real estate disclosures but Brad Korb, who is being paid to protect our interests, should have had the experience to see those red flags.Secondly, we now have a chance to make it right and its been months that all the parties involved are ready to go through mediation except Brad Korb. He has been holding us up. Its honestly been embarrassing that our own broker is the cause of delay when they should be on our side.Brad doesn’t seem to be the kind of person to take accountability for his/his brokerages mistakes. We are a family taking a huge loss while he goes on as a successful business owner and is not willing to bring his best foot forward to help us recoup our losses.As clients, we are beyond disappointed and we cannot recommend Brad until he decides to show up for us.

We were selling our family home in Burbank and wanted someone who knew the area, the trends, the comps, and the potential buyers. We contacted Sunny based on a recommendation of a close friend. It was a long process that was emotionally and mentally taxing, but Sunny and Lauren were a great team to get us through those rough times. Brad Korb recently assisted me in the sale of a property in probate. This was quite a long process due to the probate and other extenuating circumstances. Brad was extrememly responsive throughout the process and VERY helpful in getting the house ready for sale! I have never met a person better at following up than Brad Korb, both before the home purchase and after. Him and his team were patient and helpful finding the right home for my wife and I.This review is overdue as he actually helped me find a home in 2014, however he still follows up periodically with emails, and annual calls that usually start off with Happy Monday.I was impressed because I bought a home in 2008 but never got any follow up calls after. Brad helped us with our second home and I wasnt sure if I would be able to do it. Brad listened, understood my concerns and had his lender contact me to see what could be done. Within the week I had a pre-approval and was shopping for our second home.Throughout the process Brad was never pushy, he listened, was informative, and provided me with the right people to help us find the home and close the deal.Buying a home is a big decision and I would recommend Brad because he is honest, straight forward and his experience really allows him to simplify the process for home buyers. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Although all three were very professional in their presentation, Brad had far more knowledge and enthusiasm than the other two. My father suddenly passed away and I found myself in need of a realtor to sell his home of 60 years. I got in contact with Erica Pollack from the Brad Korb group when I found a house I was interested a looking at, and she was great over the phone, so I decided to ask her to help us look into buying our first home.We were very happy with the way she wasnt pushy like many other agents, and she was incredibly helpful. She was always very responsive to texts and emails, and made herself available to show us houses on weekends/evenings/etc.As first time home buyers, we were completely lost about how the process should work and what happens when. Erica guided us through this, which really put our mind at ease. She was also able to negotiate with the sellers to get a credit for repairs on the property.Brad was also great to help Erica with some unresponsive sellers and to help us with a complimentary moving van after the fact. Their system of electronic signatures made everything very easy throughout the process.The only hiccup was that we took longer than 30 days for Escrow (about 43). Our mortgage broker told us this from the beginning, but there were still some unrealistic expectations from the sellers for our close date. Brad was very helpful in selling my home. Brad took the time to have my home inspected so that any problem could be address before we were in negotiations. They had a Stager meet with us to talk about how to show our home so that buyers would appreciate the home they were getting. We decided we needed a larger home, and after signing with, and firing, two different realtors, for various reasons, finally chose Brad Korb to represent us, as the top-performing realty company in our extended neighborhood. . We used Brad’s services, advice, and personnel to find and purchase our dream home, move into it, upgrade and stage our previous house, and then to sell the old one.Brad’s trusted specialist Josue was VERY patient with us during our search for the perfect place. Over the course of seven months we actually walked through 35 different properties, and viewed hundreds more online. We used Josue’s advice to make offers on two ‘almost perfect’ places, but neither resulted in a purchase. This turned out to have been a good thing, as the 36th place visited was clearly ‘the one’. Our bid was accepted, and, though the price was $400k lower than one of our previous bids, we like our bargain dream home much better. Very satisfied.After moving one mile to our new home, we faced the classic dilemma of the seller - - Should we offer the old property ‘as is’ or upgrade and spiff things up to sell a house ‘ready to move in’? We sold our house with Brad eight years ago, but our relationship with him started years before that.A few years after we bought the house, Brad called and got my wife. He said that the market had improved a bit and asked if we were interested in selling. My wife said no. I would like to preface this by saying I never write bad reviews but I felt should as a fair warning. If I could give Brad Korb zero stars I would. We were first time home buyers so we did not know a lot about this process and I truly wish we went with another company. Brad Korb’s realtor Josue was not supportive in this process at all. Once we opened escrow, it was like a bait and switch, we were completely on our own. He would send over 95+ page documents and say “just sign whenever it asks.” He would never explain what things meant or what we were signing, he would dodge our calls, not return emails. We resulted to contacting the SELLER’s agent in order to get clarification. At one point in our escrow process, Brad Korb’s realtor Josue completed ghosted us for two weeks. To top it all off, we were not given a final walk through of the property before we funded. As I stated before, we were first time home buyers so we did not know we could do a walk through which of course we would have wanted to do before we spent half a million dollars on a home we haven’t seen for 45 days!! There were some leaky plumbing issues and a hole in one of the doors that Josue said Brad Korb Real Estate Group would fix since it was their fault we didn’t get a final walk through but of course they never did and we had to pay to have these things fixed ourselves. We didn’t even receive a closing gift for buying our first home. This was supposed to be a joyful and exciting time but it was all around the WORST house buying experience ever. Brad Korb’s realtor Josue made commission off of our sale for doing absolutely nothing. We were totally cheated and it is frankly insulting how we were treated during this process.

He went to work right away placing his team to move simultaneously to get the job done. I have purchased 4 homes over the past 12 years and my experience with Mr. Korb is by far the best.I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a realtor that will get you the final result you are looking for in a quick paced yet calm and confident manner. Brad was great. he was able to get four different offers on our condo within the first week of it being listed. we went with what we thought was the best buyer and brad was able to negotiate a late fee when they had a delay in closing do to a purchase on their credit. (Advice to buyers...do not do anything with your credit until after your house closes. You could screw up the whole deal by affecting your credit.)The only thing they need to improve on is the offices communication. As a first time we were not entirely sure of the process we had been told that we were closing on a Monday and the Friday before found out that we would not be closing due to a mistake on the buyers part. It would have been nice to know the full time frame which would have cleared up expectations.

Marie is an amazing realtor!!We tried a few different realtors before, but our experience with her was by far the best. She immediately understood what we were looking for and regularly sent us properties to check out. She has a great sense of style but also has a great eye for opportunities and fixers.She has a great knowledge of the Los Angeles area and sense of the market. She was a key asset for the deal to go through and nailed the negotiations.All the paperwork part of the deal was really easy and she was on top of everything communicating with the sellers agent, escrow and lender.

He came to our very first meeting with all the homework already done, and explained the numbers (inventory of houses in our neighborhood, recent sales-prices, square feet, # days on market) to us.
