Me and my husband we been working really hard to accomplish our goal of buying our first home. For 20 years it was just a dream until we got in contact with the Barocio group and we started working with Jordan Ruiz . And let me tell you he is the best!! Working with the Barocio group was such a pleasure from beginning to now. As young first time homebuyers my husband and I were so nervous and we felt very unprepared. However attending the workshops, zoom calls and personal meetings that were hosted by the Barocio Group helped immensely provide us the information on the process of buying a home. We felt a lot more confident when we started looking at homes leading up to us purchasing our first home. Over the last year plus I had the pleasure of working with Liz Fuentes. My situation was somewhat complicated but she was always patient and responsive. If you’re a first time home buyer I highly recommend working with Silvano! My sister and I are first time home buyers and Silvano made the process so easy. Fist of all, he kindly explained the process to us as many times as we asked him to. He was professional and responded to our messages in a very timely manner. He listened to our needs and delivered on those needs. I could really tell that he was trying to get us into the right home for us and not just sell us a house. Lastly, his negotiation skills are superb. He was able to get our closing costs paid by the selling party and in the end we got some of our down payment back. Our lender told us this is super rare and that we got an amazing deal.
