Mark was the buying agent for my wife and I, and he was amazing. Mark helped us buy our first home, and I would highly recommend using him. My wife and I started working with Mark in the fall of 2021, the market was very competitive. We put 4 offers in in total, and Mark was great on every offer we put in. He helped keep us in budget while helping with the “over asking price market”. Mark was very quick to respond to questions, and would almost always answer his phone if I called. He would quickly get us the information on a house if we were interested in. We found a house that was perfect in November. An original offer fell out of contract on a Friday, he was able to show us the house that Sunday, and they accepted our offer on Monday Morning. We feel like we got a very fair price. Mark worked very quickly and I believe his reputation with the selling agent helped close the deal.We don’t plan to move any time soon. We found our “forever” home, but if we did, Mark would be my fist call.

Mark and team went on an epic journey with us to find our little slice of heaven in Sonoma. When we couldnt find a developed property we loved as the right price point, Mark was able to help us see the option of buying and developing ourselves. He found us a great property, we immediately went into escrow and because it was a subdivision, it took 14 months to close. Mark was incredibly patient and guided us through the ups and downs of the extended escrow timeline and complex subdivision process. In the end, we have a beautiful property that well enjoy for decades to come. Mark is knowledgeable, able to connect us with great referrals for design and renovation, is responsive, thorough and lovely to work with.

Mark and his team were very helpful in identifying homes in the Sonoma area. I found him to be super knowledgeable and attentive to what I needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t commit to a property with Mark but it was not for the work that he put in. I’d be happy to engage with him again as the need arises.
