Alex and his team reached out to me since the court allowed me to be the Administrator of my father’s Estate, father passed away last year. I did not initially respond to Alex and his team since my mother did not want to move from her home and neighborhood. She had been living in her home/neighborhood for 50+ years.Once my mom passed away this year, I began to consider selling my mom’s home since my life/job was in Colorado. My mom’s house was in poor condition and I was worried about selling the house in its current condition. I expected buyers would ask for big discounts on the sale of the house.I worked mostly with Alex. He saved me so much time and effort with regards to managing my mom’s home. The house went through extensive renovations. Alex, found all the contractors. Most of the contractors charged very reasonable rates for their work and materials. Renovations costs were quite low because these contractors were vetted by Alex and/or he used these same contractors for his own private renovations projects.Once the sale of the home began, Alex continued to excel in providing the professional/experienced guidance. Alex recommended staging the house which created so much interest in the house. Eventually, we found a buyer. Alex provided much guidance through the process of negotiating with the buyer’s real estate agent. I followed Alex’s lead and finally the house sold at a reasonable market value.I will consult with Alex in the future if I am ever interested in buying or selling a house in California.I appreciate Alex’s wealth of experience, can do attitude, and professionalism.

DO NOT USE ALEX LOPEZ AS YOUR AGENT! YOU WILL REGRET IT!Extremely disappointing experience with Alex and his daughter Carolina.The process started when I found a property myself online and we contacted him after we visited to get the buying negotiations started. We ran into tons of issues with Alex from the very beginning and he ultimately almost lost us the sale of the home.Some of the issues• Non-Responsive and had to chase him for literally any answer.• He didnt even attend important meetings and instead had his 20 year old daughter read off a script instead.• Missed deadline after deadline set by the seller and ended up almost losing us the deal MULTIPLE TIMES• Ghosted us without even having the decency to let us know he didnt want to work with us anymore.We ended up going with another far more professional agent who was much more comfortable handling our questions and actually negotiating for us and we got our offer accepted within 48 hours of contacting him. Now it is our home and we love it, no thanks to Alex Lopez!The worst part is the even after all of this, Alex then decided to go after the agent who helped us in court and TRIED TO STEAL THE COMMISSION HE DID NOTHING TO EARN AS WE FOUND THIS HOUSE OURSELVES.Alex has a huge ego so if you ignore this and go with him as an agent, dont question him or he will literally walk out on you.Good luck if you choose him and thanks for nothing Alex! :)

All our gratitude to the Alex Lopez Team.Alex and his team helped us to purchase our first dream home back on 2015 and we were so happy with his work ethics and knowledge that we reached out to him again at the beginning of 2020, to sell our home, and to buy our new dream home. Alex guided us through the process of decluttering and organizing our home and getting ready to stage it. After the staging process, Alex and his team made an amazing job with the pictures and video. I couldnt believe how beautiful our home looked. We listed our home on Wednesday, right before the Stay at home orders started. Within hours, our home was already listed as a Hot Home and Alex had already requests to see our house. We had planned an Open House for that Saturday and Sunday, which happened only on Saturday with many requests for viewing the home on Sunday and during the week. Within a week of listing, we had 8 solid offers. With Alexs guidance, we accepted the best offer and negotiations started. All inspections, appraisal and contingencies were done timely. Alex is champ for negotiations. We obtained the best possible price for our home, and negotiated a great deal for closing costs and repairs. We closed escrow within 30 days. During that time Alex, Carolina and Elia (from Lotus escrow), worked side by side to get everything completed, accurately and professionally. At the same time, Carolina (from Alexs team) was helping to visit as many homes as possible in search for our new home. We saw about 50 homes until we found The One. We presented an offer and it was accepted immediately. However, we fell a little short on closing costs, but Alex was prepared. He got ahead of the process and spoke with one of his lenders to provide us with partial closing costs assistance. The home buying process is nerve wracking and weve had so many questions about the different types of loans, credits for repairs, inspections, interest rates, including our own doubts and hesitations, etc., and we have reached out to Alex and Carolina with every single one of them. Both of them have been very respectful, resourceful and professional responding calmly to all our questions, guiding and advising us, even during the most intense moments. Were patiently waiting for the close of escrow to move into our new home and it has been possible thanks to the Alex Lopez Team. We couldnt recommend Alex Lopez Team enough. Theyre amazing and were extremely grateful for their effort, honesty, ethics and patience.

So glad we ran into Carolina at one of the open houses. We’ve been looking for a while now and with the current market it looked pretty bleak, but the Alex Lopez team made it happen! They’re very detail oriented, very responsive, and were with us at every open house. They even walked us through all the documents to sign, page by page explaining everything before we signed. We had a bad experience with our first home due to lack of communication, but they made sure all the bases were covered this time around so it wouldn’t happen again. First class service all the way to the very end. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s detail oriented, responsive, and a go getter, look no further!

Carolina Lopez and The Alex Lopez Team is definitely the team you want on your side for your new home purchase. I was referred to Carolina and The Alex Lopez Team by a colleague and I didn’t know what to expect as my wife and I went through multiple agents that didn’t pan out due to lack of customer service. Carolina was different off the start, she immediately made a connection and set a plan for our home buying journey. She set expectations as new home buyers and what was required to qualify for a home loan. After understanding our needs, she began showing us homes throughout the San Fernando Valley and Ventura county. Throughout the home buying process, she kept us informed with the real estate market and helped us understand how to be competitive but within our spending limits. Once we entered escrow, she had a plan with loan funding, home inspection, appraisal and buyer credits. Alex was also in constant communication with our closing process and is probably the best negotiator in the business as he helped us secure buyer credits. After 2 months of home shopping, we closed our new home in Simi Valley, CA, a day before Thanksgiving. I’m still speechless our new home closed a day before Thanksgiving!Carolina and The Alex Lopez Team made us feel like family, and I always felt they had my family’s best interest thorough the whole process. Incredibly good experience with Alex Lopez, Carolina Lopez and the entire team in our search of a new home. After working with another agent that wasnt very helpful nor knowledgeable we got to see what god service is. My wife and I had the luck of finding them in an open house. We looked at at dozens of homes and their team was always available to see homes on any day of the week. Due to market conditions and how competitive it is, they continually worked with us to discuss strategies and increase our chances with our offers. The Alex Lopez team along with their preferred lender made our process very smooth. We just closed escrow on one of the various offers we got accepted. We highly recommend the Alex Lopez Team!!

I reached out to Alex for a home buying consultation. From the beginning, he gave me a breakdown of the process and steps to take when you are looking to obtain financing for a second mortgage. Our initial consultation helped as it gave me a guide of what items and documents I needed to present to the chosen lender. Once I decided on the lender, I got a pre-approval letter from the bank. In a couple of days, I was ready to go house hunting. Also, Alex shared the strategies he uses to get the offer accepted once we locate the property and, most importantly, understand what was the role of my real estate agent, which he said the main role of a realtor is negotiation. Long story short, we successfully located the property. After a few days of submitting an offer and not getting it the first time, the seller called my agent and informed us that our offer was being accepted. We went into escrow quickly, but once we passed the home inspection and the appraisal inspections, the property didn’t appraise, and the seller didn’t want to lower the price. I was ready to cancel the transaction as I would not pay more than the property was worth . I was prepared to cancel the transaction, but I asked Alex what to do, and once again, he came up with a variety of solutions which began the GAME PLAN to negotiate with a seller that was rigid in lowering the price. Thanks to Alex’s guidance, I was able to guide my realtor on how to get this transaction closed. I am happy to say that I’m a happy HOMEOWNER of my second home that I can call my DREAM HOME.If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I recommend Alex 100% as you will not only be opening an escrow, but you will be closing that escrow in no time .Thanks, Alex

We met Alex López in an Open House in Arleta as we were interested in buying our first home. He explained the home buying process in detail giving us the right expectations of the Real Estate Market at the time. Long story short Alex was able to find and secure the acceptance of the offer of our first home as there was a multiple offer situation and in addition to that he was able to negotiate a credit for repairs and closing costs. We had been previously working with the realtor that sold our condo but she just wasnt working out as our realtor that was going to find our next home. Alex Lopez and his team are an unmatched team that comes with a ton of resources to the table. We met Alex several years ago, regrettably at the time my wife and I werent really ready for the level of investment. Fast forward several years, we met Carolina Lopez, from the Alex Lopez Team at an open house and we began to exchange dialogue, provided some basic information to see what the process was. Let me tell you, when Alex Lopez says he has a Team ready, I mean he has a TEAM ready - they are literally a ONE-STOP shop for your Real Estate buying needs. Alex was very honest and frank, said he has a team ready to provide everything we need, from Mortgage Banks to Escrow, literally everything, or we can look around - we did shop around at some big banks (un-named here) and they werent all that enticing. Alex worked to get me connected with New American Funding, a reputable Mortgage bank listed by the BBB and other regulatory agencies as a nationally recognized financial institution, major MAJOR plus. Being a VA loan customer, NAF took care of me - rate was far better than any of the big guys with branches - immediate plus for the Alex Lopez Team. Thats just one example, but he seriously has a team standing by ready to provide a service. Another example, VA loans require a Termite Inspection and Clearance, HOA was delaying so Alex Lopez got a certified licensed pest control contractor to do the inspection, THEN the HOA stepped in to handle their piece. Rather than waiting around, Alex used his resourceful team to address the blocker and continue with the transaction to avoid further delays. The Alex Lopez Team negotiated with the seller and sellers agent, always keeping me and wife at the center of topic - he went to bat for us, he handled those tough conversations and got us what we were looking for, another major plus for the Alex Lopez Team. In short, I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone and everyone, I gained a home and he has gained a customer for decades to come.

I started searching for a house last year at the end of September, the realtor that i started using wasnt up to date in the market he actually had two different jobs and never had time to show me any houses, I had to find the properties online and the call hom to see them, every offer we submitted, was declined because it wasnt strong enough, we were trusting our future on him and after a couple of months we gave up on him and almost gave up on searching for our first house, we tried a second realtor and he wanted to sell us what he wanted and not what we were looking for, after a couple of weeks we decided to stop looking for a house, I told my story to a friend of mine and he highly recommended Alex Lopez, he told me how efficient he was and how professional he was, I was skeptical about it because of my last experience but decided to call Alex, from the moment I spoke to him, I knew he was the guy for the job and I was correct, I didnt had the need to look for houses myself, the very next day he sent me a list of houses and I was blown away with how efficient he was, he referred me to Brian McKim @ Skyloan and the experience was amazing they were able to help me with my loan approval so we could start with the offers, the knowledge that Alex has in the market was a key element on getting our house he explained to us the way he submitted the offers and sure enough out of the first few offers they started to get excepted and from striking out for months, now we have to decide which house to go for, after a few weeks we found our house and were able to finally become homeowners, thank you Alex and staff for his help the time he took to explain every detail from beginning to end even late night he would take the time to help, a special thanks to Elia for all your knowledge and help, thanks to all the people that made this possible. Back in August my wife and I were ready to buy our first house, with no knowledge we start looking for it, on an open house we met this real state agent, he was a good talker, show us some houses and eventually we found a really nice place in Simi Valley, we put an offer on it, it was accepted, we put the money down and there we were, just waiting for the process to go trough. A few weeks later the house that was active under contract per our offer was !BACK ON THE MARKET!!! We were shocked, call my real state agent,and he was at a party!!!! And hang up on me!!!! Next week I call the guy and he was saying that there was some paperwork that he didn’t send on time that was the reason, I got upset and fire the guy!!!:( my sister gave me Alex’s number, call him on a Friday on Sunday we went to a few open houses and we found a beautiful house in Oxnard, we put an offer on it, they accepted the offer, and Alex and his team were on top of all paperwork needed, and 40 days later we were moving to our new house!!! ?? At the beginning of 2021 we needed to sell a house that our mother left behind and we had no idea where to start, an acquaintance of the family, who knew about our situation, told us about Alex López whom he had helped buy his house, From the first call, Alex López was attentive, friendly and, to our advantage in Spanish, he scheduled the first Zoom meeting of many we had, to get to know us and explain in detail everything that had to be done, to be able to sell the house, He helped us negotiate with a tenant to vacate the house, as well as putting us in contact with a trusted lawyer, who carried out all the procedures before the court, during the process, he was always in contact with us and if we did not understand something He explained it until it was clear, there was very good communication.
