I came to Alfred and The Agency with a 460 credit score and I was blown away by how much it improved! Im now close to 700. They were very communicative and made sure I understood everything. Very professional, the staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all my questions before my arrival. Trustworthy, exactly what they told me I was getting back from my taxes is what I got. The office is clean, bright and they have a coffee station (Starbucks coffee)the waiting time for my appointment it was less than 10m due to the extra questions from previous clients, the office is kind of hidden but who cares when what you need is an honest, and loyal company.I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

For nearly 20 years my taxes were done by the same company and unfortunately my tax advisor/CPA passed away unexpectedly during last tax season. I had no idea where to go and most of my family was in the same boat. The Agency was a saving grace. My accountant retired at the beginning of the pandemic, which left me in a tough position and running against the clock. My rating is for both Tax Preparation and Credit Repair.**TAX SERVICES**I’ve had a hassle free experience with filing my taxes every year. The Agency has prepared my taxes for more than 5 years. They have completed and followed through with any tax discrepancies that have risen with the IRS.All the documentation can be filed electronically and securely with the office personal, including the final signing of the forms. The tax refund get deposited directly with your bank account. I believe there’s an additional fee associated with it. Rest assured that you are receiving high quality service and educated experienced professionals.**CREDIT REPAIR**I signed up for their credit repair services as of June 2018. There is a monthly fee associated with the services as well as a one year contract to see results and score improvement. The process began with a free credit consultation from Alfred detailing the plan to increase my credit score. The Agency often sends out communication to keep me informed on methods to improve my score. So far, it’s been a positive outcome as I’m half way into the services.

I was super excited about this place and so they did repair my credit. However, I would not go back to them and as I have refer some of my clients and friends I will not any longer. I always text Perla or try to get her on the phone and she never does or completes what she says. I been asking for a copy of my credit report she forgets and doesn’t send to me. She says she will call me and she doesn’t. I was looking to hire them again and she never called according to my phone log. It’s just not very customer service oriented. Good luck everyone!
