2019-11-20 22:10:14I recently had to relocate to the Los Angeles area from the SF Bay Area. The company I work for had a relocation assistant riding us around, but nothing they showed us looked or felt right. We drove off by ourselves around the Woodland Hills area that night and luckily ran across the wonderful Pegah Saab from Sync Realty. From the minute we met her she quickly made us feel like she could find us the perfect home. Within less than 24 hours she had set up appointments all over the area for houses for us to look at. She is exactly what youre looking for in an agent - a brilliant combination of tenacious and kind, sharp and fearless. She knows the game well and she knows how to help you play it as a homebuyer, and I have no doubt that she approaches selling a home the same way. Back at the office we worked with Rana Khanjani on the paper work side of things, and she was equally as professional and excellent. We closed on our new home in late August. I personally worked with Marcus Morgan, however, It felt as if the whole team at The Agency Calabasas was invested in helping me. With everyone working together, and Marcus at the lead, it gave me the feeling as if I had multiple agents working for me. As someone like myself who has no idea about real estate, it was and still is very intimidating going into it and trusting your decisions and the process. 2019-11-22 17:17:53I just purchased a house in Tarzana through the agents Rana and pegah. I had excellent experience with these agents. Being from New York and not being so familiar with California laws and neighborhoods they helped me in every way possible. They were extremely attending to my questions and needs, and they went out of their way to help me and the seller to make the deal go through. I am very much grateful to them and I recommend them very highly. After the deal was done I still had some question and help regarding the property and every time I called them they were very attending and eager to help me to find the answer to my questions about the new property.
